Description of Work: The Angie's deal did not cover the work that we had to have repaired. However, the plumber was direct, honest and very helpful. Because of his review of the situation, we had them come out and repair the piping in two baths. We were very pleased with their prices and services. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced two facets. One in kitchen and one in bathroom. I was surprised that the cost to replace the two facets was nearly the same. The kitchen faucet was way more complicated than the bathroom faucet, so I would have expected the bathroom one to be much less. Kitchen faucet looks and works amazing. The bathroom faucet, I had to pull out an allen wrench to tighten up the hot lever. It moves when used. Just didn't seem secure. I wish that the rep would have asked me.. or I wish I would have tried both sides of the faucet to ensure that I was fully satisfied and maybe talked me through what was happening to see if it was something that he could have helped with. Learning experience for me. The rep was very nice and professional, and didn't talk much unless I asked him questions.

Description of Work: Martin replaced the workings of 6 faucet valves, and 2 washer gate valves. All done professionally and very efficiently. He explained what was needed, gave a quote and upon immediate approval got to work. Less than 3 hours later he was finished. No fuss, no muss just precision work. Thank you Martin

Description of Work: Searched for sump pump to check it's functionality but found out we don't have one.

Description of Work: Replaced water connection on kitchen sink, as I had no hot water. Water still not hot, just warm. Service Tech called me back and said probably need to replace Cartridge on faucet. He told me to call manufacturer for part and gave instructions on how to install. Didn't fix my problem

Description of Work: A toilet repair kit was installed in master bedroom bath, Job went quickly and clean.

Description of Work: They made 2 service calls. The first call, only my husband was home, but neither problem was corrected. Had to replace some plumbing before problem was solved. (This was not their fault). RO still does not work properly.

Description of Work: It went reasonable well. I had purchased a new garbage disposal and the initial installation went well. The only reason I gave a 'B' for quality is because a significant leak occurred about 1-2 weeks after the installation. They came out to fix the leak promptly and I've had no issues since.

Description of Work: Replaced a faulty kitchen faucet with one I provided. The work space and complications from reverse osmosis system and removable faucet were beyond my capability but we're easily handled by this professional plumber.
