Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning

I was very upset about the carpet which my dog tore right down the middle. I contemplated putting in new carpet but decided to try and have it repaired. Keith and Toby cut out the damaged part and used a piece I had saved from it's original installation to replace the destroyed carpet.. It looks great!!! They just saved me a bunch of money! They were so polite, knowledgeable, and personable that they were a pleasure to have in my home. They were also so kind to two of my dogs who would not leave them alone. They even petted the culprit dog! I will never fear damaged carpet again!!

Hector did an awesome Job placing protection guards on the corners of our walls so the hoses did not damage the finish. He laughed and carried on as he lugged all his equipment up two flights of stairs to clean our upstairs bedrooms. After spraying the carpets with pre treatment he started upstairs and worked his way down. He made sure to get all the stairs and risers as well as behind or around some of our heavy furniture. The shag was tough but had a stain he couldn't remove so he discounted that part of the service from our bill. He also made sure I was aware of the fact that the solutions used would not harm our pets. Nice touch.

Two tries to patch carpet where there was a pet stain. I had remant of the carpet and they had to come out twice since the first time there were obviously gaps. Wish I didn't have the work done, had to put an area rug over the spot.

Keith and Phoenix carpet repair did an awesome job. The carpet is nice and tight and we can finally start moving our stuff in to make it a home. thanks guys. We will talk to you when it is time to have them cleaned. GREAT JOB!

Quite easy to schedule appointment on line. Quick response confirming the appointment and payment of deposit. Keith, the technician who performed the work, gave me a courtesy call to let me know the exact time of his arrival. Work was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations given the type of damage.

Keith arrived right on time even though he called to inform me of some traffic delays. He promptly and professionally double checked my room measurements (about 13x25) to finalize the job cost before proceeding. After cost approval he went to work reinstalling my existing padding and carpet. He trimmed about an inch excess from both pad and carpet and even installed a foot of missing tack strip. The job was completed in less than an hour and he was on his way. He apologized for not being able to vacuum due to a broken belt on his machine, but he cleaned up with dust pan and broom anyway. I am very satisfied and happy with the results.

The complete process took only a couple of hours and the carpets look brand new. I couldn't be happier. I need to have my grout cleaned too, so I will be calling Phx carpet for that as well. From my perspective, the price and service can't be beat. I highly recommend them.

This has been the most wonderful customer service, and professional service that I have received in the past 10 years in Chandler, AZ. The office manager handled my concerns with grace and honesty, the field technician was very knowledgeable and professional. They both worked hard to help get my home taken cared of the same day at a price that worked with my budget. The Office Manager communicated with the owner/operator the problem I had and they created a service plan that worked wonderfully for me and my family. I cannot put in to words how happy I am with the service I received, and the timeliness was phenomenal! They were very professional. They called me to set up a time to come out the same day that I purchased the deal. It was set for Friday and they called me again to give me a heads up that the repairman was running behind. When he got here he let me know what he had to do and proceeded to get the job done in a timely manner. He did a very good job.

Went really well from beginning to end. Their prices were a little higher them some other company's but they had such good reviews we decided that it would be worth the little extra cost. I used their new online scheduling and it worked like a charm. They called me with a follow up to make sure that the process went correctly. They also emailed me with all the information. One big plus is that they also sent an email with a picture and profile of my technician Ray. Ray called to let me know what time he would be there and arrived when he said he would. He did an excellent job, re-measured all the rooms and the cost went down since they charge by the sq. ft. Over all it was a great experience and I would use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Showed up on time, called before to let me know they were on their way, was friendly but very very professional. I had a small carpet spot replaced that the vacuum pulled out. You can't even tell the difference between new and old, unless you're really looking for it.

The process went very well and was done in a timely manner. Hector moved the furniture that needed to be moved, although I had most of the furniture out of the way before he started. Hector started with a prespot treatment then continued on with a steam clean and vacuum. After everything was done we took a walk around the house to see if we were satisfied and we could not be happier with the results. The office staff and technician are great to work with, price is fair, and the workmanship is excellent. By far the best repair service I have ever received in any category. Found this company on Angie's List and read through all the reviews. Feeling satisfied with other member's remarks I sent of an inquiry email providing the size of carpet that needed to be patched and specified that I would use a remnant from another area in my home to use as the patch. Received an email response within the hour from Kim giving me an estimate based upon info I had provided in my email. Satisfied with the estimated cost I emailed her again asking when I could be scheduled for the repair work. Again, within an hour she replied with 3 possible dates. I chose one of the dates and requested a 2 hour block of time for the repair. In less than 3 hours time from initial email inquiry I had a date and time scheduled for repair. Kim then sent a confirmation email of date, a work order with the estimated amount written in and included a disclaimer that if the job became larger than what I had implied then additional costs would be incurred. The email also included a picture of the company vehicle that I should expect to see arrive at my home along with a photo of my technician performing the work and a short bio of him. SO VERY IMPRESSED. I knew exactly who to be expecting before I even opened my door for the scheduled repair. The morning of, I received a phone call from Ray, my technician doing the repair work, giving me a 30 minute notice of his arrival, which was even 30 minutes earlier than the agreed upon 2 hour service window. Ray was professional, clean cut, respectful. He set about assessing the repair and immediately started working. The job was completed in about 30ish minutes. The total cost was exactly the amount listed on the work order. I wrote a check and thanked Ray. By the time I returned to my computer an hour or so later, in my email inbox was the final invoice showing work completed. Even included a link back to Angie's List so I could write my review. This is definitely an A+ company and would highly recommend their work to anyone.

The service went very well. After the cleaning I noticed some bleeding coming back up and called them. They came out the same day and re-cleaned the whole carpet. One guy came out and it took him about two hours the first time and maybe about twenty minutes the second time.

Jason turned up on time and introduced himself in a professional manner. He worked diligently to tighten the large carpeted area and then did an excellent job of cleaning it. We have since repainted the room and everything looks brand new.

Staff on telephone and in person were very professional. What impressed me more than anything was their absolute honesty about whether or not it was worth my spending the money to get it cleaned and repaired. On their advice I chose to just replace it. They were "white glove" all the way both with puck up and return. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Rob came to the house within the window promised. He was professional and did an outstanding job. I was very nervous about the repair since it is where the tile meets the carpet at the front door entry. Rob cut out the damaged part in the living room and replaced with carpet from the closet. He repaired the closet with a remnant piece of carpet I provided. The patch job blends great. I am thrilled with the job Rob did and would highly recommend. I will use again if the need arises.
