Description of Work: Supposed to spray for three months only. Never showed up in dec. charged for April and never came. Told them not to come in writing and over phone after three treatments and ignored me. Wrote and called again and they ignored me, now want me to pay them for service I didnt authorize Nor want. Don't want to credit me and don't want to stop service either. They are crazy. Won't stop service when you say you dont want it. Will never use again in my life. Only good thing is they dont have my credit card number or I would have to cancel card. Even after telling them to stop they won't . Don't know what is the matter with this company! Dont ever use them.

Description of Work: We have a running contract with them that my husband put in place a few years back. He died in 2012, and I was contacted by them to renew when contract expired. The inspector came when I was not at home, didn't notify me, so I had no idea how thoroughly he checked. I don't know if he went under the house (ground set manufactured home)or not...said he did, but.....didn't look like it to me...don't know for sure. Not pleased. I renewed just because there are too many things to think about right now. I'll do more research later. Maybe they are fine. Apparently we don't have termites. This company treated the place in 2010. | |Mainly, I thought it was unprofessional for the inspector not to do the inspection when I was home.

Description of Work: I have used this company for many years. I have them spray the outside of my home bi-monthly. They are reliable and if I have a problem after the spray (ants) they will come back out (no charge) until problem solved. Highly recommend.
