They were extremely responsive and extremely competent. They do both PCs and Apples and their technician that always comes out, Bill is terribly responsive and he will just stay as long as it takes to get the job done. His billing rate is very reasonable particularly given his level of competence on both system and there just wasn't anything we threw at him that he couldn't handle. He's just a delightful hardworking honest guy and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone.

I talked to Dave at PCHelpForce and explained my problem. He confirmed he understood that I needed to install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 and upgrade my Internet Explorer to the latest version. He scheduled an appointment for one of their technicians to come to my home a couple of days later, on a Thursday. Their communications were excellent and the technician, Bill, called me just before he arrived and was right on time, a little early, in fact. He attempted to install Service Pack 1, and had the same problems I had experienced, everything would appear to be going okay, then everything ground to a halt with a message that the installation had failed. No explanation as to why, don't you love Microsoft? Bill tried for three hours to get SP1 to install on my computer but nothing worked. I was encouraged that he was sure he could fix the problem and was going to do whatever it took to get the job done. He asked to take my laptop with him, so he could work on it overnight. He hoped he would be able to return it to me the next morning. On Friday morning, Bill called to say he had not been able to fix the problem and wanted to replace my Windows 7 Home with Windows 7 Professional. He said the upgraded software would be more reliable and would have SP1 already installed. I had made plans to manage without my computer anyway, so this was not a problem; I just wanted to get over this obstacle. On Monday, Bill called to say the install was done and everything was working fine. We made arrangements for him to bring the computer back the next morning. When he arrived, he set everything up, checked my Internet connection, installed my email program and made sure everything was working properly. He encouraged me to call if I had any questions or problems; saying they could probably access my computer remotely if necessary. Now I feel I know who I am dealing with, I would be comfortable allowing them remote access to my computer, something I would normally be very wary of. Since he left, I have had no problems and I have been able to move on with a much faster and less frustrating computer. I would not hesitate to call PCHelpForce in the future or recommend them to others. They were very professional, polite and determined to make my Dell work right. As a bonus, my old Word 2003 was upgraded to Word 2010 along with the Windows 7 Professional. I was very pleased with the price I paid and felt I got great service. Thanks guys!

Issues with my laptop computer, from replacing the hard drive, re-installing the programs from a complete backup, resolving issues with my wireless HP printer. The cost was worth every penny. I trust them to the point now, we can resolve some issues on line without David having to come out to the house.

They were really responsive when first contacted but due to vacations and/or other issues never got back to me with a quote and appointment time for the repairs. I was unable to get any responses from the tech by email and finally called the main number and talked to the owner who informed me he'd have the tech get back to me. I never got any voicemail messages or emails from the tech. The owner was very nice and I would have liked to give this company a good review but since they didn't perform the service I can't. After 3 weeks of waiting I had to go somewhere else. I wouldn't not recommend this company since other reviews are good and it may have just been a fluke that tech never got back to me, but this was my experience and it wasn't a good one.

My refurbished computer is only 6 months old and worked great for the first 4 months. It has been freezing up, slow to respond to commands and a variety of problems making the computer so slow to use that it was now in need of repair by someone who knows what they are doing. I did my research on Angie's List narrowing my search to 4 computer repair companies. They all had excellent reviews, but one caught my eye because they had a 15% senior discount. I called PCHelpForce and talked to David about his services and my computer problems. He was very helpful in discussing my options and we set up an appointment for them to pick up my computer to take in the shop for repair. I received a call from Bill, the tech that picked up my computer, on Saturday to set up a time he would arrive at my home. He called me back saying he was running late but still offered to pick it up late in the day, or to do so on Sunday. We set up the pick for Monday morning.. He arrived a little past the time we set and took my computer in for repair. The computer was cleaned up to remove programs that were causing the problems and improved the efficiency. Dave returned the computer a week later and reconnected all the cables to set up my computer. Dave spent 1-1/2 hours setting up all the internal settings to my specifications, including the removal of a security program that Dave recommended. He advised me as to what not to do to prevent an occurrence of these problems in the future. Dave is very knowledgeable and easy to work with explaining things about the computer as he did the set up. Dave also set up a program for me to back up my hard drive on a commercial system. I am very happy with how my computer is working as it is very fast, and is again fun to work on. I will use PCHelpForce foe all my computer repairs in the future.

My company purchased 6 or 7 HP Touchpads when the company blew them out a couple of years ago. Never happy with operating system (Web OS) and of course since HP wasn't producing them, they weren't keeping the OS up and no apps for it. I thought I could put the android system on these things myself but the more research I did, the more I thought.....no. Was looking around on Angie's List and found PCHelpForce and David. He was so prompt and responsive to my initial email (on a Sunday I think). We made an appt for following Friday morning, he was on time when he came to work on them here. He asked if he could take them with him and bring them back Saturday or Sunday (wow, I was impressed). Told him Monday would be fine. Think he wanted to go back to his office bcs our wifi is pretty grim here. He called first thing Monday morning and made appt to return them later that morning. On time for return. Just a very pleasant, knowledgeable, dependable company. I highly recommend. Was pleased to hear they also work on Macs. Think I've got a new IT guy!

I called on a Monday morning, thinking I would need to schedule an appointment for several days later. The technician was able to remote into my computer, trouble-shoot the problem, and within an hour my problem was fixed. I had spent hours the previous week-end trying to figure out what was wrong. PC Help Forces was so professional, efficient, and reasonably priced, I won't bother trying to fix my own computer problems in the future! I will definitely highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

They had the computers ready when they said they would. It took them about two days to complete the job. They did the job completely and I have not had issues since. The two guys I worked with were always very personable.

System stopped working within 48 hrs. so I read the manuel to trouble shoot, and fixed system .

They were located in the far east side of Metro Phoenix. I told them that I could deliver the computers I wanted cleaned up. They said that they would take them off my hands if I were to deliver as they had no transportation to pick up themselves. I didn't mind going the distance to make sure that a bonded and insured company took over my computers.

Dave arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment He had the camera and software operational very quickly and then worked to correct the computer and printer problems. He readily answered questions about pc/tv connectivity projects we have been contemplating and provided suggestions as to how we could proceed. We were very satisfied with the service provided and will contact him in the future whether we are problem-solving or making upgrades.
