Sexton Pest Control was fantastic. I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier that we made the switch. We were all very happy.

I had three problems with Sexton that some may think is too harsh for this rating, you'll have to decide for yourself; 1. Sending out an invoice that had such small print the font actually ran together and could not be read, just a blur. 2. Mailing this invoice to the service address in Scottsdale after I repeatedly asked to be sent to my billing address in Oregon. 3. No response from 4 - 5 emails, phone calls, and one letter with attached invoice for reference to the owner, Kent Sexton. In October 2012 I spoke with Kent Sexton directly regarding Pest Control and was quite impressed. Additionally I spoke with Jackie the office manager and explained my billing address is different than the service address. I was confident it had been taken care of and I set up service. In February 2013 I finally called after no response regarding Termite Treatment that I had been speaking with "Jim" about in November. I was told Jim no longer worked for the company and got hold of a new person, "Chris" who set up the proposed Termite Service. I informed our tenant that the work would commence and Sexton would be calling to set up an appointment. Summary: Our tenant had to remail the invoice (contract?) that Sexton mailed to me at the Scottsdale address. When I opened the invoice I was shocked, "who would send such a document to a customer"? As stated above, I emailed, called, with no response except from the IT Department that thought I was "emailed" a document with small font. I responded back indicating this was mailed via US Postal Service with scanned copy of the envelope, meter number. After writing a letter to the owner, Kent Sexton with no response, I called Jackie (Office Mgr.) and although a pleasant conversation, I concluded Sexton had several opportunities to correct the problem or at the very least call me back and explain they were working to resolve this issue. There were a few other issues that I wil not go into but my opinion of Sexton has been established. I will continue the Bi-Monthly Service until the end of the year and then seek another company. Customer Service is in my opinion essential for me to continue my business. As I was not contacted by the owner, office staff only the IT Dept. and Chris (service tech.) I cannot rate the punctuality, or responsiveness any higher than what actually was, nothing.

Their service is good and the service is fine. We have been using their services since 99 and they have always been on time.

Their service is very good. They seem to go the extra mile. If they see anything, they make sure to resolve it. They pay attention to what they are doing and go the extra mile if needed. While Sam was looking at the traps in the garage, he found a termite problem. We called the people who did the termite extermination and they were able to resolve it before it became a problem. We would not have caught it if it was not for Sam.

They have been easy to do business with .The times I have interacted with the guy, he has been very friendly. They always call the day before to confirm their appointment. I have been very satisfied with their service.

We signed up for an annual service plan. Sexton came out about twice in the first two months, then regularly each month. Have not seen any bugs climbing the outside walls since then.

Too soon to evaluate the actual thoroughness and effectiveness as we just started using this company at the beginning of the colder months. We will be in a better position to evaluate after we have gone through a spring, summer and fall with them.

Sexton sent Hector out to preview the work and prepare a cost estimate on Monday. He spent 45 minutes or so reviewing the grounds and explaining the work to me. On Tuesday Mike arrived at 8AM and spent more than an hour spraying inside and out, placing bait traps, and getting rid of spider webs. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his work. Before he left he reviewed what he had done, which was a little more than expected, and established the monthly schedule. This company knows their stuff!

Everything went well during during the service of Sexton Pest Control! We will be using they service in the future! I know that we had our house build in Arizona where there are large number of scorpions in Arizona, but I don't want them inside my house at all. As I stated in my statement before, Michael explained scorpions to me and I truly learned a lot from him. He has wonderful people skills and very knowledgeable about the items/products he put around our house and he explained to me what the products would do to scorpions and any bugs that comes in contract with the products! Sexton Pest Control company does a lot to stop scorpions and I truly LOVE that about this company!

The guy who came out was a nice gentleman and I was very pleased with the service.

Scotty was always friendly and we enjoyed his visits.

This company responds to our calls quickly and takes care of our bug problems every time.

They call the day before spraying. If we talk to them, they are friendly and happy to answer any questions we may have.

Phone notified the day before- service man was on time, closed gates behind him.

Many times simple is best! I called Sexton Pest Control to setup monthly service at a residence we operate as a ministry to the homeless, poor, and at-risk children and youth in the Sunnyslope area. I told them what I was looking for and said I needed it quickly for an upcoming inspection. They were out early the NEXT DAY. We setup monthly service. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without any issues. And... the most important thing is we have no bugs! While we are on a "monthly" service they indicated they would come out at any time if we saw something at no extra charge. You will be well pleased with their service.

Mike was so helpful. He came in my house as per my request to check where roaches were coming in and told me they would have to seal that one.

Inspection 6-7 mos late; had to call twice to get appt.

They came, examined the garage, and recommended treating the earth around the foundation, plus place some chemical foam in the garage wall. They were able to accomplish both very quickly. They were very professional.

The man that comes out to service my house is terrific. He is very courteous, thorough and helpful. If I ever have a problem, they come out to take care of whatever my need is. I have a yearly service plan with them.

On time, professional, and friendly

I don't have time for a story. Over all I am very satisfied.

Very pleased. Will have no hesitation if I have questions or if I need additional services.

My experience was okay. They were prompt and courteous. They were also professional and knowledgeable. I like their warranty and the fact that they will come back anytime. I didn't care for the fact that they drilled and failed to patch holes in the concrete. I expected the patch to be less noticeable. It doesn't even match the concrete. Their pricing is fair.
