Regal Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning

Everything went great, just as it was with our previous experience with Regal Carpeting. With a toddler and puppy our carpets desperately need a good cleaning periodically and everything looks perftect after Kurt and his guys come in. We will definately be using Regal Carpeting again. Scheduling is a breeze and we love how great our carpets look after they come in!

REGAL answered our call promptly and scheduled us within twenty-four hours. He arrived promptly and performed the carpet cleaning excellently, advising us as to the suitability of cleaning material for our woolen carpet. The work was of a high professional standard and the owner was courteous and polite. A first-class service!!

I needed to have a thorough cleaning of my hard wood floors. My initial phone conversation with Kurt was pleasant enough; he described a new process he was considering using. He made an arrangement to call me the night before the day I was off from work to firm up his visit to give me an estimate on that day. My off day came and went; later that day, Kurt called to apologize his not calling me. I waited to get a follow-up call from him. After a few days and not hearing from him, I called again and left a message on his voice mail because I was still interested in getting an estimate from him and possibly hiring him. This was weeks ago and he has not returned my call. I think we're done here. If a company can't return a phone message within a reasonable time, that's a bad sign in my opinion.

Kurt was very friendly and responsive and performed high quality work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Any messages I left for him were returned the same day. He was able to do the job on a Saturday which was great since weekdays are not an option for me. I would use him again and highly recommend his services.

Angie's list offered a promotional coupon to have Regal clean your carpet or rugs. Our MBR carpet needed a thorough cleaning, Regal gets high marks on Angie's List, and the coupon made their price very attractive. Bought coupon and contacted Kurt to arrange the visit a few days later. He came early in the morning, right when he said he would, cleaned the carpet quite well, and did so reasonably quickly. Very nice guy. Later that day, we had him visit our little office building, the entirety of which needs its carpeting cleaned. Six good-sized offices or conference rooms, plus hallways and stairways. He developed a quote while onsite, we accepted, and he's scheduled to do that job next week. We'll report on it after Labor Day.

Kurt Hartmann, the owner/operator, was very pleasant and professional to deal with. Even though he doesn't come into NYC everyday, he was flexible and prompt about scheduling pickup/delivery in the city. The rug looks fine and the cost is reasonable and predictable. I tried the service because it was on sale via Angie's List Deals, but I will definitely use Regal again at the regular price.

Regal called back the very evening I called to schedule the appointment to clean my sofa. When the owner came to do the work, he was very professional and described all of the possible options for cleaning the upholstery. I also asked for advice on cleaning two oriental rugs. He took measurements, and gave me excellent information. Do hire him.

Kurt is very professional and friendly. He is eager to answer any questions and goes above and beyond to make sure he does a great job. Overall, I was very pleased with this service. I would definitely enlist his services in the future and highly recommend him.

Kurt returned my call on the same day and we set up an appointment for a few days later. Although we had an afternoon appointment, a change to his morning appointment allowed him to come earlier which was fine for us. Kurt moved some remaining pieces of furniture and vacuumed the room thoroughly. The carpet is cleaned with his equipment hooked up to his truck so this is no ordinary 'rental carpet cleaner'. It is a powerful and efficient machine. The cleaners are water based and safe. When done, Kurt returned all the furniture to the proper place and left foam blocks under the legs so the carpet could dry better.The carpet was dry 2 hours later. It is looking and smelling fresh and we are now confident that our kids can crawl about safely. I will probably not bother renting carpet cleaning equipment again except in a pinch. I would highly recommend Regal and Kurt.

The owner, Kurt, came to the house and gave a thorough walk through. He measured an gave a fair estimate that came in right where I thought it should be. He was very accommodating with a date for the service. Kurt did an excellent job, was very professional and I felt totally secure with him and his partner in the house.

