Description of Work: $200.00 of plumbing services for $99.00. Cleaned out construction debris from faucet. Inspected a different faucet for leaks. Flushed water heater.

Description of Work: Recently bought a house and while the seller had fixed a few plumbing related issues, mainly in the bathrooms, I quickly discovered a few more. The waterflow from the backyard hookup was abysmal at best so I bought a hose faucet replacement deal to see if it would make things better. The technician replaced the valve and the waterflow has increased greatly. Upon installing a washer and dryer, I also discovered that the laundry hookup valves leaked terribly. I had the technician replace these as well, and while he had to make a quick trip for the appropriate parts, everything is working great. Would definitely call again if I find any other plumbing issues.

Description of Work: The service provider was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He did the repairs and replacements quickly and effectively. I would call One Stop again if needed.

Description of Work: I had another plumbing company on-site for a Home Warranty covered issue and they quoted the kitchen work at $200. After describing the work to One Stop Plumbing (re-installing the kitchen faucet, garbage disposer and connecting the drain after a sink change) and the fact that I had a "$99 for $200 worth of work" Big Deal from Angie's, they quoted $400 for the same work, stating flat-rate charges for each of the 3 items mentioned. No thanks.

Description of Work: The front office.. not so good.. BUT when you get to work with the actual technician the service was OUTSTANDING. The front office just plain overbooks, promises what they may not be able to deliver on but once Martin was here he did was quick, efficient, friendly and more then made up for the displeasure of working with the office.

Description of Work: Have use 2 deals and was very pleased. Fist deal was fro slow drain and leaky shower bypass...both repaired. Could not repair funky kitchen faucet. After I purchased a new faucet, on 2nd deal he installed new faucet. I inquired about a desperately needed water softening system plus possible water pressure issue. Voila...next day a water softening system (yay!) was installed and a failed water pressure regulater was installed. all is working just fine.

Description of Work: I called urgently about a broken pipe coming from the back of my house. Martin came out that same day and made the repair. I had used them before to fix a leaking outdoor faucet as well as a toilet repair and they were very professional and helpful the first time around, hence me calling them again. And I will continue to call them. As far as I'm concerned they are 'my plumbers'. :)

Description of Work: I purchased the toilet tuneup on Angie's List for $39. One Stop was very understanding when I needed to reschedule. My toilets are 28 years old. The problem I had with one of them could not be fixed with a tuneup. I will be deciding whether to replace the toilet, rebuild the toilet parts or live with the problem. Tim gave me information and estimates for these repairs and several faucet repair jobs. It was good to find out what the problem was and what was needed to fix it.
