Great service. The company scheduled an appointment with me a week from when I called and then they called back, the same day, to say they had an opening and was I interested? I was so happy because that was the very next day. Now that is customer service! The technician that came to our home was prompt, looked over everything that could've been the cause of the issue, and took the time to answer some of my questions about our circuit panel.

They wanted $2200 for to install a single NEMA14-50 outlet, and another $1300 to fix a piece of plastic conduit, The next electrician charged $234

Had an appointment for this morning, shower doesnt work, no water, and apparently due to several busted water heaters we were expected to reschedule. Cleaning people coming out tomorrow morning, Thanksgiving on Thursday, and they were honestly annoyed that a customer with an appointment wouldnt reschedule. My husband works M-F and on something such as this its preferred he be here at time of service. We offered a later time in day, would not give us one...which essentially meant "we're not showing up today whether you agree to it or not". We understand people have hot water heaters going out this time of year...my question is why doesn't Parker and Sons know that and plan accordingly? Never used them before, certainly won't now. Our housekeepers, landscapers, electrician, and heating a/c providers, and pool service will all tell you we've been fiercly loyal customers for many years....this is Parker and Sons loss, or just another grace for us.

I called them on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning. They called me Wednesday morning to say they would need to reschedule to the following week. No explanation was given as to why they needed to reschedule an appointment that was made only 2 days prior and why it would take an additional week for a new one.

False Advertising. I noticed the blue dial on my water meter was spinning fast with all the water off. I had already identified I had a leak somewhere in the main water line in my front yard. I specifically called Parker and Sons because on their website it states; "There use to be a time where if you had a leak under your foundation or buried in the ground, plumbers simply had to dig everything out until they found the break in your pipe. Many companies still work that way, but at Parker & Sons we have a better solution. We have the latest and greatest tools and equipment for finding and fixing hidden leaks (from Acoustic Leak Location devices to Digital Leak Location equipment.) We can locate your broken pipe with extreme accuracy with our complex equipment so we no longer have to dig a huge hole in your yard." That is a direct quote form May 16th 2018. When the plumber arrived, (on-time and a nice man), he said he would have to rip up the yard to find and repair the leak and it would cost $4,000. I told him the website said they had advanced leak detection equipment to find the leak and in fact I waited 2 days for a truck with this equipment to come (per the dispatcher not all their plumbers have the equipment). He said he has worked for Parker and Sons 20 years and had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him the website and he was stunned and shocked and apologized and called his supervisor. I could hear the phone conversation and when he asked the supervisor about the website claiming they have leak detection equipment to avoid tearing up the yardr the supervisor said "well, that's a marketing thing, we don't have that" I told him to leave. I will never give my business to someone who lies, deceives, and has false advertising. BTW, They quoted me $4,000 and I got the job done by another company for $2500.

They are the best company to deal with.

I couldn't get them out at an acceptable time to provide an estimate. After 3 failed attempts I gave up and went elsewhere. I spoke with the 2nd salesperson/technician that couldn't make it when I was available and he said that he'd have the office call me the next morning to reschedule. I heard nothing after that, making it the 3rd and last failed attempt. Three other companies came out at specific times as scheduled. These guys would only give me a 4-hour time frame. Ridiculous.

I have no complaints whatsoever regarding theccquality of the work or the courteous service we received. The one thing i notice is that Parker and Sons are very high when it comes to vosts for repairs and services. When i spoke to a few of my neighbors the one thing each of them told me. "They are way overpriced". Being new to the area i wasnt sure what was a fair price as they would vary from one place to another. I personally thoughtmmi was paying alot but i have no qualms about the work that was done.

The work was performed by 3, Parker and Sons plumbers; Shawn Schwanbeck, Matt Brown, and Taz Heirat. The work they provided was outstanding in every respect and exceeded my expectations. They were very pleasant, cooperative, eager to please, and great to work with. Also, I found them to be very experienced, knowledgeable, hard working, and professional. They always did what they said they work do. As a professional engineer I have worked with many plumbers over the years; these three gentlemen were some of the best I have ever worked with. When the job was done, you would not visibly know a significant amount of work had been on the job site.

The work was completed in a timely manner. The work was very well done and Gordon cleaned up everything as work completed. Very Friendly, on time and the discount really helped out with all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend Parker & Sons and will call them for all my future plumbing work.

found need to replace capacitors, had not failed but were below spec. charge was over $300 for each one. normal charge should have been around $100-$200.

John D. did a wonderful job. He called before arriving, was courteous and very polite. He got to his work quickly then finished up with some chit-chat about future service, an invoice, then left. John D. was a very pleasant professional, we felt very comfortable having him in our home. My daughter thought he was very handsome.

Everything went well I was very pleased with the results. Both repairmen were very efficient and courteous

Called that morning. Showed up at 10:00. Quoted $1800 dollar to repair so since unit was 21 years old I decided to replace. They had the new heat pump installed following morning. They did testing and determined the pressure were too high so they came back following week to enlarge the duct work included in original price.

Casey was on time, neat, friendly and seemed to know his business. He performed our inspection in a professional manner and took the time to let us know about other products that would extend the life of our system.

Parker and Sons always have professional technicians. Danny was no exception.

Bryan called about 35 minutes prior to arrival and arrived as estimated. Worked diligently and efficiently. Completed the check up / service quickly. He was very courteous and explained my questions in detail. Provided some suggestions for further service and updates, but was not significantly pushy about it. No specific cost for this visit as it is part of a multi-year service contract, though generally I find Parker & Sons to be reasonably priced for services rendered.

Parker and Sons answered the phone promptly, did not have to leave a message for a call back. Since we then didn't have any electricity it was an emergency service that was needed. They assured us that they would take care of us immediately, and they did. The technician, Jedidiah, was very polite and professional. He explained in detail and understandable language exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. After the job was completed he went through the whole house and checked all the appliances and lights to assure everything was working perfectly.

Dan was fantastic. My tank was under warranty and purchased from another plumber. At first, Parker said they could not do the warranty exchange because the tank came from a different distributor, but then they worked with their distributor to make the warranty exchange. Dan did a fantastic job and was very professional. Would definitely use Parker and Sons again.

Contacted Parker and Sons first thing in the morning when we realized our hot water heater was broken. The contacted me immediately and set up an appointment that same day. Mike G was awesome, he installed my new hot water heater and cleaned up. Prompt professional service!

Backed up main sewer line in older home- hard to fix but everyone was very responsive, professional, and clear in their communications. I missed the camera man's name but both he and Hunter were great. Now I know where to go when I have another plumbing disaster!

Jeremy was great..very professional and took his time explaining all that could or should be done. So far we have not picked a plumber for our work, however I must say Jeremy is right up there.

It went well. Anthony and Devin arrived early and worked all day to complete the work. They were professional in every way.

The tech was very genuine and professional. The prices for the work performed were, in my opinion, excessive. However, the tech did an excellent and efficient job, and we are very satisfied with the results.
