They clean very good. I have used them twice.

Good communication and pricing led to an appointment. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The rooms be cleaned were on the second and third level but not a challenge. My rugs look like new again and there was some heavy staining so I am very pleased. Definitely recommend and would gladly use again! Thanks for the great job.

When my elderly mother requested we find someone to clean her carpet, we called Regal based on the reviews on Angie's List. We were never impressed by the quality of the work provided by local carpet cleaning franchises. Kurt responded to our call in a timely manner and was able to give us an estimate based on our room dimensions. Appointment was made at our convenience. He had been running a little late due to a previous appointment, but called us twice to let us know - you don't always get the courtesy of a call these days. He was professional, got right to work, and we were pleasantly surprised by how the old carpeting came back to life. His over the phone estimate for our job was right on the money. Based on the time he spent cleaning the carpet and the final result, price was pretty reasonable. Mom was delighted to have clean, fresh smelling carpet! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Great company! I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they came to my house that Monday to clean my mattresses. We had an issue with a nervous cat who, well, you can guess where I am going! Kurt called when he was on his way, which is always appreciated. Kurt came in, assessed the pieces that needed cleaning, and explained to me what he was going to do. He set up quickly, cleaned my mattresses and chair quickly, and cleaned up quickly. It was a great experience, and my mattresses came out great. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I left a message on Kurt's phone and he returned my call within one day. He was exceptionally professional and arranged to collect the rugs the following day. The carpets were returned within 7 days and are beautifully clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kurt, he is polite, friendly and professional, everything you would look for in a company.

Kurt cleaned a rocker, top of queen mattress, sofa and chaise. On time, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and clean.

Came over, rolled 'em up -- even dragged a few out of the basement which entailed moving a bunch of stuff out of the way that was too heavy for me. Really sweet, strong, personable guy who cares about his work. Definitely give this guy a try.

Regal Carpet Rug & Upholstery Cleaning was excellent. They were very thorough. They did a nice, quick clean on the carpet. They have moved most of the furniture and the dresses that were left behind, they said they could do that so they helped me out which was very nice. They did an excellent job.

From the first contact Kurt was responsive, punctual, professional and honest. He gave me an accurate price on the phone and provided several options. He tried hard to work around getting to a 3rd floor apt. and ultimately offered to remove my huge custom carpet and clean it outside so that it could benefit from truck mounted cleaning. Kurt said truck mounted was the only way to go and having had my rugs and wall to wall cleaned in the past by service technicians who carried stuff on their back, I knew he was right. All that previous cleaning was a waste of money! My carpets looked cleaner and Kurt was easy to work with. I am confident in referring him!

He was sincere, punctual, consultative in his approach, and didn't try to upsell beyond what was required. His price was very fair for the value I received. We needed to get three cloth covered chairs cleaned before shipping them. They had been in storage for 3-4 years, and they had heavy soiled areas, and one chair was once white... We had 24 hours to get them cleaned once we pulled them from storage, and found Regal (Kurt) on Angie's List. He returned my wife's call promptly, and set up a time for the next day in the afternoon. He called to give us an update on his arrival time, so we could do other things. He was on time, very professional, and kept the work space very clean as well. The chairs turned out great, including the white chair... Put many years of use back into the material. We highly recommend him.

Kurt came and looked at the sofa and did a test spot. I decided to go ahead and use him as I thought he was quite knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to remove the spots and refresh the entire sofa. It looks gorgeous!

They were very responsive throughout the process. First, when I called, I received a call back right away. They explained the services completely and gave me a quote over the phone that they stuck to. When they arrived to pick up the rugs and cushions, they consulted with my husband in frank terms about what we could expect related to the pet stains. Once the work was performed, they called again to discuss how the sofa cushions came out and other options. We knew there might be limited success with the sofa cushions before we even called Regal, but they worked with us throughout. The rugs and cushions were both picked up and delivered at the appointed time, unlike so many vendors these days! Finally, the price was about 1/3 of what I had paid in the past, so we felt we got excellent value for our dollar.

I made an appt with Kurt to come clean the carpets the afternoon that we were closing on our house. Over the phone he gave me pricing and what to expect with the cleaning process. I was unsure of the sq footage but he was able to give me a ballpark that turned out to be very accurate (700 sq ft). He was prompt, friendly and got right to work. At the walk through that morning we discovered the house was not broom clean or vacuumed so when Kurt arrived I was still cleaning up. He told me not to bother--he had a professional vacuum that would get everything and was part of the service. We had all the carpets cleaned in about 3 hours and the place smelled great. There was no upsell, he said if we were really on top of maintenance we can have them cleaned every 6-8 months but once a year was normal. And everything was completely dry by the time the movers showed up with our stuff a day later. We've already recommended him to friends!
