Description of Work: They came out for a plumbing inspection. We had low pressure in one bathroom and a leaky outdoor spigot. He fixed the indoor shower...but charged over $100 to replace an outdoor spigot. He did good work...but I felt the price was a little high.

Description of Work: They checked my air conditioner and furnace in the attic. It was blazing hot but service man climbed up in attic and had to replace some condensers on the furnace unit. Very professional and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came to give an estimate for a new air conditioner. The estimator was sloppy and not professional. He gave us an estimate of $12,000. When we said that it was too high- the estimate was immediately lowered to $9,000 - a 25% difference. That estimate was still $1500 higher than other estimates. We went with another company.

Description of Work: The job was fix the drain lift-up on 1 of 2 basins in the master bath. When he left neither drain was working correctly, could not be lifted, and let only a slight amount of water drain out. I called him back, and he said that because the finish of the faucets was "gold" out of fashion now (the fixtures were 14 years old), and it would take time to search for new "gold" ones, he would have to charge me an additional $200. I said "no", and he left. |I went to Home Depot and bought 2 "gold" drain lift-ups for $7.50 each and called Apple Plumbing to do the install.

Description of Work: They flushed the hot water tank and then inspected all the drains and faucets in the house. They had many good tips for different things and were very helpful. I would certainly call them again.

Description of Work: Picked up a new toilet I ordered from a local retailer, installed it, cleaned up afterwards and took away the old one. The job originally started with an AL offer, but I paid a higher price for what I thought was a better toilet.

Description of Work: I had this company perform another service for me and I was very happy with them. When I saw this special to flush the hot water heater I decided to get it. When Travis came out to do the service he checked the age of my hot water heater & it is 20 years old. Their company will not do a flush if a water heater is over 10 years old. Mine is 20 years old. He said it could cause leaks & problems for me if they did the services. So he said that I should request a refund because they could not do the service for me. I really appreciated that he was honest with me & didn't do the service then I'd could have serious problems.
