Description of Work: Got to winter home Sunday night and noticed leak from water softener. Called Parker & Sons and they dispatched a repair technician who arrived by 1 PM the same day I called! Taylor White immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced one piece but needed a second part and committed that someone will be here between 10 am and 2 pm Tuesday to finish the repair. He then checked all of the water filters and replaced four of them that were due. Outstanding service, promptness and professionalism.
