He did what he said that he was going to do but he just had a vacuum cleaner with a wand. We expected him to have a brush vacuum cleaner system so that he would get the lint off the walls of the piping. I could have done what he did with my vacuum if I had a long hose. He was punctual and courteous and did the job quickly.

They honored my coupon when I couldn't schedule that would work for them or me before the coupon expiration. The dryer works better. Fast and prompt.

Terrible: When you issued the confirmation, no phone number or email contact for the vendor was provided, so, silly me, I wrote a note; SEE Below. So, when i returned to the area and presumed it had been done (he had contacted and coordinated one of those dates with my son) I receive a note from Angies that it's NOT done. NOW, I search for and finally guess at a couple phone numbers, call and get this BS answer: We don't ever call or email; we'd have to hire another person to do that. The buyer has to contact us. (DUH, HOW?) and no, of course, I can't schedule before it expires. First off, Angie, why would you confirm a purchase without contact information ? that's on you. Secondly, I hope you will pull these guys from any possible promotions. (Ironically, he spent more time talking to me about how to get a refund with you than it woud have taken him to call when asked!) The technician was on time, informative, friendly and efficient. He advised us on how often we should have the vent cleaned and some basic maintenance tips. We were not used to the venting systems here in AZ what with having moved from IL within the past year and wanted to be sure our venting system was clean and clear. He assured us that the vent was not too linty which was reassuring. He left a card for any further questions.

I am very impressed and he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was so painless compared to what has been done in the past and I have it done at least every year to year and a half.

He checked for crimps in the old tube. I could see for myself that the new installation of my dryer was not done correctly. The representative for Quality Air recommended a stronger type of tubing. I purchased that product. I could see that the new tube was far superior. The dryer was put back in place without a crimp in the line.

Technician called approx. 30 minutes before arrival and was here within the 2-hour time window that he had previously given. He was courteous and professional. He pulled out the dryer and ran a vacuum hose from his truck far up into the dryer vent, several times and also vacuumed the louvers on the back of the dryer. He replaced the dryer and washer back to their original positions. The entire job was completed in about 20 minutes.

He was punctual, polite and did his work and left.

The service man arrived at the beginning of the time window set up for him. He called to let me know he was on the way. He came in and performed the cleaning of the dryer vent in a quick, professional manner. He was careful and made sure the area was clean when he left it.

I called this company to come out and the gentleman said he unclogged it, but the dryer was still hot. I called an appliance repair company who said that everything was fine with the dryer and that the vents were still clogged. I called Quality Air letting them know what I had discovered and they were very rude. I had to hire another company and they pulled out a ton of stuff from the vent, so evidently the job was not done the first time. The gentleman on the phone said that there were no refunds and hung up on me. Total I have spent $205 for Quality Air, the appliance repair and the other company to unclog the vent.

My husband was the one to talk to him. I don't know if it showed any room for improvement since they did what they did.

They had a cancellation so we were able to get the dryer vent cleaned a day early. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't believe the amount of lint that was removed. 20 years worth.

It's great. They're very informative. They did a very thorough job. They basically talked to my husband and he was impressed. He told us what the schedule should be for just the two of us just on and on so we were very impressed with them. He was there right on time.

David did a great job of cleaning our dryer vent. We have a two story home with three bends to get from the dryer to the outside vent. Because of their high-suction machine and the length of the hoses used, he was able to clean out the entire duct channel.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and was in and out in 30 minutes. Moved and replace machines as necessary. to clean the dryer vent. Very thorough clean-up. I am thinking about using them to clean my AC duct-work.
