Thank you for letting us give you an estimate. We do not have sales people so we apologize if the installer that came out to measure and give you an estimate did not spend quite enough time selling you on the superior quality of our products. We find having one representative that can provide you with both the estimate and installation improves the quality of the experience when the shelves are installed. We don't want a salesman pushing you to add shelves in locations that are not really needed or failing to measure properly as they are too busy selling you on the product. We present the information for you and then leave it up to you to make a decision, we feel the quality of our shelving speaks for itself. Usually our customers appreciate being left alone to make their decision rather than receiving multiple follow up sales calls. Due to the high quality of our shelving and the lower pricing we do stay quite busy which can mean you may have to wait a few more days to get the shelves installed. That also means we are a healthy company that will be here for many years to come. Shelves That Slide has been in business selling custom pull out shelves in Arizona for over 20 years now, far longer than any other pull out shelf company. We are quite comfortable with the quality of our shelves and our hardware and we avoid talking down any other company's products.
