Description of Work: The technician was very good. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did give a free estimate which was very helpful. | The charge to replace our kitchen faucet was on the high side, but there was an extra $90 charge to remove and then replace the disposal to gain access which is why we didn't use him.

Description of Work: Our hot water heater had been looking in its garage closet, not sure for how long. Parker & Sons came within 90 minutes of being called and we had a new water heater installed a few hours later. We were very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

Description of Work: Replace hot side of flex line had a pin hole from water heater | |A part that cost at most $5.00 at a hardware store | |Because it took them 2 days to come to a emergency call, ( I called again to see why an emergency call was taking so long and was told it wasn't noted as an urgency)the wall n paint were damaged from being water logged, the garage was starting to get wet on garage floor, the plumber did not come at time given, he went home first to bathe because he was dirty from the previous job, I was so nervous waiting fearing the unknown because the water issue was getting worse, he cut holes in ceiling before inspecting where water was coming from, after climbing in attic and found no water leakage, he then found issue, what he thought was a spider webb was actually the pin hole from flex line hitting the ceiling and damaging wall n ceiling and paint. If help/service had come when I called 2 days earlier that damage could of been prevented. |Then a company dry one was called to look at damage for mold and wanted to tear apart my garage take out water heater at 9:00 which caused me anxiety. I was not a happy customer |I declined dry one, he was just interested in making money and told me not to use my home owners insurance, I was so overwhelm. I said good night and choose not to deal with any of the two companies AGAIN

Description of Work: Replaced leaking gas water heater. Technician Craig B.'s installation was excellent and he was knowledgeable, educating us about the required new technology and how to maintain the new water heater for the best longevity. The price was more than we anticipated, but it looks like we got a much better product (even though Parker had installed the old one for the prior owner), partly because of new regulations. Also, the service was performed on Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. We appreciated prompt service anyway so we didn't have to go without hot water.

Description of Work: We have service contracts with them for our home and for our investment properties. Most recently, they provided a check-up. We always have Ken Porter as our technician. They are an A+ provider to work with.

Description of Work: This company tried to rip me off. They came out and told me that I needed a new A/C compressor on my A/C unit and that it would cost about $3,600. I was suspicious and called a different person and they said it was the Wiring harness, They fixed it for about $100. They also told me there was no way that Parker & Sosn could not have known this as they had discounted the wiring harness and it was plainly visible. He also said this was common practice with Parker & Sons as they pay their technicians commission on what they charge the customer so it is an incentive to cheat the customer.
