One Stop Home Services is a wonderful and ethical company. The offer fair prices and stand behind their work 100%. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Tim was cordial and prompt. He asked me if I was having any issues and the two minor issues I was having he offered to fix for a very high price (including the supposed 10% discount for Angie's List customers). I declined. He then flushed my water heater. He really didn't go through any type of checklist or inspection. He did not inspect all hose bibs around the house, he did not inspect gas lines, he did not inspect emergency shutoff valves, and he did not dye test all toilets. All of these things were stipulated in the "Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection" offer for $39. Finally, he obviously did not check the top of the water heater (to insure the unit vents properly) because the next day when I went to dust off the water heater, I was SHOCKED at what I saw. He missed that the top of the water heater was leaking and oozing insulation. There was corrosion all over the top and at each connection point. I wish I could upload pictures. After his inspection I was under the impression my 4.5 year old water heater was in fantastic shape, but now I know that it is completely faulty and I have to replace it.

Two workers came and did the work in about a half-hour. No nonsense people, just went right to work. It was an easy task, but would have taken me at least twice as long. Happy to have the work done so quickly.

Communication and punctuality were solid, work completed in less than 45 mins.

Everything went well and it all is working like it should now!

I responded to an Angies' List coupon offer for a water heater flush. The appointment was set up and the technician showed at the appointed time. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. The drain and flush was accomplished without difficulty. This company is organized, timely and performs expertly. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The repairman, Mark was excellent, very professional and courteous. He went straight to work and didn't spend any time on the phone, as I have had others do. I would be happy to use the service again especially if they are all as good as Mark.

I was given a quote of $750 to set 2 sinks, install 2 facets with new flex lines. I had already removed the old sinks and facets and knew that the job would have only taken roughly 2 hours. Basically they wanted to charge me an additional $550 above the amount of the BIG DEAL for approzimately 2 hours of work. This wasn't a deal, this was a scam. I would like to think they were overcharging so that they wouldn't get the work, but I feel bad for anyone who hires this overpriced company based on any "deal" they offer. (BTW- I did have this done by another company who charged me based on their hourly rate of $89. I paid $178 plus tax)

After a long time of taking apart the faucet in the kitchen, he put it back together and declared it fixed. The repair did not work. We ended up buying a new faucet and repairing it ourselves the following weekend. The hose bib spigot worked fine. The technician was not very professional - and in the grand scheme of things, he spent more time here than the allotted time frame. However, it was a waste of time and money, as the repair did not work. It would have been better to replace the faucet from the get-go.

They told me what the issue was and priced out a new one.

The whole process went extremely quick and easy. Made the purchase on Saturday received a call on Monday that they could complete the service that day. Technician was at my home on time and removed and replaced my toilet leaving no signs of him ever being there behind. Terrific! I will definitely contact One Stop Home Services in the future.

Ideal to work with as I am an out-of-state landlord. Tim and co. were easy to work with and scheduled with the tenant ASAP. I plan to use One Stop Home Services again!

One stop said they could not install a sink off the washer line. So they declined the job

Contractor responded promptly for the quote and then the service. Work was done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Contractor provided alternatives and assessment for various disposal options. I have used Plumb NOW since the original Angie's List referral for other work with similar good results.

on time, helpful, answered all my questions. turned out that I needed new water heater. it was under warranty. price quote to replace was very high and I declined. found a much more reasonable deal with a different company. I would certainly use this company again for quoted services.

They were perfect with their service, delivery and promptness. I'd give them all A's. Professionalism means quality of work and showing up on time. I didn't have any problem.

The technician's name was Martin. Immediately when he came out, he opened his notebook and said that this service was not covered and what you want me to do would cost $174 which was the "preferred" rate. He called his boss to speak with him about applying the certificate towards the $174. Both he and his boss said no, they're two different services and that they wouldn't apply it. I then asked Martin call his boss back because I wanted to speak with him directly. Once I talked with the manager and explained that part of what he was clearing out was the main service line and there was no reason that the $90 should not apply. His manager agreed, talked to Martin, and told him that they would apply the $90 but I still had to pay the whole $174. What he's written up is that he cleaned the main laundry room into the main sewer line, but in his diagnosis report he does not say that he cleaned the main sewer line nor did he do a camera inspection.

He arrived on time and was very professional. After trying for over 20 minutes to resolve the issue he explained that the grooves on the spigot were worn and there was a crack which was preventing him from stopping the leak. So he left and went and got a replacement part which resolve the problem. He was very courteous and professional and took the time to explain to us what he was doing and actually showed us the issue. I would recommend him highly.

I had to reset the appointment 2x & they were very cooperative. The plumber arrived between the times allotted.

This was the single worst experience I have every had with a plumber. I paid for this company to fix a leak in my faucet. I spent 15 minutes explaining to the plumber that I believed there were several places where the water was leaking. I should him the paper towels I had strategically placed under the sink so show where the leaks seemed to be coming from...one from the back of the sink (I believe that it was from caulking issues), two I believed there was two leaks from the faucet one from the where the handle area and one from sprayer. 1. The plumber did not listen to me; 2. The plumber "corrected" the problems within 15 minutes and was out of my house in less than 30. 3. The problems were not corrected which cased extensive damage to my cabinet including black mold under my sink and my cabinet is ruined. The plumber did not listen and was completely dismissive as I tried to explain the issues that I had. I was protecting my cabinet with plastic and towels which I changed constantly so that I did not have further damage (the extent at that time was just stains not actually damage to the cabinet). The cabinet must be replaced and probably mold abatement will have to be complete so that further damage is not done to the wall behind the sink area. I have never experienced such horrible service and disrespect.

They forgot about the appointment blaming a scheduling glitch, but were able to come early that evening to perform the service. The visit felt much about selling additional services or units, yet some of the work they were supposed to perform such as cleaning the coils, did not get done.

Quality of workmanship was there. All services had a fixed price, so the $99 for $200 was just a reduction in the fixed price.

I was happily impressed with this company. James moved a dryer vent so my dryer would fit better in the small area that was required. James did a great job, he was very professional, and he cleaned up afterwards. If I use this company again, I will for sure ask for him.

What I can tell you is my husband met the guy at home. My husband said he did the job. The guy cleaned the water heater out and did a good job on that. He inspected our supposed pipes. He wasn't the most friendliest guy. There was nothing to really say about it. He did his job. He did what he had to do. Nothing spectacular.
