Kurt arrived on time. He did a good carpet cleaning job. He moved furniture as needed. He left no mess. He was easy to work with. Price was as quoted. We would use him again.

They're a good company; very excellent service. Very happy with that. They did a great job. He was very affordable and they did a great job for the money. They did pretty good, they did an excellent job. They're very economical and did a great job for the money. I think they did the job pretty well. They came on time. I was not there, but they got done all the work.

They were 9 foot by 12 foot. Two of them were pretty big; it wasn’t an oriental rug but it was like an oriental rug. I like their promptness, quality and service.

He picked up the carpets and returned them in a timely manner. He took the time to position them for me when he returned them. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend his work .

I called Kurt for carpet cleaning appointment. I told him all the details and he said he is somewhere so he'll reply me back in few minutes.I waited for his call for whole day and he never call me back.

Kurt is a super pro. He cleaned the sofa and 4 large pillows in the house within 20 minutes; he also stain proofed the sofa and pillows. Couch looks brand new!

Scheduling the appointment was done quickly and project started a few days later. The work was excellent, and we had questions concerning another possible job and it was explained to us that what we wanted to have done was not necessary and advice was also provided on how to do the project on our own. Overall the job was done to perfection.

What a pleasant experience! No communication problems. Kurt cuts right to the chase. Upfront, honest and efficient. Not to mention good work and great results. Would use Regal again without a doubt.

I wish I had met Kurt earlier. He was available earlier than expected and went to work immediately with his helper. They were finished in just over an hour leaving cleanliness and one very happy customer in his wake. We will be scheduling for the other rooms very soon.

Kurt arrived on time and ready to go to work. The carpet was a dirty mess including urine stains from our pre housetrained dog and staining from a flood caused by a burst pipe. Before he started, he explained everything that he was going to do to get rid of the stains and protect the furniture that could not be moved out of the way. He recommended scotchguarding without a hard sell. We decided to get it done hoping that it will help with future spills. The carpet looks like new- all the stains gone. Kurt was at all times professional and it was obvious that he really knows his business. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Kurt is very nice and super professional. We confirmed the date of service and time - my daughter was moving in to a new house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned prior to the move. Kurt was on time, polite, did an excellent job and worked with us on the price. I would not hesitate to recommend him - we will use him again as the need rises.

Kurt was very professional. He came to the house to give an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. He arrived promptly and went right to work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I plan to use his cleaning services again in the Fall.

The process went great! Kurt, the owner does the estimate himself which is a big plus! He came out right away and gave clear and concise explanations of the work he would do to my carpet, the products he uses and what makes him stand out among his competition. He was social and personable yet, very professional. The day of the carpet cleaning I was surprised to see him arrive alone, but he clarified he had a last minute mix up with one of his employees that was supposed to work with him that day. Most confident and reassuringly he stated, "what matters most is that I'm here!" and he was right! He handled the whole job alone like a champ and was done within the time frame he had originally quoted (3 hours). I am very pleased with the service and the carpets look brand new!

Kurt was great. Our closing was delayed a few times and we were able to push him back till the time we needed. It was after 6pm and he was still working at 9pm. But since I was concerned about the noise from the truck I asked if we could do the stairs another time. He was again very accommadating and willing to come back after we have settled in and for no charge. I would definitely recommend him!

Everything went very well. Kurt is a knowledgeable professional who obviously enjoys his job. He did a beautiful job of steam cleaning our furniture, carpets and rugs. Everything looked clean and new. There were some very stained kitchen chairs that could not be cleaned and he very kindly discounted the price even though he spent a good deal of time on them. He made sure to point out certain areas of spots that were impossible to remove without damaging the fabric or carpet. He is a wealth of information on cleaning carpets and a very pleasant professional. He was also very respectful of our home. We will certainly call on him in the future and recommend him to others.

I called Regal Carpet Cleaners on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for that Thursday. We have light carpeting on our stairs and it really was very soiled. Kurt did a wonderful job there and in our family room. He also gave us good advice about the next carpet purchase we make. The carpets in both areas look great! I will definitely call Kurt again when I need carpets cleaned.

Service providers were professional, punctual and very respectful of my home. Cleaning was very satisfactory. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them. Phone calls were returned promptly, providers arrived on time, called when they were on their way, and the job took the exact amount of time that was estimated. I underestimated the square footage to be cleaned, but was not charged anything additional, which they would have been entitled to do. A first class operation!

Everything went very well. The carpets are cleaner than when I had another vendor do them. He took plenty of time to give extra attention to soiled areas. Very nice man and very professional.

Kurt was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional and responsive. He did a thorough estimate initially then we scheduled the work for the following week. The job took about 5 hours. I was having some sprinkler work done on the same day. The sprinkler technician tracked mud through the house. Not only did Kurt clean the areas that got dirty, he spoke to the sprinkler technician and insisted if he was going to come into the house, he need to wearing coverings on his boots!!

The owner came on time we discussed treatment of area rug and decided the best way was for him to take it back to his shop and clean he returned it on the day we discussed. All went well . All the small Rugs were cleaned in the house. He was very nice and courtious,I would recommend him highly.

It went exactly as I was told it would, with excellent results. The whole experience, which can be a pain when removing and replacing an area rug (with furniture), was wonderful.

I had 2 oriental rugs cleaned, 1 large and 1 small. I also purchased a large rug pad from them. Kurt Hartman and his assistants were wonderful. They showed up on time, and moved my furniture around for me, being so careful making sure they did not break anything. They moved everything back exactly where I wanted it. The rugs look great, the did an exceptional job cleaning them. They are punctual, courteous, and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.
