Met with repair tech at a local restaurant; explained problem and he took my laptop to his shop. He had it for about 3 days, and said he did run a check on my laptop & cleaned up the drive for viruses, etc, but was unable to fix the main problem. I tried to call them again several times on different days with questions & another issue he had agreed to help with, but he never called back.

OK, but unable to fix, said Mother board likely going out; suggested new computer.

The guy on the other end he listened to me and that's what I liked about him.

Great! I called, David fixed it remotely within 30 minutes. The ethernet driver was missing/corrupt. Found the driver online, found a Bios update for my Dell. Fixed the problem. Charged me $40.

They're really great, I've used them before. When I got a new system they set everything up for me. I also bought a used laptop from them about 2 years ago and it is still running great. They are very good and can also do things remotely and always get back to me in a timely manner and I just have a lot of confidence in them. Very trustworthy

We have an older computer, so the technician did a tune-up, checked for viruses, updated software, etc. He did have to work on it a second time to improve the browser operation. He was professional and very thorough with the work. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth for the time spent cleaning up the computer. The computer operates much better.

Terrific !!! My laptop had accumulated crud on it from a couple of years of travelling work. Bill took it over, cleaned it and tuned up the performance. The laptop is running good as new. I paid for one hour of my time, but he stuck with it till complete and charged nothing extra. He has a client for life. Nice guy, spelled it all out on the phone and gave me several tips on how to avoid these problems in the future. Highly recommend.

Best experience I have had with an IT guy. Very good and thorough. No hangover problems.

Provider contacted me and walked me through steps to allow him to remote into the machine. He took control and worked on the unit for abut an hour. Though there was an internet outage during the session (Murphy's Law), he got it done and the machine works like new.

Bill showed up and backed up 2 drives from my old computer. One drive was very problematic, so he ran a virus scan on both drives. We retrieved the files I wanted and loaded them on my new computer. I also purchased and external drive reader to use on my new computer. Bill also checked my neighbor's hard drive and found the mother board was bad, so it could not be backed up. Bill answered all of the many questions I asked him during his visit. He was efficient and professional.

I left phone messages with PCHelpForce and they returned my calls, but we were unable to connect. I scheduled an appointment on line and that worked well. The technician was running late, but he called and let me know (and it was not a problem for my schedule). Once he was hear, he was professional and took care of my noisy power supply fan promptly. I found the service good and plan to use them when I need to next time.

They were pretty helpful and seemed to be well versed in what they were sent to do. I don't really have a bad complaint about them. We had them come out twice. Their price was average. Their responsiveness was pretty good; they kind of got back to us pretty quick. They were here on time and if they were not they called to let us know they were going to be late. They were professional.

They try the best that they could. They try to save my computer. They're prompt and they kept informed what was happening. It was unable to actually solve the issue at the end.

He was really, really helpful. It was reasonably priced. The work turned out really good. He was a very nice guy. He was a real gentleman. He set the wires for me and took away the other stuff. He took care of things for me which was really nice. I think the price was good. They came right away. They were right on time. They were very professional.

My laptop had fallen off the table and the screen went black. I called another PC repair place and was told they don't fix laptops. Then contacted PCHelpForce: At first the repair was to be $170 when I thought the screen had to be replaced. Since it was just a loose cable, the repair was $89.00. Very professional, punctual, kept me informed if running late. I would certainly use this company again.

Wouldn't boot Vista anymore. I was hoping for just a Windows 7 upgrade but they said it needed a new hard drive but then recovered most everything from the old drive - Hmm. They were great about picking it up & dropping it off - very convenient. Wish the would've given me a recovery disk. Overall I'm happy to have my PC back and have had much worse experiences at other places.

David and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. They presented several options for cloud based document storage, recommended what they thought was the best fit for our office, and installed the necessary drives/transitioned the documents seamlessly. They also helped us install new printers and take existing printers "wireless". When we experienced recurring difficulty with one printer, they made follow up visits to our office to troubleshoot the problem and identify a fix. Most impressively, David and his staff are accessible. They return calls promptly and make their scheduled appointment times. In a service field with a reputation for erratic service, PcHelpForce breaks that mold in the best possible way. I recommend them highly.
