Description of Work: I am very Leary about these upholstery cleaners. I have lovely things and there are so many hacks out there who just bring a water based cleaning machine and never check the fabrics first. I have two large armchairs in my living room upholstered in a very good ( viscose and cotton ) fabric in a gold color made in Italy. I didn't want a repeat of last year when the skirts on the chairs waffled from the water cleaning. I knew I was in good hands when Kurt Hartman volunteered to come by first to see my furniture and light shade of woolen carpet in the bed room before actually doing the job. He went to great lengths to explain the different cleaning methods and even took a swatch of the gold fabric back to his shop to test it before doing the cleaning". I died and went to heaven". tHe was very candid with me about having a light shaded flat woolen worsted wall to wall carpet in my bedroom. He didn't over promise It 's difficult to clean. I was thrilled with the results . My chairs bounced back beautifully and the carpet is better than it was . Kurt also cleaned 2 occasional chair s and 4 throw pillows It all met with my expectations. Kurt is smart, reliable , competent and fairly priced. All of this peace of mind for $500. I 'd use hi again in a mega second!

Picked up and delivered promptly and gave estimate on repair of oriental with explanation of different approaches that could be taken. + 1 moreOverall it went great. Pick up and delivery times were accurate with a call prior to arriving. There was not one problem.... prompt good service that exceeded my expectations. The rug in my room came back looking like new. I never thought all of the spots would come out. I'm glad I went with Heaven's Best. I had had another estimate over the phone and that person told me to throw the rug out. I'm glad I didn't listen to him. The second rug came back looking great too. Clean clean clean. I definitely recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning in Paramus, NJ.
Description of Work: I needed to have two area rugs cleaned, one 8' X 10' and 5' X 7'. The smaller rug was from my room, ivory colored and I just couldn't keep up with the city soot that eventually covered it along with few puppy paw spots. The one in my son's room was bigger and was also quite sooty. Kurt, the owner of Heaven's Best, gave me a good estimate including delivery and off the rugs went. They came back in beautiful condition.

+ 0 moreMy carpet was badly stained. It had been steam cleaned about 10 years ago but it was a mess. Very dirty with stains. They took the carpet and deep cleaned it 3 times and de-mothed it for no charge. If the carpet had not come back in a decent condition we were going to have to get rid of it. It came back looking wonderful! It still has a few stains but other than that it looks incredible. Great job and exactly the cost they quoted. I will use them again.

+ 0 moreI am embarrassed to say that my carpeting was very soiled and had not been cleaned in some time. One person did the work of many. I felt bad that we didn't have the furniture moved out of the way, but the gentleman doing the cleaning moved items around and asked questions regarding bad stains in order to clean better. This company was extremely professional, called to let us know that he had hit traffic and would be delayed. We were very please and will call them back. the cleaning was done with extreme care.

+ 1 moreI called to have an area rug cleaned and they came the next day. After seeing how clean it was, I asked to do my whole basement and steps. Kurt called his next client and asked if it would be OK to stay an extra hour and after yes, he did my basement. My kids commented immediately when they saw how clean it was. While it may only last a few months with 2 kids, I am excited on how clean both carpets came. Thanks Kurt.
