We weren't expecting that our carpeting would be totally undone from the tack strips when it was being remodeled, but it was. We recommended Phoenix Carpet Repair to our contractor, who was paying for the repair, from having used them before. Brandon did a thorough job of power stretching the carpet, installing new tack strips and re-tacking it all the way around, then cleaning it. He did a better job of "installing" than whoever put the carpet in originally. I liked that he was very careful to protect all newly painted corners and walls of the house with portable pieces that reminded me of traffic control devices. In addition to what our contractor asked him to complete, I requested that he clean 2 other rooms and an area rug while he was here. It was a big job, but it turned out better than we could have hoped for considering what a mess it was. Brandon was professional, careful, and paid attention to detail. I've used Phoenix Carpet Repair for 5 years, and I wouldn't trust anybody else to clean or repair our carpets.

First off, they were able to get her a few days before Thanksgiving, when I know it's a busy time for them. Brandon called beforehand and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had pet stains from an older dog that he was able to remove (at least for now), I also have a studio with numerous strains from various chemicals from painting, they are gone as well. and he spent double the time as past carpet cleaners in the actual cleaning. It looks fantastic!! It's a shame to even put footprints on the carpet, it looks like new. At first, I thought they were expensive but upon seeing the results I think it is worth every penny.

I’m moving into older home and was uncomfortable about the current carpets even though they did not look bad. I looked at several carpet cleaning companies, mostly started with the one's advertised on TV, but when looking at online reviews none were very good. I then contacted my Realtor and PHX Carpet Repair & Cleaning was one of the companies that they not only recommended, but use for their office and several of the staff now uses for their homes. I looked at reviews and their website for processes and felt confident in choosing them. The technician that came to clean the carpets was Jandin; he took the time to listen to my concerns and offer solutions. When I returned he reviewed his findings and what was done. I am very happy I choose Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning and will not hesitate using them again.

My experience with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning was outstanding!!! My carpet had severe buckling in every room and was badly in need of cleaning. I was pretty certain it was time to replace it; however, I wanted the opinion of a carpet repair expert first. I conducted a Google search and found Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I viewed their website, liked what I saw, conducted some additional research, and gave them a call. The customer service was exceptional… from scheduling my appointment with Kim, to the guys from Core Movers who moved my furniture, to the repair and cleaning performed by my technician Brandon. Brandon was highly professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about ALL facets of carpet installation, repair, and cleaning. It was quite evident he is passionate about his work. He took the time to explain his plan of action and set proper expectations for the outcome. He also provided suggestions for aftercare to prolong the life of my carpet. Brandon performed the job with the utmost care. He was neat, clean, and did not leave marks on my walls and baseboards from the equipment. This was a huge concern because of previous experiences with other carpet cleaning companies. When the job was complete, I was truly amazed and blow away! Extremely professional company. They picked up my rugs when they said they would, gave me an estimate before doing any work, and returned the rugs beautifully packaged and at the time/day they said they would. Great cleaning and repair job. I will use their services again.

The bedroom carpet in our rental was installed 6 years ago. After the tenant moved, we noticed rippling in the carpet. I contacted Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning and upon arrival, was asked if the original installer had used a carpet stretcher. I honestly couldn't remember, however the technician proceeded to work on the carpet... that is until he found urine stains on the underside of the carpet. He called me in to see the stains, and we determined that the carpet needed replacing. I appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. He did a fantastic job in the other room, and removed stains I didn't think could come clean. I've subsequently used them in my own home and again for the rental, again tackling another seemingly impossible to remove stain (but they did!). Highly recommended, and scheduling is easier than before as they have implemented an online reservation system.

This is an edit of a previous review. I previously wrote a review and gave this company an F because they didn't respond to my inquiry asking about services after multiple phone calls and an email. However, they called me later the day I wrote the review and asked what I needed done. They seemed unaware that I had written the review. The representative was pleasant and responsive and answered my question. The price was more than I wanted to pay so I didn't hire them. The representative called me back today to ask about the F rating I had given and obviously wanted to make things right. After careful consideration I am revising my rating to reflect my overall experience. Others have obviously had very good experience with them, and the representative said that they had a lot of calls so that was probably the issue of their slow response. I still think that $2,500 to stretch 3,000 square feet of carpet is way too much and I am going another route, but I did appreciate them following up personally with me and the representative seemed sincere. I could only answer the would you hire them again with a yes or a no and the system wouldn't let me leave that one blank. I wouldn't hire them to stretch the carpet at that price, but I might for something else so I answered yes on that one.

I would not recommend any company that can't communicate with potential customers. Think of how it would be if you actually needed warranty or remedial work.

Very professional. I have had a hard time finding carpet repair for small areas. Phoenix carpet fit the bill!!! Quickly replaced 2 small carpet area with bleached out spots. Easier as I had extra carpet pieces. Reattached some carpet where pulling from wall and repaired some seams which were giving way. I had been fretting about those little repairs needed for years. I received a discount with the carpet cleaning as well and that job was very well done. Carpets looking new! With all the dogs in my house that is a miracle!

Brandon did an excellent job of repairing the carpet in both areas and was an absolute pleasure to work with on this job. Brandon did an excellent job explaining what was required to complete the repairs and what the price would be for each area of concern to us. When Brandon had completed the repairs to the carpet it was great to see how good a job he had done to make an older carpet look really good again.

I was very impressed with how quickly Phoenix Carpet and Repair was able to get the service scheduled. I called on a Wed. and they had Thursday and Friday spots available. They were able to give me a reasonable estimate over the phone, and the final bill was the same as the estimate. Brandon, the technician, called when he was on his way and gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would. Brandon offered two options for repairing the spot, and then gave his professional opinion on which he would recommend. We went with his recommendation. Brandon was able to repair the spot using the remnant we provided him. He was professional, courteous and respectful during his entire visit. When he was finished removing the damaged spot and replacing it with the new remnant, you couldn't even tell the carpet had been repaired. The entire visit took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning.

I called Phoenix Carpet Repair. The quickly scheduled an appointment for me. When Brandon arrived, he checked out the problem area and gave me a couple of options to resolve the problem. He also told me the probability of the problem staying "fixed" because of the condition of the carpet overall. I greatly appreciated his honesty. I know that when I need carpet issues taken care of, he will be the one I call.

The repairman was able to stitch in a new piece of carpet. Now there are two seams, but practically invisible and certainly it looks much better than the hole we had before.

Scheduling was easy; appointment was kept in a timely manner; work was done completely and well; service provider was courteous and professional.

Dealing with this company was great, from start to finish. They were very professional, responsive and friendly from the initial contact to the finished job. They sent a detailed email with the estimate and an introduction to the technician (Dan) assigned to the job. Dan did a great job for us. The carpet looks like new!
