Parker was almost triple the price of what www.serafinsac.com charged me, I'll be sure and spread the word about how over priced they are.

They always make sure to call you, if they are not going to be on time and they are usually available when you need them. They are also very professional and clean everything very nicely after the work is done. The price is also very competitive.

The service person was professional, showed us what the problems were; explained our alternatives; then completed the work. The parts were available w/in a couple of days so the repair was done quickly.

They came out to give an estimate and they didn?t charge for the call.

I liked the analysis work done up-front and discussion of different options and recommendations as to brand and type of unit. I ended up with a variable air flow unit that has made a big comfort difference compared to the previous unit. Work was scheduled to my needs and all went pretty well in the installation. I had requested one particular item to be done in the install and it was agreed to. However, that was not going to happen until I pointed it out during the installation. It was taken care of however at that point. I think the price is a bit on the premium side - but it came with a substntial parts and labor warranty so I don't have to worry about repairs on it for awhile.

It was quite a complicated process. They worked really hard to get it open and clear. They got it open and two weeks later I plugged it up again. I called them back and they came and opened up the sink for me. I think the prices are pretty high except the work is always good.

They are very professional and prompt. I never have any problem with them. The price is fair.

They are responsive. They come on time. Our AC went out. It was not an emergency. They had an open space and called us to schedule appointment before our time. We did not get lost in the shuffle. They are clean. Their workers wear booties on their feet. Their phone people were informative and articulate.

I had a scheduled appointment for a yearly summer inspection on our rental condo air conditioner. I was to meet the technician at the condo on 6/9/09. They called to change the appointment to 6/10/09 which was fine, but I told them that I noticed water dripping from the ceiling air handling/fan motor unit when I opened it to change the filter. I purchased their maintenance program for $129.00 so that I could get 10% off needed repairs, which came to $644.41. On 7/29/09 the renter informed me that the unit was again leaking from the same place. I called Parker & Sons and they informed me that the technician said he did not find a leak and that I had told the office personnel that I "thought" I had a leak last time. How do you "think" you have a leak! Water is dripping from a pipe, yes it was just dripping but a leak none the less. The office girl said she talked with her manager and they would come out and diagnose the problem but would not guarantee it would be at no cost to repair the leak even though I was told by the technician that this COSTLY repair should fix the leak. Parker & Sons' Radio Advertisement states that if they don't fix the problem the first time it is free the next time. You need to read carefully what the technician from this company writes on your repair order, had the technician stated that no source of the leak was found instead of no leak found, I would probably have been covered. Very sneaky practice

Bernard came out to assess the work to be done. We needed the pipe in the driveway to be dug up and replaced and the connection to the house replaced and a soft water loop installed as well. It was started and finished the following day. It took the entire day to cut the concrete and dig up and replace the pipe, fill in and repour the concrete. Bernard and helper completed the task in one day from 9:00AM and worked until 6:00PM even though it was over 100 degrees. They left our home with the job well done and cleaned up the job site s*** and span. The following business day, Benjamin came, installed and connected the soft water and Reverse Osmosis system. Again it was done quickly and professionally. The best part for us was the time taken by each professional to explain what was being done, and how to maintain and care for new appliances and who to call if we had questions.

The installation occurred the day after the estimator visited which was good because we had travel plans for the end of that week. the estimator was able to provide a comparison of the cost of repairs to the old unit versus a new unit purchase which helped us to decide the more cost effective option. the installation was well organized and professionally done. The installers explained clearly what they needed to do and in what sequence. They were professional.

The company was very responsive and sent a repairman the next day after we called. The service person was very friendly and professional and gave an honest estimate of what needed to be done and the expected cost. After the repairs were made, they returned to adjust one of the toilet mechanisms the next day at no additional cost.

Fast under the circumstances. We didn't have to go without water for extended period of time. Did not waste time, went right to work after explaining what needed to be done. Had a coupon from the internet and we received a discount which was greater than the coupon I had.

They are efficient and do a great job. They showed up on time and cleaned up when done.

They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and they stand behind what they say.

Their prices are a tad high but they are very responsive to our needs. They're efficient and reliable.

I signed up for a reduced rate for them to come out for a total of four inspections. He gave a thorough inspection and was polite and professional acting.

