I spoke with Aaron directly after a different ac company failed to accurately diagnose the repairs needed. He came out quickly and found the problems, explained those, and scheduled for the repairs. Came on time and now my system is working great again. There was also an extra part I wanted installed, but the gentlemen talked me out of it and after further research ( with a much, much cooler head) it seems they were right and Iâ m grateful for the extra time spent explaining why they didnâ t recommend it. In the end when itâ s time for summer check-ups or any other maintenance Iâ ll be using Otter Air again.

They were very efficient. They came quickly and had four people working to get the job accomplished. I was pleased with every part of the process.

Anthony at Otter Air was really helpful. He tried to help ne over the phone by sending pics via emails. Once he couldn't solve the problem over the phone he made an appointment with me. He called a day early asking if he could stop by to check it out. Once he got here he solved the problem within a few minutes and did it at a reasonable low price. This company is top notch. They arrived to fix our air conditioner half hour after calling them on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend at 11:00pm. They initially diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote, went back up to put the unit back together and discovered they misdiagnosed it. They returned and told us of the error and fixed the problem before they left-saving us a ton of money. Highly recommended company here.. Honest, hard working company.

They came on the same day we contacted them. They were a savior on above-110-degree day!

Came to our home after 10:PM on a Saturday night and arrived within a half hour. Our AC went out, and he is going to replace it for us. Called other 24/7 emergency and was told they were to busy to come out.

I called for service at 5:30 pm expecting to get voicemail but Aaron answered my call and said he could come that evening after finishing the call he was at. He and Anthony arrived at 8:00 pm, fixed that problem and a few more in record time. He took pictures of work to be done (attic) and then after the work was completed. They did so much more for a lot less than my usual company and now they are my new ongoing repair service. I couldnâ t be more pleased with these 2 young men and the excellent service provided.

I finally found my go-to for AC repair! I was referred to Otter Air because my warranty co was letting me down. The owners immediately responded to my call for help and came over in less than 24 hours to fix our AC. They even came over after hours to make sure we were taken care of. No other contractor would do that. They are great communicators who kept us updated constantly. Itâ s great to know there are still people who are honest and care about customer service. Highly recommended!
