They replaced one minor thing and it was about $75. I had to have the inlet replaced in the water heater and the water heater flushed. There a minor thing, was a part that needed to be replaced on the air conditioning, there is actually a heat pump is down there. They kind of do everything, dry wall and kind of do everything that needs to be done in a house, I guess. The plumbing was $75 & the air conditioning & heating was around $30. I only paid the charge for the actual repair of the hot water heater. The plumber actually came back a second day, he found out what need to be done on the first day. They show up when they say they will show up. If you pay like $10 a month and you get all the checkups for free and you are put on a kind of priority list, so they show up quickly for you. They let you know when they are going to show up. If they are caught up on another job they will call you and if they have to reschedule, they will do it right then and there.

Great. We have had a contract with this company for years because they treat customers correctly.

They were fine. I would probably not recommend them.Their technicians were good though. I would probably usevthem again.

They are always very professional and thorough. Daniel E. was prompt (even early) and was very personable. He explained everything in detail and offered us some options for our system without putting pressure on us to make a quick decision. We've used Parker & Sons for services/repairs the last several years, and have been very pleased each time.

Joe Middleton came to my home on 10.10.16 to service my water heater. He explained what he was going to do. I was surprised when he showed me how much white calcification had accumulated in my year old heater. He also explained how a home osmosis system could help to eliminate this build up. Very professional, friendly and thorough. I would request his services again in the future.

I had called a couple of other providers prior and Parker and Sons were the only team that could dispatch a plumber out same day/morning on a Saturday. Plumber arrived on time, was professional, and cleaned up after he was finished. Work only took 15 minutes so the price seemed a little high. They have great reviews on Angie's list and I have also heard them advertise a lot on KTAR. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Dan Webb came to my home on 10.10.16 and he was on time, professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and got right to work. He also explained my responsibility to drain my Osmosis system at least once a month to keep it clean and working better. A great tip that I was not aware of. I would request Dan to come back for future servicing.

A week after I submitted my purchase on Angie's I had not heard from them. I emailed them and asked when I could schedule an appointment. I received a voice mail the next day to call them. I called them a couple of days later and the receptionist could not locate me in their system. She apologized over and over again stating they get a lot of emails and it takes a while to get through them. I hung up and hired another company to do the work. I admit I am not the most patient person but I felt I was "another email" that they did not get through. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a response to schedule the work I paid for. I am sure they do great work but I will not try them again.

I am giving 3 stars because they seem a bit pricey and I am still waiting on my detailed receipt for the job that was performed and the warranty on labor and parts. We moved recently to a new home and we needed to do a few things didn't have time to take multiple quotes for the plumbing job since I deal with multiple contractors for different things. I decided to call Parker & Sons for the plumbing stuff after I saw their great rating on Angie's list. I called on 9/26/16 and spoke to Angie from Parker & Sons told her what I need done and she scheduled me for a free estimate for the Friday the 30th. Rod was the plumber that came to our house on Friday 9/30/2016. He arrived as scheduled, when he quoted me the price for the job I got a sticker shock and for a minute we contemplated to maybe take more quotes or do only part of the job. Rod offered a 10% discount but it still was much higher than we anticipated so at first we told Rod we will do the refrigerator hook up to the water line only which he quoted us at around $157 but then my husband wanted the job to be finished that day despite the high price because we just wanted to move on to the next item. Just to compare, about a year ago we did a few similar things in our home in California plus a few extra repairs and our plumber wasn't cheap like nothing is cheap in California but still we paid $343.75 which is over $100 cheaper compared to original quote we got from Rod of $447.37 and after the 10% discount that he offered it came to $402.63 so still $60 higher than what we paid in California. The 3 stars are for a job well done by Rod, he was professional, job well done and cleaned after him. He answered my questions and addressed one of my concerns by making a last minute change of the position of the sink. I was received my receipt a few minutes after Rod left via email but it was very superficial and doesn't state anything that was done and the parts that were provided by Rod the plumber. The only thing that shows up is final price of $402.63 and CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LAUNDRY SINK and which according to their warranty rules as stated on receipt: "Plumbing Warranty One year parts and labor warranty on repairs with parts provided by Parker and Sons or as stated and outlined on invoice. *Excluding Drain" So it seems as it is standing right now I am not covered for anything that Rod did for me during his appointment and that need to be fixed by providing me with a detailed receipt of repairs and parts provided by the company. I called the office spoke to Brittany at 5:00 PM she was very nice and understanding and said she is requesting that a detailed receipt will be emailed to me. I called again on Tuesday 10/4/2016 spoke to Brittany again, she sais she will send another email w/request for detailed invoice. It is Thursday, 10/6/2016, still no receipt in sight. I hope I am not stuck with my superficial receipt and as such with no warranty for labor and parts provided by the company.

Workers were polite, timely and efficient.

I saw them in the spring as well. They sent two plumbers to my house and both of them did excellent work and had good advice.

Rob W, the tech who came out, was very informative, helpful and polite. He provided the information I needed in a thorough and professional manner. Along with the written estimate, within a couple minutes I also received an email with the top level details / costs. He also had some good suggestions regarding possible ways to resolve an issue that I expect to need to deal with in a few years.

