Service rep was in COSTCO and I asked for a appointment. Rep shoed up ON TIME and gave a free price on changing out the roof top A/C. Very professional, exact price given and placed on paper. Looked over ducting in attic for free and gave ideas and prices for repairs IN WRITING.

They sent out an inexperienced person to handle our problem. They were supposed to replace the entire water riser due to it's age. He ended up attaching a replacement piece instead because they did not want to cut the main line as he was not experienced in doing this kind of work. This partial job should have cost $150.00 at most.

One of my friends recommended him to me when I bought this house and I’ve been having him since then. I do a yearly payment but I bought all sorts things like water softener, water heater, air conditioner and toilet facets. They’ve been here over and over again. I would continue using them in the future.

I actually feel like I only got about half of the deal. It was for drain cleaning and video scope of the drain but there was no video scope of the drain done. They came out and pulled the drain cover off, I think they used a flat screw to pull some hair out of the drain so they were done and they left. I think that they were timely in providing their service and the drain was unclogged and hasn't come back since. I ask them if they would warrant their work about the little concerns considering I could have take a screw driver and pull it out and I thought we were able to get like a roto-rooter done but I guess they warranty their work so that was good. I was just a little disappointed that we didn't get the video scope since I was looking forward to that because I'm sure it was about the condition of the plumbing.

I've been using Parker and Son for many years. They gave me a good price on a 5 ton unit, started and completed the work when they said they would. All their employees were very professional and very knowledgeable of the product and the job. I had no problems.

My sewer line under the house broke the week before Christmas. I have a home built in 1935 and it has a very small entry under the house and is very tight under there. I had three contractors bid on the job. The guy from Parker and Sons came out and squeezed under the house and inspected the damage and gave a quote of 1,800. The second contractor did not want to crawl under the house and said his supervisor would call back with a quote...but never did. So I tried a third contractor and that company crawled under the house, but did not really take as much time as Parker N Sons took looking and bid 2,300 on the job. So I chose Parker N Sons. The guy from Parker and Sons showed up at the scheduled time, which was Christmas eve. Although he was very sick, he did the job anyway. The job took all day and involved him being in sewage water much of the time. So I was impressed with his attitude and work ethic. This job was done several months ago and I've had no issues at all. My impression is that Parker and Sons wanted my business more than the other two companies I think they did a great job.

The job went great! We should have gone with Parker and Sons to begin with. They show up on time; tell you in advance what to expect; give realistic estimates and stick to them; they know their craft and trade. If you want it done right the first time, go with Parker and Sons. They have all the necessary equipment to do the job right. They are also able to come without a long wait or delay and always finish the job on time!oad

I called Parker and Sons when water backed up in our bathrooms. They were able to send someone out the same day, and actually sent someone earlier than they quoted. Tim was polite and very thorough. He found our drain access and snaked the line to stop the blockage and had the camera technician there by the time he was finished cleaning out the drain. The camera quickly found the issue, a broken sewer line. They were able to schedule me for the next day, first thing in the morning. Tim came back and did the work. They took the time to clear my landscaping rock away from the area, into separate piles for the different kinds of rock. They placed ply wood down over the other areas and then dug the hole to fix the pipe. They completed the work in four hours and by the time they finished, I couldn't even tell that they had been there. They rock and planter border were all back in exactly the same spots. The sidewalk and driveway had all been washed down and cleaned. I was very impressed. I have used Parker and Sons for the past ten years, and they may not always be the cheapest but their service and reliability are second to none. The quality, honesty and dependability are worth it!

They were kind and did what they were supposed to and that was good. They were fine and they really clean-solved my problem.

We have a 3 year contract for spring and fall check ups. Service is available 24/7. In spite of it being Sunday the company was able to provide same day service. The service person had to travel across the valley but was here within the appointed period, performed the necessary checks in a professional manner and was then on his way. We have used this company for plumbing also with similar results. We will continue to do so.

I WOULD USED PARKER AND SONS IN A HEART BEAT. BUT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH ORANGATAN

We had just moved to the state and the former owner of the house gave us their name. They sent a Rep to the house to consult and he was well prepared. After a full discussion of choices we made our decision and then the surprise came. We were told we would be getting back a HUGE rebate from Costco as they are the designated contractor when purchasing a Lenox (furnace). The installs all went like clockwork and things were working great. Then we had a BIG problem. The RO system in the kitchen was defective and started leaking damaging the center island where it was installed. To their credit, they put me in touch with the drying company (that's another story)and their insurance company. I was paid within 30 days and made arrangements with Parker to have an upgraded system at no extra charge to us for our trouble. I say hire them and don't think twice.

They are timely. They are clean. The job gets done. They seem to be higher price, but on the other hand they are consistent. We were pre paid for the year so no cost this visit. They advised us we need to replace our unit, but we are on hold on that. Bids seem high so we will get some other bids to check on the competitiveness. Any time several thousand dollars is a potential expenditure, I always get more than one opinion.

Quality work and very professional. Now have much more efficient units.

I was very pleased. The plumber was very polite and informative, and cleaned up after himself. Have had no plumbing problems since.

They are very prompt and they're very professional. I would recommend them. They are a little bit pricy but they're good.

They pulled me out of a jam. My air conditioner was 25 years old. I needed a new unit. They are number three in customer service. They pointed me in the right direction and made suggestions on what I could do. They also relocated the thermostat in the house. I would use them again.

As usual, the tech was very courteous and helpful. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. No hi pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the deal and they responded to me quickly. I had a bathtub that was draining slowly. They did the basic cleaning and decided it was still draining slowly. They cleaned it more thoroughly. They didn’t provide me with a video inspection but I had forgotten that was included. The only negative was they requested a check from me which I gave them. I called them after realizing I had already paid Angie’s List. They apologized and ripped up the check. The technician had not understood I purchased the special through Angie’s List. They were professional and wore booties over their shoes while in my home.

I later called the boss and he refunded $150 which made the total $811. I told him that a job such as that should have been done for no more than $250. I have since learned that "Parker and Sons" do not own the business. ",

We have used Parker & Sons a number of times. We have found their prices to be a little higher than others, but we have had excellent luck and no issues following the services.

They are efficient and professional.
