Description of Work: The work was performed by Travis from Ram Plumbing. He was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Travis inserted a cable with a video camera into our sanitary drain line which runs from the front of our house to the city collection line in the middle of our street. I was able to see the tree roots which had penetrated our drain pipe. He also showed me the path of the pipe from our house to the street. Finally, Travis gave me an estimate for replacement of the discharge pipe if it should ever become necessary. | |I was very much impressed by Travis' service and I would certainly want him to perform any plumbing work we might need in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced main water line from Meter to the house... They were extremely professional and responsive. A service tech was at my house the same day I called in my problem. Luke surveyed the issue and recommended a couple of options. There was no pressure to spend additional funds. We did decide to replace the water line in lieu of patching a 26 year old service. They gave me a written estimate and scheduled the work for the following morning. They returned the following day and completed the project as discussed. Great job!!!! I would use them again...

Description of Work: I used Parker and Son's Plumbing. I have a contract with them for my air conditioner. I also use them for plumbing. The last time, they rebuilt one of the toilets.

Description of Work: GAVE AN ESTIMATE TO RELOCATE, PLASTIC PIPING TO SINK AND ICE MAKE, STATED HE WOULD BREAK THRU WALL AND i ASKED WILL YOU FIX WALL, HE STATED THAT IS WAS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. DID NOT HAVE WORK DONE. Approximate cost of service $900.00.

Description of Work: This was an Angies List Big Deal for a sewer line camera check. I don't remember the cost but seemed reasonable. It went smoothlly and several possible drainage points in the house were checked, with positive results. The young man was friendly and didn't mind answering questions.

Description of Work: They brought out a book to price services and it was outrageously expensive. The amount I prepaid was a mere pittance to the quoted costs.

Description of Work: Changed out a valve on a cold water faucet and evaluated water system (Angie's List $99.00). After discussions on water system (we have hard water) and becoming very comfortable with the repairman, we decided to purchase a soft water system through the company and it was installed 12/8/14. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased. |

Description of Work: Had leaking faucet on outdoor garden area. I wasn't home when arrangements were made. Family members did arrangements. Left unfinished hole in stucco surrounding the outlet. Seems very overpriced for work done - $450. Really ??

Description of Work: Toilet probably only needed a new valve but I was given an estimate of over $200 to replace a number of items. I bought a new toilet for about the same price.

Description of Work: Changed the prepaid 99 to 300, because they had to go on the roof to snake. After saying the plugged up sewer was ok it reflooded. They said they needed more snake. Left and came back. Said felt no clogging. 10 days later we had the same problem(shower filling up and coming up in the guest bath and under guest toilet. Called in A.M. They came after 5 pm. They said we had a new problem and it would cost another $300 to remove toilet and snake. They snaked and said it was plugged about 6 feet in line. I feel the first $300 was an overcharge(I called another plumber in Sun City and they said they never charge extra to go on the roof if there is no outside cleanout. Secondly I feel the problem was not thoroughly diagnosed, since we had the same symptoms both service calls. Telling us we had a new problem to get another $300. They guaranteed their work for 120 days, but still wanted another fee. I am not a plumber,but I expected my sewer line plugged service call to be fixed. By them not doing a thorough diagnosis, the problem was not fixed or warranted. The next day I talked to the owner, and he did not agree with me, but after a long disagreement, he suggested to return my second $300 check. I would not use this plumber again. They took advantage of the customer with a flooded bathroom, by charging over the $99 fee on Angies list. |Also, their 120 warranty is useless, as they say we had a new problem and wanted another $300 fee. The owner was the first plumber that thought he fixed the problem,but blamed the same problem on us.
