I couldn't ask for a better transaction. Everyone with whom I worked was pleasant, easy to work with, and professional.

They were quick and they handled the situation very well. We had to move the appointment, because they couldn't get in there the first day. My air conditioning started working, so I wasn't too worried about it.

He showed up without a new toilet. He had to go to their warehouse to pick one up. That seemed like an unnecessary delay. That is the deal I had purchased. That caused a 2 hour delay. He did a great job once he had the new toilet. It's not an American Standard are anything but it works great.

Gentleman that came out was very professional did want he said he was going to do and did it in a timely manner.

It was not a big job. He did a good job.

MAN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY UNPLEASENT--UNSET THAT IT WAS AY 7AM--SAID THAT I WAS RETIRED AND COULD DO IT LATER IN DAY--I WORK AND NEED DONE BEFORE WORK--THEN TRIED TO UPSELL ME FOR 400 PLUSE JOP BEFORE EVEN LOOKINGTO IF IT NEED IT--AFTER HE WAS OVER HE ASK FOR MONEY--I TOLS HIM IT WAS PREPAYED--HE SAID ANGIES LIST DOES NOT DO THAT AND INSISTED ON GETTING PAID--AFTER INSISED IT WAS PAID FOR--CALLED HIS BOSS AND TOLD ME HIS BOSS APPOLIZED TO HIM FOR NOT MAKING IT WAS PAID FOR--NEVER DID HE APOLLIZE TO ME

They come out every 6 months. The contract is for 2 visits and anything that might go wrong in the mean time. That was part of the contract. It's a pretty common arrangement. I haven't had any problems and they seems to do a good job. They are very responsive.

Quick response to schedule. Technician was efficient.

The technician did a thorough job with the a/c and then offered to do a system check on the water softener system without charge. There was no attempt to "up charge" and gladly, everything check out. I highly recommend Parker and Son's for air conditioning service.

They cleaned all the sinks. They did a good job. They are very prompt and their service technicians are friendly and honest. I feel like I get an honest quote.

It went pretty well once I got them to come out. They were a little pricier. They were the only company that would come out within a day. I would consider using them in the future depending on price.

I have had this line cleaned periodically over the years; this was the most careful cleaning that I can remember. An added benefit was information the technician provided about changes in the regulations regarding water heaters that would take effect on April 16. I followed up on the information provided, and saw that what he told me was in fact the case. This was very helpful-- an added benefit.

Excellent Service!!! Chad (RAM Plumbing, Inc.) was right on time and very professional. He took the time to explain everything that was going to be done before it was done. He then to the time to show us everything he did and answer any questions that we had concerning any plumbing. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. We asked Chad about how our hot water in the master bath shower seemed to deplete very quickly. He thought it was strange and did some investigating. He quickly found that our hot water recirculation pump was actually installed BACKWARDS!! WOW! We are the second owners of this 3 year old home and not one person found this probelm, not even the home inspector that we paid before purchase. But Chad found the problem and FIXED IT FOR FREE!! This is the kind of service that will keep us calling RAM Plumbing whenever we have any plumbing issues. Thanks Chad!! Your service is very appreciated. I would highly recommend their service to anyone......as a matter of fact, I posted the recirculation pump issue to our neighborhood Facebook page and two other homes have the same issue!!! I gave them RAM Plumbing's contact information via Angies List and they will be calling soon.

Very nice gentleman came and was forthcoming on his prices and services. However, I just needed some catridges changed in leaking faucets. He looked at the equipment and recommended total replacement which would be hundreds of dollars. It seemed a bit of a bait and switch. I replaced them myself and saved all of that money.

.When you call different people to come and look at it ..You have to keep paying a service charge of $60-80 to see whats wrong with your a/c after about 3 people coming out I said heck with it that gets expensive. Have to admit Parker and Sons were on the expensive side but they say you get what you pay for... They did a great job one day service and I had a brand new a/c with a brand new block to keep it off the ground. They do what they say they will do.. And they give you the inside panel brand new 8months later got an expectation on the a/c went great for free... They do stand behind what they say. And the end I was very pleased

while the repairman replaced the toilet adequately, he "found out" that the angle shut off valve needed to be replaced because it was hard to shut off. He quoted a price of $160.00 to replace the valve. (the valve was easy to get to/no difficult working area). I called the company office to verify the cost, which they did. When I stated that the $160 was really high to replace the valve, they told me that was the going rate. If I didn't believe them, I could check with other plumbers in the area. I did just that. I talked to three reputable licensed plumbers, who each gave me an estimate of $75.00 to $100.00. While the replacement of the toilet was a bargain price, the overall prices charged by this establishment is extremely high. I would give them a grade of F for their prices and a grade of C for their overall grade. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was in the process of purchasing a home and the inspection came back that the roof needed to be looked at by a professional roofer because it appeared to be at the end of its life. I called Parker and Sons and they came out with 24 hours to give me professional advice on the roof and what it would cost to repair the roof. They were very professional and extremely responsive. I actually had a couple quotes performed and they were the most reasonable. I did not end up purchasing that home, but will definitely call them in the future if I need services done to my roof.

The price was more than I expected so I told the estimator that I would review the information and get back to him. I told the estimator that we would look at providing our own faucets to reduce the price. Additionally the estimator from Parker and Sons mentioned that we might be able to get a 10% discount on the services. We purchased the faucets and I called Parker and Sons following day, Tuesday March 10 2015, to proceed with the services based on the expected price reductions discussed. I was told we would receive a revised quote and that services would be scheduled for 8:00 Am the next day, Wednesday March 11. At 8:30 I called Parker and Sons and was told there was no scheduled visit. Eventually the estimator called me back and changed said the 10% discount was $100 (not $260). With missed appointments, slow follow-ups, and changes in the story we received from Parker and Sons, it is safe to say this experience was not positive. I told the estimator I was going to be taking my business elsewhere for those reasons.

They said that my Water heater is too old for the deal.
