100% the salesman that came out gave me options, He pointed everything out. It was good, excellent.

I have been using Sexton for a 2 or 3 years and they come monthly to do my exterior. My only problem has been that recently they have been sending new men and they aren't always aware of how to get into my yard so they try calling my home number or they call the office and the office calls and leaves a message. For a long time I had the same person and they knew what to do when they arrived. If I'm having a problem with anything I try to be at home to discuss it with the person doing the work. I could also call the office and explain the situation to them. I also have them do my weed control. I pay $95 for 6 months of service which includes pre-emerge and then 6 months of follow up service if I have any weed problems during that time period. Chris came on 11/11 for a follow up treatment. I will renew my service in December with a pre-emerge treatment again. I've had great success keeping my front yard weed free. My backyard has some areas that need treatment from time to time. The staff is friendly both in person and on the phone and I have been basically satisfied with their services.

It went OK after I walked him around and showed him in great detail what I want done. The problem is that they keep losing their help and it is often times a new person that I have to go through the whole routine with, and if I am not home it is a problem. They keep promising that it will be a consistent person but it is about the 6th person we have had now. That is very frustrating to me. I think their price is reasonable and they do show up when they say they are coming, after I trained them to email me or call so I know in advance and can try to be home...to train another person.

Delfino is very knowledgeable and helpful and does a great job. He is punctual and informative.

They performed one time service FOR WHICH THEY WERE PAID $324 but they continued to bill us for monthly service although we repeatedly told them we did not want monthly service and infact we never saw them again.

The experience was good. They did a good job, they were on time, and the work was good. They were friendly.

Treat with Termidor in August, 2014, including re-drilling patio and other concrete slabs. I ditched out to keep dirt off decorative rock and avoid damage to irrigation system. Art did an excellent job in applying the Termidor. However, it took four phone calls in order to receive our warranty information which we finally received on 1/6/2015. This is completely unsatisfactory! Sexton has been our termite and weed control company long before there was an Angie's List, but this is now in jeopardy. Proper communication with the customer is as important as the quality of work performed! UPDATE S&S Pest Control is now our weed control company. When you call them you will get Scott, the owner, and he will do the work. They are a small start-up company, but Scott has decades of experience in pest and weed control. Sexton will continue to handle our termite control until the end of our warranty.

Sexton had a contract with the previous owners of my house (purchased in 2012) so I continued using them without educating myself enough about termites and the company. After the inspection in Nov 2013, the first treatment was done by a young man who struggled to apply the Termidor and it was obvious he was not very experienced, The holes he drilled in my deck were a disaster and I saw him miss large areas in other places around the house's perimeter. I refused to pay until his boss came out and inspected my house. The boss agreed to come and he was very nice, he acknowledge there were deficiencies in the treatment and agreed to send a more seasoned person to do the job again. The second treatment appeared more thorough, however a large crack existed in the decking directly below the termite tunnels that was never treated. The termites were never eliminated and continued to thrive in the same areas after the treatment. The termites entered the house while it was under contract with Sexton, they continued to live and eat away at the house even after a full house treatment. I can't recommend them if you actually have termites. I will say that every employee I dealt with was polite and professional so they do have good customer service, but they were not able to eliminate or successfully treat the termites in my house.

I have a job where I do home visits for medical care in the Phoenix. Bed bug infestation is a problem in the area. I found a bug in my car and requested a visit. The representative they sent out didn't find any signs of bugs in the house and showed me what to look for. He took time to explain how the bug I found was different from a bed bug. He also had several suggestions for preventing bugs from coming into the home. A few days later I found another bug on my daughter's bed and I requested an additional visit. They were able to schedule a representative in a few days and he was also very professional and patient. He looked again in the bed rooms and also explained more specifics about bed bugs and infestation. They did not charge me an additional examination fee for the second day. I am very happy with the company and their representatives. I would absolutely use their service again.

I have never had an issue with Sexton Pest Control and I will continue using their service.

