They are very fair, honest and reputable. I don't go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs.

All is fine. New toilet uses less water but gets the job done well. New sink is great with more modern faucet.

Great! My dogs were running around our back yard and ran into the hose spigot cracking the line. We had a 7 year old in the shower and still needed to give our 2 year old a bath along with our showers in the morning and making sure our many animals have enough water. I called our normal plumber who told me that they charge $200 per hour for weekend and after hours fees on top of what it will cost just to fix it and he figured it would take several hours. I called around to several other places to basically be told that they don't consider my situation and emergency or to just be ignored all together. I called Parker and Sons, reached the after hours service and was told that a technician would call me back. I wasn't holding out because every other place told me the same thing. But, Parker and Sons was the only place to take me seriously and called back in about 5 minutes! The plumber told me that he would be able to come out in about 2 or 3 hours. He called me an hour and a half later to tell me he was on his way. He then looked at the issue, quoted me a price and told me it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. He was true to his word and was finished in 45 minutes! He was a life saver! I will be tired tomorrow, but have a happy, clean and watered household! I found my new plumbers!

Awful. I had an Angies list deal I paid $69 for to cover the service call and $25 off whatever repair was done. There was a leak coming from the stop valve and I needed the toilet tower replaced. It worked but sometimes I had to jiggle the handle. He wouldn't use the parts I bought from Home Depot for $20. He said if they didn't supply them, they wouldn't guarantee them. He ended up replacing the 2 bolts in the tanks bottom, the tube to the wall, the tower and handle. He also fixed the stop valve leak. Including the time it took him to get the parts, it took 3 hours. The total came to $470. My original $69 for him to come out and an additional $426 (less the $25). I could have gotten a new toilet for less. The bill didn't break down the parts and labor but I estimate I was charged $150 an hour. I was also told the guarantee would be for 2 years. On the bill it states one year.

They installed my unit last year. The way their program works is you have to continue the service with them. I had to sign up for the service to continue the warranty coverage. You get a 10 year manufacturers warranty and a 10 year labor warranty from them so if you change companies, the 10 year labor warranty goes away.

We are on an program with them. They are pretty competitive with their price. I have been with them for about fifteen years. Nobody is perfect. No issues, I haven't experienced that.

Purchased $69 40 point air conditioning Unit Tune-up. If you require immediate service, I advise that you call ahead to determine availability before purchasing because they were scheduling 3 weeks out when I called to redeem. I was stuck with the purchase so I couldn't call around to see if anyone was available sooner. My rooftop unit started leaking so I called to ask if someone could come sooner then my scheduled tune up date. I had questions about how my $69 tune up would be applied to what was now a regular service call. I also had a question about over the phone payments as I would not personally be home during the service (but someone was home). The customer service girl was very rude and I could hear her making comments under her breath. I asked to speak with another representative because I didn't like her tone. The new rep was very nice and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service was scheduled for that same day. The guy who serviced my a/c was very friendly and professional. The service ended up costing me $400.00 in total (also had to clean the evaporator coil). Based on my experience with scheduling and the rude unprofessional attitude I would have called one of the many other a/c service providers in the valley. However, I was stuck with this company because I pre-paid for the service on angie's list.

They are straight "A"s across the board. They do the semi-annual checkups, and we have a warranty with them as well.

Fixed leak quickly. Suggested doing an over mount to replace undermounted sink. He went out to get parts and came back and quickly got it installed.

They may be more expensive than other providers, but you are getting quality service people who do excellent work.

It was done in one day with the exception of adding a larger return grill and dry walling it in. We had a lot of bids and although Parker wasn't the lowest, we felt the most comfortable with having them install. The sales person was professional and knowledgeable. The installers were fine but left a piece off one unit that allowed the coolant to leak. We had to have another service person fix their mistake.

I am on a yearly contract that costs about $150 a year. They check it automatically when we go into fall and summer. They are 5 stars. They are excellent.

We were members of their service plan, so no diagnostic fee. One of our units is having trouble cooling. Parker sent a tech, and found a few issues that they said need repair. They said a check showed our unit was not under warranty an longer and the repairs would cost $1,600. Tech went to get the parts. When he came back he said he was going to start over and redo the diagnostic. He then came up with one more issue. Now we were up to $3,400. Meantime I called the builder of our home and was told the unit was still under warranty. After some back and forth on the warranty issue he accepted that it was under warranty, and gave us a labor only price that was the same. Even though the parts were under warranty he still wanted the same amount to do the repair. I thought that was insane and asked if they charge $400 an hour for labor and he nodded yes. Learned the next day that Parker techs are on commission. Explains why he tried to get us to pay so much and floated the recommendation to replace the entire unit. I will never do business with Parker again.

Wonderful! Armando was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We decided against having the work done because of the expense, but thankful that he was able to evaluate the problem!

Punctual and no problem with work. But.. $482 to replace two angle stops in the kitchen and quoted $365 to repair a running toilet? Expensive, wouldn't use again.

They did a good job. They came in and fixed it. Very friendly, timely, and fixed the situation within the deal.

Had Parker and Sons Plumbing come out due to leak in the water heater. Technician was personable and professional. However, we had to pay $2150 for a new 50 gallon water heater, which we thought was outrageous. We needed the work done right away so went ahead and paid. But next time we will purchase a water heater and have someone install it for us.

I have a maintenance contract. One worker came to tune up.

Service was prompt well done and I was kept apprized as the project went along. Would definitely use Parker and sons again.

Chris came out and did a great job. He explained the issues and was able to fix our unit that day. He was very professional and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone needing AC repairs.

Not sure why I am being asked to give a review since I found Parker and Sons long time ago on my own with using Angie's list. Obviously since I have used them for years all their visits have gone well.

Plumber showed up and diagnosed the problem as a bolt that needed to be replaced in the tank, it was rusted. The estimate to replace it was way overpriced but I needed it fixed so went ahead with the repair. He was here approximately 20 minutes, wanted to charge $300, when I asked about the Angies List coupon he subtracted the price of it but I still paid over $200 to replace one bolt. I felt like I got ripped off!

Wow, royal treatment. I feel like part of the family with Parker & Sons. From my initial estimate with James, my HVAC install with Esteban and Will or my follow up electrical work with Armando. My job turned into one of the 1 in 100 installs that encountered some problems and took much longer than expected. The install went so well, and Esteban was so patient and kind as he had to retrofit my condo to fit my new air handler. James took time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions and followed up the next morning. We needed an electrician, and Esteban was willing to call in the on-call at midnight. Armando came the next day and, again, in what I'm learning is Parker & Sons style, took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Armando just finished completely replacing my circuit breaker box, and he did an incredible job. I've learned a ton from these 4 guys. Audra in the office has been amazing to work with too. I generally either post great reviews or help businesses who need it, but I've been very happy with the service from Parker & Sons thus far. There's one small follow up issue, tht needs to be resolved - which is why the 4 star review.
