Over the last 3 years both pieces of equipment had deteriorated. We decided to make the investment in a new system after Parker and Sons tech Thaddeus L. showed us the extent of the current state of deterioration. Thaddeus was very professional in his evaluation and in his recommendations regarding the systems that could work in our house. He was also thorough in his explanation of the warranties that came with each of the systems we considered. Once we made the decision on the system we wanted we were able to schedule an install for two days later. On the installation date Installation Techs Esteban M. and Anthony W. showed up right on time. Their appearance was very professional and manner was open and friendly. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new equipment took approximately 8 hours. When they removed the old equipment they put it neatly on the side of the road by our house then another unit of Parker and Sons rolled by and took it away. When the new system was installed Esteban was very thorough in explaining how to use the new high tech thermostat. Esteban and Anthony did a very thorough job of cleaning the inside and outside work areas. We are very pleased with the quality of the people we interacted with and the quality of the system installed.

The person who was sent out was a Melvin! He told me I needed parts I didn't need, and quoted me a repair for $2000 for less than an hours work and two parts. I told him I wanted to get another quote and sent him on his way. The second repairman told me I only needed one of the two parts, and it would only cost $440, not $2000!! It's now working fine!!

This service was great. We had a service call for a banging noise done with the home warranty selected company, and there was a bogus reason given and the warranty would not service. On a recommendation from a friend, we setup an appointment with Parker and Sons. This was a very professionally done inspection and gave an honest appraisal of the issue and the choices for resolving it. Turns out, it's an old crappy unit older than the house ready to go at any moment. The assessment was not followed by a pressure sale for a new unit, but an honest assessment of an old unit that is technically working, if not a bit loud. The service man was very knowledgeable, and courteous not to track junk from the garage by using shoe covers. All in all, a very class act, that will definitely be a first call for future service and estimate for a new unit. Thanks.

This was a good experience from start to finish. After a technician came out and told us that our system needed to be replaced, we met with Jason Ceyala to discuss options. Jason reviewed what we had, the size of our home and our needs - and recommended a system that he thought would work best for us based on his experience and expertise in the business. Although we had previously gotten an proposal from another company, we went with the proposal Jason presented because we felt that he helped us decide on the right system. He didn't offer the most expensive system, but rather the one that he thought would work best for our needs. Doug, the Installer arrived on time, and he and his partner Nick did an exceptional job installing our new system. There were some issues with the old system that led to it failing, and Doug identified what those were and corrected them before installing the new one. He was knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing to us. We were very pleased and feel that the job was done right. Doug and Nick made us feel it was important to them that the job be done right, and they made every effort on our behalf.

They were prompt, friendly and professional. I called before 8 a.m. and they replaced the line the same day. They did a good job and I would recommend them. I also appreciated that James was willing To explain the materials, process and so on. They also did a good job cleaning up, which took some doing because the yard has a thick layer of gravel. My only complaint is the cost, which seems quite high for a day's work.

I needed to replace my existing AC/Gas Heat system on my 21 year old home with a modern, efficient system. The A/C compressor sounded like a jet engine!. I received 3 quotes, and decided to go with Costco/Parker Bros/Lennox. All 3 companies determined that the best solution for my situation was a dual speed/5 ton system. The quotes I received were quite similar, with the exception that the Costco/Parker/Lennox system included a 10 yr warranty for parts and labor. The entire experience went perfectly. Every one showed up on time, and I received calls confirming appointments. Justin, the estimator, was friendly and very thorough. Terrence and Esteban, the installers, did a great job from start to finish. They answered all my questions and even did a few minor things I asked of them. I will look to Parker Bros for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.

Went as expected from this venfor. Local company to this metro area, has significant advertising hyping quality of service. they delivered the quality I expected at a competitive price.

Excellent service. The technician called as instructed before arriving, inspected the problem, and called to make sure he was looking at the right area since the landscaper already fixed it.

Lost my first appointment then they were quoting me a price twice what I was charged last time I had this same service done by another company. Very disappointed in the way I have been treated by this company.

Parker and Sons were excellent, I would recommend them to anyone , they are exceptional.

Both reps were very professional and friendly. Advised what they were doing and explained reason for it. Mindful of costs. Honest comments and questions. No pressure for performing additional work. Small wire repair on air conditioner and fixing hose so it didn't sit on the ground outside were done as a courtesy. I have found my plumbing and air conditioning company! Would not hesitate to use again.

When they first showed up, they had sent the wrong technician (A/C instead of plumber). The guy called the office and within an hour we had a plumber at the house. He went over the issues with our toilet and explained me what needed to be done and also gave me the cost based on a sheet he had. He took care of the toilet and then inspected the rest of the plumbing in the house. He ended up suggesting to replace some parts of the water heater tank, which I did. Also, while the plumber was working on the toilet another technician showed up (reverse osmosis specialist). He inspected our system because I thought it was leaking, but it turns out its pretty normal. He went over some things with me and showed me how to flush the tank. He was very nice and professional and ended up not charging me anything!

Jim showed up on time and was very helpful. We went through all plumbing systems and he provided a detailed report afterward.

They showed up when they said they would and did the job professionally and kept me informed of the process.

Very professional...had them do another job at another water heater as well, and got estimates for written additional work.

I've used Parker & Sons before and they are the most professional group of people. They look at what the issue is and then give me a estimate up front, then once I agree they do the work quickly. They always clean up so you would never know they had been there. Also they check other systems to make sure there are no other issues, like the water pressure and hardness, check my water heater and water conditioner. Will definatly use them again. However the deal I purchased was not a good deal! I never ended up using the coupon because they already gave me some discounts that ended up being a better deal. So I would not suggest buying any deals on Angies List, instead just contact them directly!

They were really very nice. He did not fix the problem. The price was fair.

Our AC did not seem to be cooling our house properly - we had it set to 78 degrees and it was 80 degrees in the house. I called Parker & Sons around 4:30 PM not expecting them to be able to help me on a Sunday nor so late in the day but Randy came within 90 minutes. He checked out the system and discovered that the filters were dirty and probably that they probably caused the problem. He still went into the very hot attic to check the fan and then outside to check the unit. He was pleasant and professional and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. Parker and Sons are going to be our "go-to" HVAC people from now on.

He got the air conditioner going until I could hire a company to replace it. I would have given Parker & Sons a shot at the business but their rating on Yelp scared me.

It was pretty bad. They were trying to charge us 500 dollars for one hour of service. I liked that they were fast about coming. Then they tried to get me to buy a new a/c system. I was going to do it but there company didn't want to give me the credit. That was a lot of money to spend on a motor. I feel they could have not charged so much to sell me a motor I wouldn't have felt pressured to be ruining my credit.
