The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. The removal and installation was done in a matter of hours. Jason and crew were very informative and definitely we are going hired them again.

Tim Barnes and his crew are amazing and I am very hard to please. I had a leak in the main water line from the city meter box to my house. Tim initially came out for a FREE assessment of the problem. He correctly identified the issue and initially had no idea where in the yard the leak was at because there really wasn't water surfacing (yet). But the blue dial on the meter was spinning fast. I said I would dig down in 2-3 places myself ( to save a few hundred bucks) and call him if I found it. He said ok and then showed me where he thought the leak was. He was spot on. I dug down, 20 minutes, and found the main waterline had a slight leak going under the concrete walkway to the front door. I called Tim. He came out again and gave me an estimate. He said the whole line had to be replaced because it was polybutylene ([*** Link removed ***] We knew our neighborhood had this issue and the inside of the home had already been replaced. Tim and his crew were amazing. This was not an easy job. My house is on Lookout Mountain and the yard was so hard and full of buried boulders they had to use a jack hammer. It took 3 guys and 12 hours of labor. New pipe was laid and connected properly. Somehow they put the yard back together as if they were never there. All the rock, landscaping lights and irrigation was as it was when they arrived. They were great!!! The best part is the blue dial stopped spinning.

Great He was on time, looked professional, gave us several hints on how to fix the problem, and finished job and cleaned up area.

My water heater busted in a tiny upstairs closet, pigeon holed behind my a/c unit. My first call to them, the receptionist explained that they were slammed and wouldn't be able to come out until Monday (this was Friday). I said ok and we scheduled. Ten minutes later, a man called, got my information and had Jason there within the hour. Jason was professional yet very relatable. He worked there for quite a while and even got another employee to assist. Though difficult and time consuming, Jason made it a priority to get my water heater installed that day and I appreciated their efforts. They did a wonderful job in a very tricky work space. I thought they were expensive, but have nothing to compare it with, just an ouch in the pocketbook and a job well done.

Excellent. Called in middle of night as a/c not working. Pretty shocked that someone was even answering the phone. Got a technician out the next morning and determined that a fuse was blown. Fixed that and since it was so simple did a preventative checkup on other items.

Needed to replace the unit. Too much scale

Discovered the water inlet connection at the water heater had leaked and started to rust. Even though it was no longer leaking, they couldn't do the flush because they didn't know what other damage may have been caused by the leak/rust. They recommended replacing the water heater. This was my 4th water heater in 4 years. One had lasted almost 18 years, the next 2 (same brand) split at the side seams, and the last one leaked & rusted at a soldered connection. I ended up replacing the water heater and pressure regulator. They were able to complete the work the next day, arriving on time, explaining what they were doing throughout the process, and patiently answering my questions.

They did a good job. Their price was fair and about average.

They say they have 24/hr emergency services on their website yet when I called to ask for emergency services I was told that all of thier "guys were gone for the night" I asked "So you don't have emergency services emergency as advertised on your website?" He replied "Uh, no we do not." I just hung up. So rude and unprofessional! Not to mention false advertising!

We are happy with what they did. It was a good price. Quality was good. I kept their number.

Good. Some problems with A/C found and resolved. Coils were very dirty and drain pipe was plugged.

Well they had the wrong address which they claim Angies did not provide them. That is my CC billing address is different than the repair location was taking place. Thus they came to my personal home instead of where the work was to be provided. This was on a Friday late in the day so I had traveled to the correct work location and they did not. That was frustrating..However they came back quickly on the following Monday and got it done. So it all worked out and I am satisfied.

It was a pretty good deal it was about $149.95. They furnished the toilet, did the instillation, and hauled the old one off. They left the place like they have never been here. They were nice and responsive. I liked them, enough so that I used them again.

Jason explained the possible outcomes and I decided not to go there with the work.

Perfect. Called on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday and we had cool A/C by noon. Best service I have ever had in my life.
