Description of Work: I had a large wall to wall carpet that was rippling and needed to be re-stretched. The company was very nice and professional. My biggest complaint was the cost. It only took an hour to do the work which was strictly labor and it cost $288.00. I indicated I needed my carpet cleaned at a later date so they were aware I intended to use them again. I think they could have discounted the price of the rug repair knowing I would be a return customer. I thought the price seemed very high for a simple job.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged carpet at thresholds in two bedrooms. Installer was nice, friendly and did a great job. This work was compromised by the black marks left on the newly painted wall in the bedroom and the razor blade scrape on my paving stones in the driveway where the installer did not put anything under the carpet before he made his lengthy cut!

Description of Work: Our office had several carpet tiles that needed replaced and the reception area chairs cleaned. They were very professional and prompt. Although I did ask them to come back and redo the chairs, they were more than willing to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Hector M. was fantastic! I would highly recommend them for the office of home.

Description of Work: We had a spot where the carpet seam was coming up a b d literally had a round spot the size of an orange that the carpet had disentegrated. The technician came in and took a piece of carpet from closet and patched it then got similar carpet for spot in closet. Literally when he was done I couldn't tell where the bald patch was. I highly recommend them . Technician was polite informational and did a thorough job. Thank you.

Description of Work: I have a 4 year old carpet in pretty decent shape, but a dog chewed out some fibers in a perfectly round circle about the size of a large lime. They came out, took a patch from a location in the closet that was difficult to see, and patched the damaged area. I expected to see some minor difference even though it is the same carpet, just because of age in this traffic area, but the patch was perfectly seamless and I cannot tell it was patched. By the way, the patch they took from the closet, they also patched again with a remnant they had with that was similar, so the closet carpet still looks great too!

Description of Work: We had some water damage from a faulty water heater. This company came out to clean and repair the damaged carpet areas, clean our tiled kitchen floor, and seal the grout. The representative who worked on our problems was very courteous, worked steadily, and did a wonderful job on everything.
