Description of Work: Tree trimming. One tree -- done well. The task was rescheduled from one day to the next -- but that was handled by phone online. On the rescheduled day, the work was done in a timely and effective fashion with a full clean up of the trimmings.

Description of Work: I bought their $200 coupon for tree trimming service. They called me promptly to setup an appointment for and performed the services they were contracted for. They did a very thorough job and cleaned everything up before they left. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Trimmed big cottonwood trees and 2 ash trees.

Description of Work: We had a large palm tree stump that needed to be removed. Our regular lawn maintenance person was able to cut the tree down but was not able to remove the stump. We called for two quotes. One was from Optimum. Raymond came out and gave my husband a quote. Although the other quote was less on the phone, the person never offered to come out to give us a firm quote. Raymond was very professional and did a great job. We plan on using again soon to remove two additional palm trees.

Description of Work: They removed a huge tree from our back yard that we lost to a storm. Cut it up and moved it out.

Description of Work: We had two trees blown over in a storm, partially blocking the street so time was very important. The owner was very responsive and arrived exactly when he said he would and took care of the job. He left the yard and street neat and clean. I recommended him to my neighbors who also needed some storm clean up. I would call him again.
