After discussions on water system (we have hard water) and becoming very comfortable with the repairman, we decided to purchase a soft water system through the company and it was installed 12/8/14. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased. |

Description of Work: He was very professional and our heater is 25 years old so he gave me all of the options to replace it. He checked all the water flow and actually read my meter and gave me great advice on our water quality and filters. Good experience and good deal I bought on Angie's.

Description of Work: Changed the prepaid 99 to 300, because they had to go on the roof to snake. After saying the plugged up sewer was ok it reflooded. They said they needed more snake. Left and came back. Said felt no clogging. 10 days later we had the same problem(shower filling up and coming up in the guest bath and under guest toilet. Called in A.M. They came after 5 pm. They said we had a new problem and it would cost another $300 to remove toilet and snake. They snaked and said it was plugged about 6 feet in line. I feel the first $300 was an overcharge(I called another plumber in Sun City and they said they never charge extra to go on the roof if there is no outside cleanout. Secondly I feel the problem was not thoroughly diagnosed, since we had the same symptoms both service calls. Telling us we had a new problem to get another $300. They guaranteed their work for 120 days, but still wanted another fee. I am not a plumber,but I expected my sewer line plugged service call to be fixed. By them not doing a thorough diagnosis, the problem was not fixed or warranted. The next day I talked to the owner, and he did not agree with me, but after a long disagreement, he suggested to return my second $300 check. I would not use this plumber again. They took advantage of the customer with a flooded bathroom, by charging over the $99 fee on Angies list. |Also, their 120 warranty is useless, as they say we had a new problem and wanted another $300 fee. The owner was the first plumber that thought he fixed the problem,but blamed the same problem on us.

Description of Work: Installed new single handle lav. faucet in master bedroom. Adjusted master bath toilet and hall bath toilet. The old single handle lav. faucet was corroded and could not be removed without damage to the faucet. Faucet was old and there was no replacement on truck. Plumber had to locate replacement. No charge was made for the transportation needed to get replacement.

Description of Work: Replaced a toilet - they did a good job by the cost of doing so ($200 + $29 - $100 coupon = $129) seemed high. I used a similar Angie's List offer with another provider with the same experience - won't fall for this again.

He fixed it on the spot and at no cost. Prompt, knowledgeable. and professional - I would certainly use them again for all plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I agreed to pay an add'l $150 for an ADA stool which increased the original deal from $199 to $350. Then when the plumber came, he said I would need a different hookup or he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak. This was an additional $125. It is a cheap plastic seat on the stool, the tank is not solid against the wall and he left the old caulking from the original stool for me to clean up. My $199 deal ended up costing $482. By the way, the name on the work order and invoice was Ram Plumbing, Co.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time; performed the toilet adjustment as purchased and did a thorough inspection of the remaining plumbing, looking at flow and verifying there were no drainage leaks. Along the way he gave me some valuable advice regarding garbage disposals verses septic tanks [use minimally, as the fine particles produced float on the surface of the tank and can foul the drain pipes].
