It went well. He was very friendly and gave good information. The cost seemed like a lot, but I don't know what standard fees are for this type of service.

Serviceman was efficient and thorough, explained what he was doing and why. He was also good about answering my questions about recirculating pumps and other matters.

We have tried them a couple of times. We had a service agreement with them. They come twice a year. Every time they come out there would not be anything wrong with the a/c. If there was some problem they would give some discount on the labor and parts. We had to spend some 300$ on the service agreement. The guys were nice and professional. Seems like they were efficient and they give me a list of things to be done. They are very pushy on the service agreement and I didn't like that. I felt like I was getting sold every time they come out. If we had a problem we could have paid for the problem instead of getting into a service agreement. So we have stopped that and we haven't used them since.

Plumber arrived on time, was cordial, courteous and professional. He went right to work, had everything needed to complete the installation and took away the old toilet. Very happy with the quality of the work and very minimal impact on our daily activities around the house. The job was quickly (efficiently) and well done. We're very happy with 1800-Plumbing of Arizona, recommend them and will call them again with future plumbing needs.

They were fine. He gave me an estimate for $1800 on a new water heater and I found someone who did it for $900. I'm not sure I would use them again. The thing was the cost.

When the tech inspected the water heated and saw that it was over 9 years old and we didn't know if it had ever been flushed before. (we are new owners) He said we shouldn't flush it because it could cause more problems that the flush solved. Very friendly, knowledgeable person.

After spending a few minutes on the roof, the repairman came in and said all it needed was a new fuse. He had one on the truck, installed it and gave me an extra in case it ever needed another one. He could have easily said I needed a new heat pump ... and I would not have known otherwise. I really appreciated his honesty. They were incredible! I highly recommend Parker and Sons.

Travis was scheduled to be here anytime between 8 - 10. He called at 7:50 and said he was on his way. He arrived, completed services, checked on a few other things for us, and was done by 8:50!! We'll definitely keep Travis in mind for our next home in Tucson. He was so personable, trustworthy, and efficient. Highly recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. :)

He showed up without a toilet on his truck. He had to go to the supply house to pick one up. H told me thy were using one specific toilet for angieslist. It made me wonder if the toilet was a substandard brand.so far the toilet works great, but I wonder how long it will last.

I misunderstood what the Deal was for, so I requested a refund.

I was very pleased with the service. Travis is the person who came out to do the work. He called me to let me know when he was on his way. I asked him if I could watch him do it and he said yes. He was very good about explaining everything to me. I wasn't having any trouble with my drains being clogged. I just wanted to know the condition that they were in. It was amazing to see how clean my drains are with my house being almost 28 years old. He didn't even have to clean the drains. He was very professional and a gentleman. I'm a 75 years old woman & am afraid of repairman selling me something I do not need. I felt very comfortable with Travis and felt he was very honest & trustworthy. Because I was so pleased I'm going to have them come out again & service my hot water heater. I would like Travis to do the service, Also the person who scheduled the service (Kim) was very pleasant & helpful, I got sick & had to cancel my first appointment and she was very helpful.

We needed the drain pan on our rooftop ac repaired. Parker and Sons said it would cost $1,200 to pull the unit and fix the drain pan, so we might as well buy a new unit for $7,000 and just look at this great sale. We called another company in town who reapired the drain pan and gave the unit a full cleanup for under $500.

Our overall experience was very nice. They were very professional. They came in and did what they were going to do. Their price was probably in the middle. I would probably use them in the future.

Travis arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He reviewed the old toilet and water connection. Based on the age of my connections, Travis warned that he might have to replace the rigid water line with a flexible one if the rigid line would not reach or in case it cracked, from being in the same position for many years. I asked him to do his best and he was able to make it all work. He proceeded to remove the old toilet (looked extremely heavy), and replaced it with a new one that was offered on Angie's list for $199.99. Before he installed the new one, he showed me the hole in the ground to the sewer and advised that the builder had installed the toilet with a small diverter to make up for a misalignment. Travis was able to replace the toilet and it looks great. He was good enough to show me and help me understand in case I had issues down the road. Again, it was something he felt I needed to know, but he didn't push for more work. Maybe something I'll consider at a later date. If the deal pops up again, I'll likely have a second toilet replaced as well.
