Service person (Jack) was not friendly. I would have expected to pay service call around $80. $156 was way to high for what he did and 10 minutes of service.

IT WENT WELL;HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF.HE CONFIRMED WHAT WORK IT WAS I HAD WANTED DONE.THIS WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.I WOULD USE THIS CO. AGAIN AS THEY ARE MY MAINTENANCE CO THAT I CALL IF I HAVE ANY TROUBLE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN QUICK TO RESPOND.

They have always done the job right for me and at a price that seems fair. The office staff and technicians are all very friendly and do a great job. I have dealt mutiple times with this company and never once had any type of problem with either the repairs or staff. They have always been quick and efficient when I needed service. I will continue to hire them.

My tenants called me around 6:15pm saying the A/C brokedown. Immediately called Parker & Sons thinking they wouldn't be able toget out until the next day, but they said they would try and get someone out the same night. Technician (William?) was on another job close by but didn't finish up until around 8pm, but was still willing to come out to our property. Right when he arrived and before even looking at the A/C, he said that he wasn't leaving until it was fixed. Hour and a half later he had it fixed! By that time is was 9:30pm!! Cannot thank these guys enough for being honest and going the extra mile.

Overall, the tech was fast, but seemed as if he was only turning numbers, not being very thorough. Had he slowed down and taken some time, I would have probably used them for the repairs.

I pay $65.00 for the warranty. It's a ten year warranty and if I don't have them out here once a year then the warranty becomes void. They come out every September. They are very prompt. Since I have a contract with them, I will continue to use them in the future.

I called Parker & Sons after spending an awful night sleeping (the high for the day was around 110 degrees) without AC. I'm somewhat handy but I couldn't fix the problem with my heat pump. Their guarantee is that their services are the same price 24/7, 7 days a week, which was important to me as I was calling for same day service on a Sunday. The pricing was clearly explained and fair for what I thought it should cost. They guaranteed same day service, but couldn't give me a time due to the nature of their scheduling. I was pleasant surprised when the tech called a few hours later and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. He was courteous, efficient and quick. The problem only took him 15-20 minutes to identify and then fix. They were a lifesaver and I would definitely use them again.

We thought that their quote was high. They were fine, but we didn't use them the second time.

Their service cost me $800-$900. My experience with them was fine. They were prompt. I already have a service agreement with them for air conditioning. So, I decided to use them for the water heater as a matter of convenience. I do think their prices are a little high. However, I will continue to use them in the future.

Employee arrived and was told by me that unit needed a charge. He went to back of home and proceeded to dismantle the unit and stated the outside motor had bad bearings and needed replaced. I stopped him and asked if he would just put in Freon. He went to truck and made phone call. Came back and said it would cost me $180. I paid the bill and sent him on his way....... The UNIT was serviced by another Company 3 mores times in next 3 months for a small leak in FREON.... the up-sale of a new motor was never mentioned by other company... I WILL NEVER USE PARKER & SONS and will not recommend them.

They did a good job. Their price was pretty good. I had five estimates and it was comparable to others. They gave me a ten year warranty.

They were here for over 8 hours working on this problem. This is an older home and the line broke in the pad of the home. They did all the work on time and cleaned up after a real mess that was caused by the needs of the repair. I use them for them for HVAC work also. They are really the best.

I have a major plumbing problem in my shower, including drainage and replacement of pan and liner. This company would not give me a range of hours during which their staff might show up. Then they called me about 25 minutes later to say he was at my house. I live about 35 minutes from my work. I rushed home (after another phone call from the company that was quite rude) and the technician walked in, glanced at my shower and said I'd need a complete remodel for $8-10,000.00, unless they found problems. He didn't even know what the problem was! Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was a terrible experience (I've received quotes ranging from $3000 to $5000 from 4 other contractors now). These people clearly didn't care if I hired them or not. They're a definitely NEVER.

We saw them once and they packed up and left after they saw they had the wrong size. I think they should have gotten the right size and then come back that same day, but they didn't. They said they would come back the next day but they didn't.

Their work has been excellent. We have a service contract with them. The price seemed fine. A year ago the air conditioner froze up and they came the same day to service it.

Their quote was way too high compared to the other quotes that I got. The person who came was responsive and sent us the bid within a reasonable period of time. They were professional and nice. However, I got the job done by another company.

They have come out twice. Their work is fine, but they are always trying to up sell something. The man that was out here the other day was pretty honest and he told me that I needed to flush out my condensate line. That saved me some money, but then he tried to sell to me an extended warranty. Their price was reasonable and it was about $57 or $59 a session, if I bought a contract. Their responsiveness was great, they said that they would be here on a Sunday, but came on Saturday.

I like Parker & Sons a hundred percent.

It is a good company. They have always done a good job. It cost me something a long time ago, and I was still on my original maintenance agreement for 5 years. They sometimes try to get me to buy more than I need, but that is like all companies.

They coordinated with the roofing company so that they worked hand in hand to get everything done in the shortest time. The price for the new unit was about $7500. I had to have the work done right away, and so I didn?t have the liberty to shop around. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Made extra effort to get a longer than normal set of faucet handles for bathroom.

Everything turned out well. I was pleased with their service and would use them again.

The kitchen and laundry room drain were backed up, we discovered the back up about 5 PM on a Friday evening. We called for service at that time. The plumber called us back about 15 minutes later and gave us his schedule, he had to complete a job in Mesa and would call when he was finished. At 6pm He called and said he would see us about 6:30, which he did. He set up his roto rooter machine and had the drain cleared, we think to the main sewer line on the street, and was on his way to his next job by 7:30.

I have had no problems with their work. They came right out to my home to give me an estimate. They gave me a lot of information about three or four companies who manufacture air conditioning units so that I could make the decision about how much I wanted to spend and how efficient I wanted them to be.
