 + -1 moreThe gentleman came in with his vacuum, moved our dryer, disconnected the vent hose, and ran his vacuum hose up the vent. He even warned me that it will be a little noisy as he cleaned out the vent. He even vacuumed stray lint that was under the dryer. When he was finished, he moved the dryer back into place. Not only that, he moved the dryer closer to the washer as I had asked. He was very considerate and answered all my questions. When he was finished. he just asked for name so that he could pull my deal from Angie's List. He also said that he would give me that same price next year.

 + -1 moreHe was a pleasant enough person but I was not warned of the filth that would result. No protective sheeting was provided or even offered and large black smears of soot were left on my white doors and security doors. Additionally, a film of soot covered the entire floor with large smears on my hardwood floors where the dirty hose was dragged. This was my first chimney sweep experience and definitely my last with Quality Air. It was so bad that I actually took photos.

 + 0 moreThe job went smoothly. The chimney was taken care of and the process was explained to us. Once finished you would never know they were there. Everything left clean and neat. David even cleaned the upholstery on a chair for us at no charge. Very professional, communicative and prompt. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

 + 0 moreI managed to get a vent brush stuck in the duck work and even though he tried everywhich way he could think of it would not move. He did however restore the air flow through the vent which was the important thing. He arrived when he said he would. Was very professional.

Description of Work: My ac/heater was not blowing air. They came out checked it out and told me it was a resistor. The part has a easy cheap fix and it has been working ever since.
