Great. Rob M. was our repair guy. He called ahead, showed up on time, and did nice work. It all went faster than I was expecting. Our 3 year old carpet looks as good as new; no more waves to trip over. We'll probably call them back when it's time to get the carpets cleaned.

The technician that did the work was very professional. There was some confusion on the part of the office on what I wanted done but he worked with me to come to reach an agreeable solution. He arrived within a 5 minute window of when he said he would. He did a good job of cleaning up and was pleasant to speak with. Overall work was done as expected in a timely and professional manner.

Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning did a fantastic job. They called prior to arrival, they showed up on time, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do including cost before starting work, I would recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning or repair.

It looks great! Can't even tell there was a hole. The guy that came out was very professional.
Description of Work: They repaired a 3" hole in my carpet. They had a sample of same color in their truck and replaced that with a section from a closet and they used the section from the closet to repair the hole.

He went well, Chad recognized the problem right off nd got. He appropriate pad to my house within 2 hours. he got the wrinkle out and the carpet looks like it should, and his on a Friday night.
Description of Work: Arizona Carpet Repair replace the carpet pad under half of my living room carpet. The builder had used two different thickness of pads which left a noticeable bump.
