Regal Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning

In the midst of moving and haven't resolved my options yet but do plan to use this provider when I am ready.

Absolutely top notch. Came neatly dressed with booties as overshoes and a mat as first visit was on a rainy day. Made sensible suggestions for repairs and stain proofing. Arrived at a reasonable price for both those and additional services. Showed up; no wasted motion. Thoroughly professional comp[any and person representing (the owner) Kurt.

We are very happy with the work that was done. i was particularly happy with the results of my carpet because we have had it for many years.

I have now used Kurt on three different occasions and he continues to perform at an exceptional level. I recently moved and had Kurt pick up 5 rugs from my old house and one from an apartment we used to clean them before moving into the new home. Kurt showed up when promised to pick up the rugs and held them for over one month until I moved in to the new home. My wife was amazed at how clean he got the rugs. Once in the new home we had Kurt clean the wall-to-wall carpet in one room. Once again , he did a great job with that and recommended another service provider to "stretch" the carpet as it was starting to "bunch" in some locations. My wife was looking to clean some upholstery so we called Kurt to come to our house to clean two cloth chairs and an ottoman that had odors and dirt from our dogs. Additionally we asked Kurt if he could clean our leather sofas. Before he would commit to cleaning the sofas he told us he would test a spot to make sure it would be worth the cost. When he saw that it would work he went forward with cleaning both sofas. Once again, my wife was amazed with the quality of his work. Kurt does outstanding work and is an individual of integrity. He cares about what he does for his customers and is not looking to just make a sale. I am very pleased with everything he has done for me and would use him again in the future.

He was a nice guy. He came in. He worked hard. He got the whole place done. He did it as good as it could have been done. He was courteous and professional.

Having found Regal on Angie's List with a superior ratiing, I was confident from the beginning that I had found a great service provider. An estimate was provided within a few hours of my initial phone call. We liked the estimate and set up the date for service in about a week and a half. It could have been done sooner but didn't fit into our schedule. Kurt arrived the morning of the service on time and did the work himself because his helper had been called out on an emergency for a long-time client. The job took about 4 hours and Kurt worked non-stop. He did a great job and was friendly, courteous, prompt and reliable. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back or to recommend him.

Things went well from start to finish. Kurt came and cleaned my basement rug leaving it spotless and after the fact it had a delightful aroma as well. He was professional and personable--all in all I will continue to use Regal for all of my carpet and floor cleaning needs.

Had our carpeting in the finished basement cleaned. Regal did a great job. Carpets look new. We are having them come back to clean all the upstairs bedroom carpets very soon once we finish having the rooms painted. Excellent value! Highly recommend.

I would use them again. He was very enviromentally friendly when it came to his work. Because he was accurate with his quote I would give him an A for the price.

He was pretty efficient and did a good job. The price was reasonable. Everything met my expectations. I didn't compare the price. I thought it was fair.

Scheduling was very easy, the owner/operator called back and came promptly, including changing the time once. We hired him because of dust (from a kitchen gutting and remodeling) that had spread. He cleaned twice: once with a hand-operated upright vacuum, and again with the steam equipment housed in his truck. He was quite thorough, and because of all the dust we were pleased to have two types of cleaning.

My house received 18" of water due to Hurricane Sandy and this water also included raw sewage and oil contaminants. While some furniture was completely unrecoverable we had an oriental rug, an ottoman and an easy chair that we thought could be saved, although the decontamination company did not think so. I called Kurt and he came over to look at the items. Although the rug had been submerged for several days in some pretty disgusting water, and then dragged outside to the backyard where it sat mostly uncovered for another 2 weeks, Kurt seemed pretty optimistic. The ottoman and easy chair cushions he did not think would be a problem. He took all the items back to his shop and returned them a few weeks later and they looked brand new. Not only did he save me having to purchase new when we are watching every penny during our rebuild it was psychologically an uplift to have at least some of my old things returned to me. My entire first level has been demolished and is being rebuilt from scratch. Having a few touches of the past means a lot.

The total experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend Kurt for any cleaning. He made the process extremely easy and did a terrific job. Kurt was able to get all of the stains out of the rug and he was able to make it look like new again. Additionally, he was quick and very responsive.

I live in a nice sized town house and the carpeting is old and worn. I was having last minute guests and needed it cleaned as it is light colored and had gotten very soiled. I chose Regal because of the excellent reviews on Angie's list, and could not have been more pleased. They got someone to my house on one day's notice. He was very knowlegeable, professional, pleasant and honest about the expected result given the age and condition of the carpet. He worked SO HARD that he was sweating by the time he was done. It took about 3 hours. The result far exceeded my expectations and the cost was considerably lower than I had paid to other companies in the past. I have had my carpet cleaned many times throughout the years and this was by far the best and most reasonably priced job. When I chatted with him about my intention to replace the carpet very soon he offered excellent advice for durable, stain resistant and economical carpets. As he was leaving, he gave me a business card/refrigerator magnet which is now a permanent fixture on my refrigerator as I plan to use Regal for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

We hired Regal to clean our wall-to-wall carpeting as well as an Oriental rug. The carpeting needed deep cleaning and the rug had some older stains in it. We were somewhat doubtful that the rug would be restored to its original state, but we figured any improvement would be worth taking the chance. I contacted Regal late one night and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Kurt the following day. He was polite, professional, and we set up an appointment. The day he arrived he brought our Oriental rug back with him for cleaning, and he did an absolutely superb job with our wall-to-wall carpeting. I was absolutely amazed at how new it looked, including areas that we couldn'tordinarily clean with our routine vacuuming. The big test, however, was going to be with the Oriental rug. The day he returned it to us I was hopeful but not sure what to expect. I was quite shocked to discover that the stains, which had been set for years and resisted several cleaning attempts (by me), had been completely eliminated! Regal saved our expensive rug and restored it to its original brilliance. We could not be happier with the results and we will definitely use Regal again in the future!

Regal extended the time of the cleaning special beyond it's expiration date without any hassle. When the time came for the cleaning, service was prompt, professional and thorough. Excellent job!

Spoke to Kurt on the phone and after discussing various options (in-home cleaning, etc.) we decided that since I wanted it delivered to a different address it would be best to have it picked up. (The rug was a pretty big, 25+ year old braided style that had never been professionally cleaned.) He gave me the cost and estimated that it would take 2 weeks. It ended up taking about 1 week. We arranged for delivery, he arrived on time and took great pains to make sure the rug was exactly where I wanted it. This wasn't all that easy because it required lifting and moving furniture a few times. The rug is so bright and clean...I'm so glad I had this done! Kurt is awesome...this is why I always use local companies rather than national chains. When someone owns their own business, their reputation is on the line with every job. Kurt did not disappoint and I recommend Regal without reservation.

It went excellent. I could not give them a higher recommendation. I gave the wrong measurements for the rug and my rug was actually larger but he kept the price the same.

I called around 4, they came out the next morning. He does very good work. Very promt and professional. Explained the process of the cleaning. He cleaned some of the rugs inside of the house, and some of the rugs they took out side of the house. He tells you if the carpet is worth cleaning, and if it needs a deep cleaning. He was very honest if you should go cheaper. He was very clean. I will definitely use him again. The experience was just fabulous! He even gave me a discount because of Angie's List.

The contractor visited the same day he was called and gave an estimate. He did the work on the next day.
