Company was excellent to work with. They went above and beyond accommodating our need for certain dates. They were very prompt. We were given a 2 hour window, they were on the early end of window and called to say they were on the way 30 minutes beforehand. Work was done promptly, throughly and the man who actually installed fixture was polite. We would definitely use this company for future needs.

Arrived promptly, was courteous, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor. Came on Sunday to give us an estimate and returned on Monday to do the work. Job went smoothly.

Professional service employee and did a good job. Recommended possible solutions to hard water particles not excluded by the water softener .

The owner of the business arrived on time and immediately examined the problem of the leak. He then told me that he did not have any of these parts and would have to return another day. He then sat down and explained the whole thing in great detail also suggesting that I have one more item done. I already was having two done that were not necessary but seemed prudent to have done. So I said no to the 3rd one. Especially after I asked how much for the 2 angle stop replacements and the dishwasher supply line replacement. $339!!! I had purchased a special deal for $99 for $200 worth of work. I still owed them $139! The owner did not return to do the job which he quoted and told me that would be the case. The tech was excellent and had the whole thing done in less than an hour. This price for the work was ridiculously high. I agree with the other reviewers who said that getting the deal made the prices on repairs go up. I will NOT use this provider again.

He arrived on time and got right to work. Did the job quickly and cleaned up the area well. Waited to leave until all glue joints had dried and he tested them for a leak. Very pleasant to deal with.

We had a leak and needed that fixed immediately...we had purchased a deal on Angie's List (I would never do that again-with this company). Because we had purchased the deal there was a different price for work to be done. The part cost is about $50 but this company is charging $230 for the part and labor. I have had the same thing replaced in another bathroom and paid $100 last year with another company. We had other work to be done and turned this company down because to replace a hose bib was $125(this is outrageous) and to replace a gasket in another bathroom and seal it was roughly $175. I think because I bought $200 in service and only paid $100 there prices went up so they weren't losing $100. I am very disappointed with One Stop Home Service.

Showed up late. Work estimate was too high!!! . I had two previous estimates and Home Services wanted bundreds of dollars more for the same work even with the reduced labor voucher. Manager called and said those are their prices, right out of the price book... Their price book. No thanks

Very good service. We needed it fixed immediately, and the man came very soon the same day. We were pleased with his service.

Went great. On time, honest work and done fast. Solved almost all problems in one visit! If one thing they could improve was I have two sinks and only one with a working disposal. I had to leave half way through but they should have followed up with and offer to come back and instill another disposal (he only had one on him that day). I still have one sink with no drain working due to disposal missing.

The services were done correctly and quickly. He even fixed the garbage disposal for free and tightened up our shower door handle. We are keeping the name for any future plumbing service needs. Highly recommended.

Fortunately, I didn't need anything major that day, but he made all the checks and cleaned the parts outside. I know I'll need some real work in the future, hopefully when it cools off, and I will be calling him. He explained how the pricing works and even new his competitor's prices. He also suggested that I call them up for a second opinion. That always makes me feel better when I'm talking about a major home repair. He's friendly, lived in Phoenix forever, and a family man. And I trust him!

The technician totally misunderstood the kitchen faucet problem and apparently replaced the wrong o-ring resulting in our not being able to swivel the faucet (the part that was broken). This was our main complaint and why we called a plumber. To be fair, he did not seem to charge us extra for this. Based on what he told me, I ended up calling Moen to complain that what they sent us was not right . Moen insisted it was the correct part and re-sent it plus the o-ring for the place that he should not have put it in, and my husband fixed it within 10 minutes with the instructions Moen sent to us. He left a gap when he installed the r/o faucet and did not even tell us it would need to be caulked. The bathroom faucet seems to have no issues. I dislike giving less than stellar reviews but this time I cannot. I will not use this firm again.

Martin did a wonderful job. The service was great. He was very efficient and clean.

Provider installed pop-up plug. However, provider was unable to find appropriate part to repair faucet, even though faucet is just a few years old. All of this took three trips. Provided suggested that I contact manufacturer to obtain a new faucet.

It was done in a timely manner.....very easy for a plumber to do...clearly not so easy for a homeowner

They were very professional. They informed me of the services they were performing and gave me suggestions on how to maintain my A/C system.

We already had purchased a new garbage disposal so the voucher was strictly for the installation. One stop showed up on time and did a speedy removal of the old unit and install of the new one. Quick and clean, no problems. Great service, thanks

7-20-15 tank is loose again - stopper ok - never found where water came from under sink. Luckily hasn't leaked anymore. Time here was very short.

The toilet still leaks. The person they sent out dropped something in the sink and chipped the porcelain bowl. So, for the money, I got a still leaking toilet and a damaged 40 year old sink that cannot be replace as it is built into the vanity. (tile, cement and wire reinforced) Very unprofessional.

i called them for maintenance for the perfectly working units and now one of the units stopped working . It's such an inconvenience to call them again to look at it . We have to spend a day without AC on this hot Phoenix day . Hope they rectify soon . Will write an update after their visit . Not so happy with their so called worry free maintenance Update : they promptly came and addressed the issue .

Did a good job, but was very expensive for a simple job.

I ended up paying more. I would not give them a recommendation. I thought they were way overpriced. I didn't have any problem with responsiveness.

It was okay. They honored their $99 deal.