I was expecting a visit from my husband's European family, and needed to turn a finished attic back into a useable bedroom and clean some long-neglected upholstery. The attic carpet and my sofa were in pretty bad shape; but I needed a short-term solution for company and hoped I wouldn't have to replace either this year. I called Kurt after reading his reviews on Angie's List, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Kurt was able to fit the work in within a couple of days of my calling. At our first meeting, he explained ahead of time what he thought he could and couldn't accomplish with some old stains, and gave me treatment options. When he came to do the work, Kurt was prompt, very personable, professional and, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to restore the attic carpet and sofa. He even came back the next day with a stronger cleaner to work on an especially tough orange stain in the attic, and managed to get almost all of it out. Overall, I was very pleased with the results, and I thought the price was modest given the time and effort put into the work. I concur with all the kind things reported by other members, and would recommend this vendor to anyone.

Great job and great to do business with. Kurt, the owner, was easy to reach by phone. He came to the house, gave me a very reasonable estimate and said he'd make room in his schedule the next day because we were expecting company in a few days and we wanted to get the stains and spots out and freshen up the carpet in general. He showed up on time, stayed longer than expected because some of the spots were tough to remove and he wouldn't give up. He was really pleasant as he worked and he put all the furniture back in place. I am very satisfied with the results.

Great! First of all - Kurt made room in his schedule so that he could come before New Years (we were having a party and desperately needed our carpets cleaned). That was huge. His estimate over the phone was very close to what it cost us and he was a true professional. I only gave the quality a B because we still have some spots - although the carpets look 100% better than they did before Kurt came out. He was honest, fair and worked very hard to get our carpets cleaned. We would definitely use him again!

Kurt came in an emergency to my daughter's home. Had to come twice to accomplish a good result. Reliable, dependable, pleasant man who saved the day. For us we had a scheduled appointment to clean the entire townhouse carpeting. Kurt came when he said he would, did a great job. Everything was done according to plan. It's stressful to have work done in your home. Kurt made it easier. Great guy, great work.

The work was performed to our satisfaction and in the time originally estimated. Kurt, the owner of Heaven's Best, did the job himself. He was very good to work with, and threw in the cleaning of a few areas of the house which we did not originally ask him to do at no extra charge. I would definitely use Heaven's Best again.

He was a nice guy and did a good job. I just needed a small hallway cleaned, he was nice enough to send me an invoice instead of requesting payment up front. I received another quote for this job and Heaven's Bests price was 1/3 of it.

Kurt is a true professional. He knows everything you need to know about carpets, carpet cleaning and maintenance. His customer service skills are excellent. He made sure that he replaced my furniture exactly as it was originally and would not give up on even the most stubborn stain until he was satisfied that it had been completely removed. His bill was right in line with his phone estimate and he followed through with a phone call a few days later to make sure that I was still totally satisfied with the carpet cleaning. Great job!

Kurt, the owner who took my call and did the work was very professional, responsive knowledgeable and accommodating and instilled trust. I called him at 5:58 pm on Friday night to come look at several urine spots from my cat in a relatively new rug in my family room . He returned my call within an hour, and as soon as he realized that my house was for sale and that the issue that he was coming to resolve (pet urine stains) could impact my ability to sell, he proposed coming on Sunday morning at 9 am to take care of it (which is his usual day off, as opposed to scheduling me for his next open spot later in the week as I'm guessing he would have otherwise done.) This seems like an advantage of dealing with a company were the owner is also the actual service provider, at least in the case of this company. He successfully removed the chai strain which he treated and I previously could not get out. He walked around the room with a urine detector and located the spots that I knew that my cat had urinated plus one or 2 others and then treated them. I'll know better in the next day or so whether the odor is completely gone, but so far so good. He also was not trying to sell me anything, and in fact actually recommended that I didn't need another service that I was considering from him. I was thinking about getting the entire carpet in that room cleaned, even though it was only 10 months old and not dirty, since he was already there, but he stated that the rest of the carpet was fine and did not need to be cleaned, before I even asked the question. I didn't get price quotes from any other vendors, but the price of $75 seemed very fair for the service that he provided, particularly as he came so quickly and on a Sunday.
