Description of Work: I had a leaking washing machine at my rental property. I purchased a service plan for $70 plus had to pay extra for the replacement of the pump. So after $210 i have a fixed washing machine. If its good for over a couple years it will be worth it. Otherwise, well you know.

Description of Work: Phoenix Service Appliance over- charged me to the extent that I felt "ripped" off. I did some research of the part he sold me. I could have bought it from GE for 300$ less.

Description of Work: They were called to repair my washing machine. The repair was complex and when it became obvious that the repair was not going to be cost effective, the technician suggested that I replace the machine. Even though he had been to my house 3 times trying different parts, he only charged for one service call. The service was very honest and professional.

Description of Work: Vladimir was very responsive to our call to repair our refrigerator. He arrived on time and replaced the main board that controls the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the board change did not solve our problem so he returned a week later and replaced the thermostat as well. We did pay for the new thermostat but no service charge for that latter visit.

Description of Work: The repairs went quickly and was solved in about 20 minutes. The only issue was being about an hour later than his projected time of arrival. Otherwise, all went well.

Description of Work: The young man came out and assessed the situation and replaced the main control board. It appeared to be successful but within a day our washer was continuing to stop mid-cycle. He came back 2 more times and tried other approaches to fix the problem. He was very diligent and responsive to our concerns but in the end was unable to repair the washer successfully. We had all our money returned except the service call amount which we were fine with.

Description of Work: repaired our washer. They were very knowledgeable and professional and called me as soon as they got the part so they could come out and install it and that was on a Saturday. The service man that came out, stayed on top of the part being ordered and coming in. I didn't have to deal with a lot of different people. I would definately use them again.

Description of Work: Vlademir was prompt, courteous & professional. He checked out our refrigerator which was not working. He found the part that was broken & replaced it. We will definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: Vladimir looked at my washing machine and the problems with grease showing up on my clothes. He diagnosed what the problem more than like is and gave recommendations. Overall it went well.

Description of Work: My Sharp microwave is from 1999 and is a built-in unit with a trim kit. The door latch and interior light had stopped working. I called Smith's Appliance repair which is also called Phoenix Appliance Services in the evening and got a call back from Vladimir that night. Amazingly, He was able to come the next day. He took it apart and made adjustments to both the latch and the light. He didn't have to replace any parts, but said if I have problems in the future he can order new parts for it. It took him about an hour to get it all working again. He has a very pleasant personality. I'm so glad I called him as other places required me to bring them the microwave oven and wait a week or more.
