Over priced wanted to charge $1200 for replacement motor. $10000 for replacement unit.

Costco recommend this company, so I thought it would be reliable co. I paid $11,000.00 for the heater and a/c. The salesmen said we would need a 3.5 ton A/C. and gave us a seer of 14 that is just standard performance. This a/c broke down about the first 2 months and they came out to fix it. The a/c was running constantly and my electric bill was sky high. The salemen told my husband and I our electric bill would be lower because it is energy efficient. Well that was a big lie. My electric bill was outrageous. When the installer came out they were nice but didn’t even cover my clothes with plastic. There was installation all over my clothes. And it happen twice. I had a lower electric bill with my old a/c. Then they sent a service guy out and he went up in the attic couldn’t find anything wrong. Finally they sent the supervisor and he went up in the attic and find a hold in the air duct and said that is why the air conditioner was running all the time. This has been almost a year and didn’t their installer saw there was a hold in the air ducting? I guess they don’t check their workers. I have 2 a/c in my house is about 3900 sq ft. My other a/c is 5 ton and it works great. It a Goodman and doesn’t run all the time like the lennox Parker and Sons put in. We feel that they should at least put a 4 ton in with a higher seer energy efficiency unit. The manager said he would make it right. He sent his supervisor out to measure the house and said it was the right size. They never ever measure the house before putting in the new a/c . We told the manager we would paid an extra 400.00 dollars for a higher seer for a better engery efficiency’s. The manager said he would call us back and he never did. My husband call him three times the other day .No return call. I would not recommend this company to my friends. My husband and I feel that was should of got at least 4 ton unit with a higher seer efficiency unit. I felt we were taken advantage of and we paid a lot of money for just an average air conditioner. I will not use them in the future if I need another new unit

Parker & Sons just completed an a/c overhaul yesterday. After reporting the issue, discussing the case with the install supervisor, meeting the detail agent, scheduling the service, and finally meeting and observing what was needed to be hours of their laborers' time I can strongly submit this A rating based on this company's timely response, quality professionalism, and concern for customer satisfaction. Will continue to go with Parker & Sons for all my A/C needs.

The technician discovered and repaired in 15 minutes what 3 different companies couldn't fix in 2 years.

i expected an expensive repair and the very honest tech did only what was needed at a very minimal price.I was very impressed.

Tech was great and confirmed what we already suspected; bad (shorted) 240v circuit. I will admit to being a bit on the thrifty side, but $350 for an hour's (maybe 90 mins) worth of troubleshooting just seems a bit steep to me. As for the quote to fix; $3400 for a 25ft electrical run seems too high. Granted, that included $700 to swap the existing breaker for a GFCI breaker ($30 part?), but that in itself is absurd.

So we had PARKER and SONS Plumbing come out to our house this morning to look at our leaking toilet because I didn’t want to deal with it. It was free to come out, he looked at our toilet and said you need the inside of the tank replaced, the screws were loose under the tank and he said it wasn’t done right the first time. They were not allowed to tighten the screws, only redo the inside of the toilet. So I said, ok can you give me a quote for upstairs toilet and downstairs toilet. Mind you the inside of the toilet pieces only cost you max $30 buck each at Lowe’s and that’s for the best one. This guy gives me a quote for $906.00 for repair 2 toilets. I laughed at him and told him no thank you goodbye. What the eff, Comes out to $846.00 for labor lol. He’s fricken crazy! Sooo, like the commercial, there might not be a Melvin on the job but there are definitely CROOKS working there. Needless to say, as soon as he left I tightened the screws and the leak is gone. Hahahaha

person was there for about 45minutes. cost was $344.00. said it may be less if it take less time.For the amount of time to amount of money seems high to me.

Fine except that I cold not believe the price of almost $5,000 for only 2half days of work.

It was great! They installed it quickly and it's actually higher quality hot water heater than some other vendors.

I did not accept the proposal from Parker and Sons because they were outrageously priced. They wanted over $2,700 for the labor and materials. I had another electrician from a small company do the same job minus the wall switch for just over $600.

Let me first say that I shopped around with several companies before choosing Parker & Sons. Among the best known and best rated HVAC companies their prices was equally competitive. I was sold on the customer support I received from the beginning. My 18 year old a/c unit went out and needed a replacement. In the meantime the sales agent, Jake, made immediately available to me a portable unit to help keep that side of the house cool. After the a/c was installed I was assisted by quite the team to ensure appropriate optimization. I would like to give thanks to Jake, Wes, Christian, Aaron, Dujuan, Mike, and Chad for incredible customer service. It was clear they cared about making sure I was fully satisfied with the new a/c and their service. The new unit is terrific. I love the wifi access they helped install in the thermostat. I'm also incredibly impressed with and partially sold by their warranty. I didn't come across another company that included such a customer-friendly warranty that would include everything even up to removal of the system and full return of money if needed (given their outstanding service I bet this is a rare phenomenon but gave me a sense of insurance going forth with a relatively large purchase). I will be calling Parker & Sons in the future if/when my other a/c unit goes out.

They provide very good service, they are a bit expensive but we were never disappointed with their work and professionalism.

They cancel last minute. Won't ever consider them again for any services.

Work was done expediently and no issues were encountered on the replacement. Work was completed quickly and lights were turned on.

This company exceeded our expectations! We had several bids for a new AC/heater unit. No other company came close to the exceptional service we had from them. Gavin came out and spent over an hour gathering information on our insulation, measured the entire service area, examined the roof where the unit was on, any issues we had with the old unit and any wishes for the new unit. He then went back and several days later came back and submitted several options for us, explaining the pros and cons to each choice. The unit was then set up the next day. The installers were so professional, courteous and thorough. We were kept informed throughout the day long process of any issues they came across and what they were doing. This is now our go to company for any service they provide.

They come every seasons and they do all the mechanism of the AC unit and the heating unit and gave me the status on how the heating is performing on that time. They also replace some light on my bathroom.

I wanted a quote on replacing a regular electric water heater with a heat pump (hybrid) water heater. Showed up 1 minute before the end of the 4 hour window. Reviewed the job with the technician and was quoted almost $1900 for installation only (I would be supplying the water heater) as they said it would be a lot of work to bring it up to current code. Electric disconnect addition, re-do piping supply to/from water heater as connections are in slightly different locations, and addition of expansion tank. Stated about half day of work (did not say if that was 1, 2, or 3 people). I'll probably end up doing it myself when the time comes.

Our system is only 2 years old and I was worried that it might be more than just a matter of changing the filters. (We turn off our water when we leave for the summer.) End result: changed filters and all working great. Service was fast and efficient. I learned some facts, since this is my first RO system. I must also add that I received a confirmation telephone call the day before (on a Sunday) to make sure the RO expert knew exactly what was the issue, plus to make sure the correct replacement filters were available. Impressive.
