Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning

Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning cleaned and repaired our carpets recently and Danny did a great job. He replaced patches of heavily stained carpet and stretched a section to fix claw damage from our over zealous kitten. The repair work is flawless and there is no evidence of previous damage. The high traffic areas that always looked soiled to me are completely clean and the 12 year old carpet looks new again. No other carpet cleaner has gotten my carpets this clean. The service I received from Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning was excellent. The carpets look like new. They were expensive but I would hire them again in spite of the cost.

The entire job lasted about 2 hours and the place looked noticeably better, especially in areas with high traffic.

Brandon did a wonderful job at stretching the carpeting in 2 large rooms. He also did a very nice job cleaning my large sunroom's carpeting. He completed this work within a reasonable amount of time and was very professional throughout his stay in my home. I will hire this company again when my carpet needs cleaning next fall.

It went very well from the scheduling, reminders sent via email, a call the morning of the appointment advising me of the expected time of arrival, and the carpet repair. Robert explained what he was doing as well as shared his insight on the condition of my carpeting as a whole. I appreciated the work he did and the tips he shared. I would hire him again for any carpet repairs and/or cleaning that I may need in the future.

When the technician, Danny S., pulled the carpet up in one bedroom, he found urine stains from an unknown pet. As I was having the carpets cleaned anyway, I agreed to add an enzyme treatment to the bill. The carpets look and smell (one month later) fantastic. I definitely recommend and will use them again.

The technician arrived on time and preceded to stretch out the bedroom carpet. He finished in about 45 minutes, and then vacuum the entire room. When he finished, the carpet looked much better. He cleaned up after himself, and left. I would recommend this company for all their carpet needs.

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I have used them twice. Each time I receive a prompt call back or email when making my reservation. Followed by a written estimate for the repair. Neither time have I been charged additional fees. The recent repair was for stretching of my carpet. Danny S. did an AWESOME job of re-stretching the carpet. It was a 200% improvement. He is a true carpet professional that has been in the business for 16+ years ---and is shows! He was very diligent about making sure the carpet was laying properly. In addition to that he was very customer oriented and polite! What a pleasant surprise..... I highly recommend Danny's and Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning services!!!

We had a ripped carpet due to my dog. The service we received was beyond my expectation. The gentleman was very kind and very patience with so much chaos in my house. My carpet looks new and the part were my carpet was ripped cannot be found. Very few businesses I have known who take such great care and are so efficient.

Some time ago my Golden Retriever tore up a piece of carpet in a hallway. I called Phoenix Carpet and Danny came with a trainee to fix it. I gave them a piece of the original carpeting I had saved. I thought it looked O.K., especially with an inexperienced person doing the repair. However, my Golden decided to do it again! She found a spot which was loose and ripped it up again. I called Phoenix Carpet and Danny came the same day. I gave him another piece of carpet and he spent an hour and a half tearing out the old piece and repairing it with another piece of the original carpet. I was astounded because it was a perfect job. I can hardly see where he put in the new piece. He did an amazing piece of workmanship and I have cancelled my search for new carpet. His job was so reasonably priced and so professional that I may never need new carpet. I quietly thanked my Golden instead of putting her in "Time Out!" Thank you, Danny. You are amazing!!

My first contact with this company was with Kim. I asked many questions and Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. I scheduled the work for the following week. Russ, our technician arrived on time and did an excellent job of stretching our carpet, as well as cleaning the carpet in our master bedroom. He also cleaned the carpet in a second bedroom. His commitment to quality of work was most impressive. He is a fantastic craftsman. I would highly recommend this company and Russ. Great Job!

Robert came exactly on time. Was incredibly helpful in understanding how the carpet became damaged and how future damage can be avoided. Took about an hour. Carpet looks brand new, job was impeccable and would definitely recommend.

Would definitely recommend, without hesitation. I had them repair a spot where the master carpet meets the master bath tile. The carpet was coming up and I kept stepping on the tack strip through the carpet. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was acceptable - how great is that!?!), looked at my repair and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He even had a "Plan B" if that repair was not satisfactory. I was so happy with the results I am going to try them for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

Truly Spectacular! Kids and pets did a number on upstairs carpeting. Dogs dug under doors into carpeting. Carpet patched and repaired. Can't even see where the repair was done. Fruit punch and pet urine stains are gone. We thought we'd need to replace the entire carpet but now won't need to. Completely revitalized entire upstairs carpeting. I was unsure it could be done, but they did a phenomenal job!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who scheduled (Kim) and completed (Keith) the repair of my carpet. Keith provided a courtesy call when on his way, well within the window of my appointment (can not remember the last time this happened), answered my questions clearly and explained the repair process using terminology I understood. Russ from Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional, and did a good job cleaning the carpet and loveseat. I was pleased with the way everything looked, and would use him again in the future.

Fortunately, we had a remnant from the carpet install. Danny used a small square of the remnant to repair the hole.

I scheduled with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning and had received a confirmation email with my work order as well as a follow up email the day before of my scheduled appointment. However, on the morning of the appointment,after moving furniture, making arrangements for my dog, and waiting through the time frame stated on my work order, no one came. I called the office at that point to find out where they were. I was told that I was not on their schedule for that day and that my appointment was actually scheduled in two weeks. I argued with company representative that I was supposed to be on their schedule. In fact, I had a confirmation email of my appointment sent by them just the day before. He told me that I was not on the schedule and I would have to wait until Monday to talk to someone about it. I told him that was not acceptable. I demanded that they come clean my carpets as scheduled. When it was clear that he wasn't going to help me, I asked to speak to his supervisor or the owner of the company. He just keep saying "wow...really" and complained that I was yelling at him. He actually told me that his job was to "defuse the situation" by saying that he was sorry and tell me that someone would call on Monday. That's all he could do. He refused to contact anyone to investigate what had happened and potentially correct the mistake. The end result was that I wasted my Saturday morning preparing my house for carpet cleaning and waiting for them to show up and I still had dirty carpets. On Monday morning, another company representative called and was very apologetic stating that there had been a clerical error on their part causing my appointment to be rescheduled. She offered to reschedule at a discount to make up for what happened but I told her that I wasn't interested. I had such an awful experience dealing with the weekend staff who refused to even try to remedy the situation that I would not use them again. Good customer service is not a priority of this company... at least not on the weekend.

Russ showed up during the time period quoted. He was very professional and kind when I was showing him the carpet. During the work Russ took the time to realize that the tack boards were not secured to the floor properly . He took the extra time needed to secure the tack boards properly before stretching the carpet and at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Russ and phoenix carpet repair to anyone.

Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning did a stellar job! They took on a project that a previous provider (see bad review on Magic Steam Company) refused to work on. I highly recommend Keith. Such a professional. The only negative I would have is price. Paying $750 to clean carpets in a 4 bedroom house isn't a "great deal" but I have to say that I stopped complaining of the price after I saw the results.

The comment posted by Provider was after a telephone conversation. Please note... YES - your office staff hung up on me, that's a fact. The rating above is an evaluation of the overall performance of the company throughout this process. Again, Russ was fabulous and if I was always assigned him, I would gladly use your services again.
