Rockman Pool Service

Went well initially. He came promptly every tuesday morning to clean pool. He really was not very communicative throughout the whole process. I had to ask several times for him to email me or leave me a bill. He only left one invoice on my deck one time. On the 5th week he doe not show to clean the pool. Writes an email on the day he was supposed to show up saying out pool is too much for him to handle. Never comes to tell me the issues in person. Just a no show and an email. Overall very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend their service.

Fine, I had a bad pump since then, but it wasn't there fault.

He informed me that he couldn't provide what I was looking for so I ended up getting done. I needed my spa looked at and he was more of a pool guy.

He could have told me and I was not listening , but I wish he had communicated with me he would not be the cleaner. Having just had a bad experience with my previous pool company.

They went over and above what the deal included. Matt cleaned the filters, got my navigator vacuum going and cleaned debris and small rocks off the bottom of the pool to make sure the navigator would keep going. He was prompt, very courteous and professional and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Rockman Pool Service and use them again!

Matt did a great job cleaning the filters and going through the entire pool to make sure it was in good shape for the summer. He worked around my scheduling conflicts and notified me when he was running a bit late. Thanks!

We were very impressed with Matt's professionalism. We also have a gas heater that is brand new that we want to sell. It came with the house we bought. But we do not anticipate using it. Matt offered to keep it in mind and let us know if he has anyone that is looking for a system. He took down the information and said he'd let us know. We plan on keeping Matt on the short list since he did such a great job while he was here. One thing we hate more than anything is high pressure selling from anyone. The more a salesperson or repair person does that, the sooner we want them out of our house. It was really refreshing to have a young businessman come that respects his customers and is looking for a long term relationship providing high quality service in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

What a great deal and I used it to have the filters cleaned, but I wish he had taken the time to show me the condition of the filters. It would have been nice to know what state they were in and how clean he was able to get them. He was super fast so I was left questioning how quickly he could have cleaned 4 filters. Because he doesn't normally service my area of town, I would only use again with another deal. And the next time, I would ask to see the filters. He also tested the water and told me it was fine, but I've had other pool service companies that leave a report of the levels which is nicer.

Matt is wonderful. Incredibly nice, decent person. I'd like to adopt him.

On the first visit, the person who came to clean my pool accidentally broke part of the handle on a ball valve. I offered to share the expense of fixing it, but Matt replaced the valve at no cost to me. Matt's integrity and responsiveness are very much appreciated! I've had my pool serviced three times so far. Matt's staff have come each week on the day arranged and always leave a note indicating that they were here and what they did. The pool is being kept clean and the chemicals are in balance. I will definitely continue to use Rockman Pool Service for weekly maintenance and will contact Matt first for any additional maintenance that might be needed.

Matthew was a very professional young man, he did what was needed to be done and advised me. Was gone before I knew it, and extremely busy this time of year! Doesn't really service my area yet, (looking to expand) but was willing to look into who might -if needed. Assured me that I was doing a great job with it, and knew I didn't want to spend a lot of time with it, so advised me on what changes needed to be made and try, that they should help with maintenance.

They have completed the work. I had them clean some overall filters. They did the work well as expected. This was the first time I have used them and I would use them again. There was a scheduling conflicting and a light delay, but did the work as expected.

Delivers great pool service. Overall saves me $$$ in chemicals if I were to do it myself.

The provider did not contact me withing the 2 days, the work is urgent so I needed to find another company to do it.

Their ad was misleading. If they don't want to service above ground spas, the ad should have stated that. This was a complete waste of my time.

Mathew, after installing new pumps for my pool a couple of weeks ago, stopped by afterwards on two occasions to change out my filter cartridges and also to repair an issue with my cleaning system that was not related to his pump installation -- at no charge. I am extremely pleased with his service and will definitely recommend him to friends and relatives. He does a great job and stands by his work. Very happy to have found him on this website.

Decided not to use them. I tayed wirh my current pool people.

Matthew performed all of the services and repairs as promised. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, I could not be more pleased with the results. My pool pumps now run quieter and more efficient since having them replaced with the Pentair IntelliFlo Variable Speed Pumps. A bit pricy, but they will pay for themselves in a couple of years. Matthew has earned my trust and I expect to do business with no other pool company going forward.

Although I was unable to purchase the "Big Deal" at this time, Matthew was great! He was very patient, answered all my questions, and always answered right away.
