Description of Work: replaced water heater but there was too much up-selling and the work was not done as complete as it should have been. There was no drying of the damage and when I asked the answer was I only install call your insurance company and they will take out the new heater and then reinstall not a process that would be good.

Description of Work: Prepaid , no service performed - both Secretary and the plumber sent out insisted they had not been prepaid. I called Angies list a third time and they said they would have your team call them back and would refund the money to my credit card. Further Parker and Sons said they didn't know anything about the "big deal" offer I purchased through Angies list. I wouldn't recommend this co. to anyone!!!