The responded very quickly, even though it was not an emergency. The work was done very well and the price was as agreed prior to the job.

It was pretty good. I still have the service call because they didn't charge me for estimates. It was pretty expensive. They provide good service. There's no doubt about that. They're a little on the pricey side but they do good amount of service.

The repair itself was done well. My issue is with the $69 deal I purchased from Angie's List. I bought the $69 deal from Angie's List for a service call and $25 off on repair supplies. The guy that did the work said he didn't know about any deal w Angie's List. He said he would wave the $69 service charge and take $25 off the repairs. I called Parker & Son a couple of days later and they said they WAIVE the service charge if work is done for all customers. So I paid $69 for a fee they waive anyway. Trina, from their office, spoke with her manager and said they would credit me back the $69 to my credit card. FYI: make sure you are getting a deal and not paying a charge that would have been waived anyway!

Both went great, both reps were on time, called ahead and informed me in detail what they were doing and any issues/options that were available to me. On the AC Ken detected a problem and checked online for warranty coverage since the unit was less than 3 years old (P&S did not install and it came with the house when I bought in 2015) so he could give me the reduced price in the quote. On the RO Louis showed me how to change the filters, things to watch for so if I wanted I could change them myself in the future. He also noticed that the water spout that was loose was probably not installed as well as it could have been. He took the extra time to improve the connection so it won't keep coming loose at no extra charge. This level of quality assurance is exactly what I look for from a company and the techs that they employ!

They are not overly expensive and they are not absolutely cheap.

Steer clear of Parker & Sons. This review is for the air conditioning/HVAC portion of their business. The AC unit was not working and a tech from Parker & Sons said it would cost $1200 to fix. They quoted a condenser fan motor for $841 and a hard start kit for $420. They immediately gave a "discount" bringing the total down to $1000. That should have been a red flag but we trusted them and decided to have them do the work ASAP to get the house cool for our tenants. Turns out the AC also wasn't flowing to the master bedroom so we asked Parker & Sons to go back out there. This time, a tech said the duct work was installed incorrectly 10 years ago by the builder, when the home was brand new. He said it would cost $12,000, yes 12 THOUSAND dollars to re-do all of the ductwork. That seemed extremely expensive and somewhat unlikely that a new home builder would have installed the ducts completely in the opposite direction. Even so, anything is possible... So we did our homework and got another quote from another company. They recommended a brand new AC unit and some work on the ducts to fix the flow issue. They are quoting $5600 TOTAL. And the guy said our unit appeared low on refrigerant. The same unit Parker & Sons supposedly just serviced and fixed for $1000!!!! We feel Parker & Sons was very dishonest in charging us $1000 and then trying to get another $12,000. And it took multiple phone calls and over a month for them to email us the original invoice for the work. We feel totally ripped off and very upset that we trusted our business to this company.

It was a great experience. Craig B. did the work, and he was professional and quick and efficient. I appreciated that he was punctual. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend Parker and Sons for plumbing, and I will ask for Craig again.

So far I would give Parker & Sons a...I just don't know too much about them so I'll give them a B. I've used them once so we'll see how it goes. They are not the cheapest. I am probably going to give B across the board reason being, I have nothing to base it on except for one service call.

It was not a positive experience. Our AC was starting to go and we thought it just needed to be charged and they said we needed a new part and so we did it for like $300, it stopped working again a few weeks later and they tried to charge us another service call even though it was under warranty. I liked that they came out quickly, they were prompt. I suppose checking everything. If the first guy had told me a few things were wrong it would have been more believable when the second guy said other things were wrong especially when I thought the first repair was unnecessary. It was the exact same issue and they tried to tell us it was something different. They were here like 10 minutes the second time and then we told them to leave. They should have not tried to charge us for the service call when it was the same issue and they are suppose to warranty the work.

I had both AC's service. I found them very expensive. Online it states that if you get service, you get the diagnostic fee of 69.00 free. When I asked the tech he just said no. We also did not get a senior or veterans discount. I sent them a review and did not receive any feedback. I have 5 properties and will never use them again. People should be careful of the online ads.

I had a bad experience. I had to get the unit serviced twice a year for fall and spring and I was getting good reviews. The last time someone came out I had an unusual service that lasted longer. After it was serviced by that particular technician the unit started acting funny. I had to call them out and they told me I could get it fixed for over $3500. I got two more estimates and they told me it cost me a $1000. One of the technicians told me of even if the prices are different, they should be fairly close. one shouldn’t be over a $1000 and the other $3500. The unit had been well maintained yearly but after that a new unit didn’t make sense. Someone with experience told me that the technician made a small puncture hole in the unit so I could lose all the freon and it would run funny because that it could not find freon. I had trusted them. It was well maintained with a good report twice a year. After that unit I won't use them again.

Estimate to find leak was $250. Actual cost was $1,500. Both myself and my USAA insurance adjuster thought the cost was excessive. Beware of giving them a go ahead without knowing the cost first.

They are pretty big and own most of the market in Arizona. They could have better pricing. You are stuck with your high prices. You could probably get a better product with a smaller man but it is hard to compete in their market.