My air conditioner stopped cooling my house on a very warm holiday weekend. I called this company at about midnight. Their answering service said it would be a while because they were handing service contract customers first, but they would call back later. They finally called back at about 10 AM to schedule an appointment, which I did for about noon. I told them I was out of the house (for good reason) and that I needed some warning of when they were coming by so that I would be at home. They called around 11:30 to say "we'll be there in 15 minutes." I rushed home, getting there in 20 minutes. Despite my panic, they hadn't arrived yet, and showed up about 15 minutes later. The actual problem was just that the air filter had gotten clogged (which I had already noticed and replaced) but that the lack of air flow caused the air handler in the attic to freeze over. The system needed to thaw. The technician was very nice and would have left charging me nothing. I did decide to have the system checked anyway so that if something more serious was wrong, I wasn't going to have to wait another day to see someone. So I ran the fan for 1.5 hours to allow the air handler to thaw and he left, returning at the end of that time to run a system check. It turned out that my pressure was low and so he recharged it. No pressure to sell, overall very helpful. I was impressed that he was willing to diagnose my problem and recommend no action instead of finding something wrong just to get me to pay more money.

My mainline drain for my home clogged at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. This means everything stops - you can't run the washer, you can't take a shower, you can't GO TO THE BATHROOM. I called Parker & Sons Inc. because of the advertising they do on KFYI and for the endorsement given by Barry Young. I spoke with a phone rep named Jasper at 10:30 a.m. He said he had another tech just a few blocks from my home and that they would send him to my house when he was done. I told him I had my elderly in-laws visiting from out-of-state and I needed at least a ball park estimate of when the other tech would be finishing up. I said if the tech can't make it before 12 noon that I'd have to find someone else. Jasper said "Oh, I'm sure he'll be there before noon and you're the next guy on his schedule". So noon came, 12:30 p.m. came, 1:30 p.m. came, 2:30 came and by 3:00 p.m., Parker & Sons were no where in sight. We called the Parker & Son office each of these hourly intervals asking about the status of the tech. We were told they put another job in front of ours. A very rude and very unpleasant phone rep named "Angela" told me at 3:30 p.m. that they (Parker & Sons) were "slammed!". If you were so slammed, why didn't you tell me you were booked when I called at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning? I could have had a dozen other plumbers on my doorstep before noon. But you lied over and over again because you didn't want to give up the potential income. You people are worse than the scum you pull out of a sewer line! It's Sunday afternoon. My drains are fixed and not surprisingly, we still haven't heard from Parker and Sons. No courtesy call, no call to tell us to jump in a lake, no call to let us know they simply got too busy to fix our pipes. Just a healthy dose of pitiful and total lack of integrity on their part. Now every time I'll hear a Parker & Son commercial, my only thought will be how long will such an incredibly rude company stay in business? Angela, I've got a hot tip for you - go check yourself into the nearest "Charm School" as fast as you can get there! Sorry, but Parker & Sons SUCK!

It went well. The technician arrived at the very end of the time window given, but that, I discovered, was because they do not cut short work because they need to get to the next customer. The technician listing carefully to my description of the problem and even to my diagnosis and used it to go as directly as possible to find the problem. After replacing the motor, everything appeared OK, but the AC wasn't quite kicking in right. The tech would not leave until everything was 100% running and in fact found a wire broken during the motor replacement. Two weeks later I experienced a problem with the blower again. Parker responded promptly and the new tech found a failed capacitor (from the prior install) and replaced it at no additional charge. I don't consider the capacitor failure any fault in workmanship from the original install. I will use Parker again as needed.

They did not do the work as we used another bidder. The cost was very close and a person driving into our job site to recommend the other bidder made the difference.

They were fine! They came on time, were clean, neat, and the work they did was good!

I was a little disappointed that it cost so much. I feel like I got over charged. I tried to call them about the bill but I haven't heard back yet. It took them 6 hours to get here from the time I called.

Their service was timely. Their work was extremely clean and they picked up after themselves. When everything was done, you couldn't even tell they had been there to do work, other than the new air conditioning unit put in.

I have been pleased so far. It was done only a couple of days ago, I'll tell you what they were really quick they were done in 2 hours. He looked at the space and told us what we would need and told us what was sufficient for the space. Since it was recent we still need to make sure that in the long run it will work out fine.