Overall, price is competitive, our service tech (Mike) is very punctual, and responsive; but we have had other technicians that were not, so its a hit and miss; our current technician is very respectful of our property and pets and does a good job spraying inside and out; previous technicians have not been so good - especially when they use the hose to spray back yard, they have damaged landscaping and plants, planters, etc. and oversprayed on items that ended up getting damaged from the spray, such as outdoor entertainment center, but with our current technician we have not had any issues. Would use again and wouldrecommend to others, but with caveats above.

Lance, the bee guy, came with his full bee suit and hopefully solved our bee issue. He came fully prepared and was in and out within an hour. He also came to the house within 2 hours of me calling Sexton. He was very friendly and informative. I knew what was happening and what to expect. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to!

They're really nice. I think they're great. One night I had an ant situation and they had someone out in 30 mins to take care of it. They are on time & let you know if they're going to late. Theyre very detailed and answer any questions I have. They're good people I love their service.

The service went very poorly. I am dissatisfied with Sexton Pest Control. Here's why: Hector gave me an estimate on 8/2/2013. That estimate was for $225, to install 4 boxes with TR6X inside, and to rodent-proof the two external vents on the right side of the house. A subcontractor names Keith Sears came on Monday, 8/5/3013. The order was for rodent proofing and nest removal. There was nothing in his instructions about the rat traps. In addition, he tried to charge me $250. When I challenged him and showed him the original estimate, he backed off and agreed to the $225, which I paid him. He installed wire cages over the vents to keep the roof rat out. Around 8/21/2013, after I?d returned from out-of-state travel, I called Sexton and mentioned I was dissatisfied with the quality of work. The wire cages were poorly installed. At that point, Matt came out and inspected the work. He was dissatisfied with the work too, and mentioned that installing wire cages was not the way to go to resolve my particular problem. Around 9/19/2013, a technician came out and removed the wire traps. Nothing was installed in its place. The technician told me there was nothing he could do to resolve my problem. He asked me what I wanted him to do. I told him that I deferred to him as the expert on how to solve the roof rat problem. He shrugged and left. Around 9/20/2013, I called Sexton Pest Control and left a voice mail message, mentioning the multiple problems I?d had. I told Sexton it was time to have a conversation about giving me a refund, as in the end I had no rat traps and nothing to prevent the roof rat from getting into the house. I again heard the roof rat in our walls, so clearly it?s not gone. Despite the fact that Sexton Pest Control been extremely responsive until this point, I never heard back from them. I called several times and wrote several letters about getting my $225 back, but I never heard a peep from them. My last letter was sent certified, return receipt requested. Still no answer. Despite multiple visits, no service was provided to me by Sexton Pest Control, and they refused to give me my $225 back. This was a total waste of money and time. Be wary of this company.

Then when they were supposed to show up for the second month's service, no one showed up. A week later we called and asked why and when. We were automatically charged and no one ever showed up. We cancelled the contract for failure to provide promised services.

Everything was done EXACTLY as promised and as scheduled. Did an excellent job.

I used this company for a one time treatment of my condo after we saw a few cockroaches. Easy to reach and schedule an appointment. He came out the condo on time and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to answer my questions. He also left his card in case we had any questions or problems. So far, no more roaches for which I am very grateful.

I have used them for years. Their are prices are reasonable. The customer service is excellent, they show up in the time frame they give you. They call prior to the appointment as a reminder. He usually wears booties over his shoes when in the house, he is considerate of my dog and cleans up well.

I have been using Sexton for over 3 years. They always arrive within 10 minutes of the appointed hour.

Mike from Sexton Pest Control was very professional in performing our monthly service. We never had pests indoors, and the ants in the backyard were mostly well-managed. When a bee colony swarmed on our front-yard citrus tree, Sexton sent someone out to remove the hive the next day for around $150. The treatment was effective. For the price we were paying, we decided that we would try our hand at managing pests on our own. Should our efforts fail or prove too costly, we would likely use the professionals at Sexton Pest Control again.

They were very good. Bob came out right away. He did both my house and my daughter’s next door. We will be calling them again this week. Bob knew what he was doing and was very professional. He was very clean and pleasant, and the pricing was competitive. We were very happy with the service.
