Received a call immediately and Arron was at my house within half an hour, and had AC fixed in less than a half an hour. I did have another company come out prior and was told I needed a new A/C, I wanted a second opinion. Arron was honest told me what was wrong and went right up and completed the work in less than a half an hour, I couldnâ t believe it and so grateful I got a second opinion I will use Arron for all my electrical needs.

Rather than replacing the entire unit like everyone else recommended they identified a minor problem and fixed it for 1/4th of the cost of the replacement. I appreciate their honesty and quality work of fixing the issue rather than trying to sell me a new 10k air conditioner. I will use them again. 100% recommend.

Came the same day to do the install of a new thermostat and had it done in 30 minutes.

Otter Air came out, inspected the situation, and saw everything was good. I just need to dig out the condensation drain pipe on the side of the house. Charged $25 They were awesome.

Otter Air's Aaron and Anthony responded on the same day I sent out a very frustrated call because another company had cancelled my appointment the day before they were to arrive and informed me that I would need to call them to re-set......After 3 days of calling this other company, and only getting a busy signal and not even able to leave a message because this other company didn't have a message service I was beyond frustrated. Along comes a call from Aaron and I explain my problem to him. He shows up at my home a few hours after our conversation. He and Anthony not only solved my problem after taking pictures of all that needed fixing and explaining what needed to be done and at what the cost would be but the work they did came with a 10 year warrantee.....I am beyond pleased with their service and would recommend Otter Air to anyone that is looking for a company that is knowledgeable, honest and fair in their prices. Otter air came out to my home today and they were wonderful. They repaired a complicated leak on site in a couple hours when another company told me I had to replace the entire system. Very glad I found them!

Our air went out the night before Easter Sunday and I went online Easter Day and within 5 minutes Aaron of Otter Air said he would be happy to come by and assess my problem. I explained we were going to church and would be back around 12:30 and he said he could come over around 1:30 which he did and tested both units which were low on freon (one had a leak) He added freon to both units along with a dye to see where the leak was and returned the next day with his partner and together they fixed the one leak, did some other minor repairs and added freon to both units. They are running excellent now and I signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan. Both men were very pleasant and knowledgeable !

Amazing service

Otter Air is responsive and quick. They consistently implement the most effective and inexpensive solution. They do no try to convince you to replace your system or spend more money than is necessary. They added a new return in our bedroom and a new vent fan in our bathroom which made a huge improvement in balancing the temperature throughout the house. They have also responded to two last minute emergency calls, and have repaired and updated our original 1994 HVAC system to keep it functioning beautifully. We are very grateful. Highly recommend!

They fixed a problem none else could or would do: remove much dirt and rock from underground return and sealed to keep animals out snd secured outdoor closet doors to keep animals out.

I was impressed with all of the previous reviews. I prayed before calling, and the owner, Mr. Aaron Joumas answered immediately. I spoke with him briefly about repairing my 12 yr old system, which he visited on the same day, diagnosed, and provided a lower quote than another company. Because my system was old and had previously stopped working many times, I asked about replacing the entire system. Mr. Joumas quoted a fantastic price and scheduled my replacement within two days! During removal of the old unit and new installation, Mr. Joumas and his crew were very kind, considerate, courteous, conscientious, thorough, and clean! I was happy with everything and purchased their preventative maintenance plan and air duct cleaning services. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!
