Description of Work: There were 2 visits...the first involved adjusting floats in toilets. I also asked if the plumber knew why hot water made pipes in one bathroom vibrate and roar. A new cartridge was ordered for bathtub/shower fixture and a different plumber came to install the cartridge. However, he discovered that the valve under the sink controlling water flow was only part-way open and when opened fully the noise and vibration stopped. The cartridge installation was not necessary. The problem was solved and there was no charge for the second visit.

Description of Work: Drained the water heater and rmoved the annode to inspect condition. They reccomended a new annode, so I agreed seeing as the instal looked to be difficult. Gave me an estimate to replace the tank when needed, no pressure to replace now. I liked the easy going zero pressure approach to doing bussiness. I will call them back in the future when its time to replace the tank. :o)

Description of Work: Just a flush to my hot water heater and he also fixed a stopped up bathroom sink.

Description of Work: I was told that they could not replace or repair the existing basic flushing mechanism which is the problem. The service man pointed out that the flushing mechanism was not working after I had already made him aware of that fact. Instead, as I recall, it was recommended that I pay to have them install an entirely new toilet for $300+ dollars. So, essentially, the basic problem that I had hired them for was not fixed. I don't think it would have been a bad idea for them to refund my payment since no repair service was provided and the problem remains.

Description of Work: Performed basic flush with no results. Conclusion: buy a new water heater for $1100. (Angie's current offer is for half that price.) Otherwise walked around and turned on some faucets, checked the water pressure.

Description of Work: He did a hot water heater flush. During the time he was here, he was very professional, friendly, and I enjoyed talking to him. However, a few weeks after the service, I noticed it was taking 30-40 seconds to get hot water in the sinks and the showers. I thought there was possibly air in the hot water heater and it needed time to get out. So, I called the company and told the person who flushed my hot water heater out the problem I was having. He said he would look at my invoice and then get back to me. Well a few days went by and he never called. So, I called him back and left a message for him to call me back on this problem. He still never called me back and today is July 14. If he had called me back, I would have given him all A's. However, the problem has now been fixed.

Description of Work: This was a warantee call for a system they installed about 5 years ago. Tech gave me a list of items I needed to have done. The cost was over 1000.00. I had others come in and paid them for their seasonal and they said everything looked fine. Shortly after that my maintenance contract was sold to someone else without notification.

Description of Work: I am on a contract with them for twice yearly inspections. Each time they thoroughly check the compressor and exchanger in the attic. This time I had an overflow shut off installed as well as the inspection. The service man explained every test.
