Well, tech was on time, thorough and polite.

They could follow through with what they are supposed to.

We had some issues with water and the company provided a drying service without extra cost to us.

They did a great job. They did a really nice job. They were very courteous and prompt. He was very polite. He explained everything he was doing.

Very professional, informative & courteous. Had him check back yard hose bin because I felt it was unusually low. Thought he would use a pressure gauge to show me that they were similar & ok. Instead he just felt with his hands. Didn't expect that. Next time make it look more technical.

Purchased AL $99 special for $200 worth of repair. I had checked You Tube for doing the work my self and decided to use a professional plummer. I bought the necessary faucet cartridge to replace from a local hardware store. Their technician was on time and chose the cartridge from 4 that I had purchased. He shut the water off to the house , gathered his tools, replaced the customer provided cartridge, and wrote the work order all in 45 minutes time. The work was billed at $236. I had to pay additional $36 out of my pocket for the trip charge and labor. Looking at other reviews for this company and other companies I guess I had stupid senior citizen written across my forehead. I also asked for the cost to replace a customer provided kitchen faucet and he quoted a price of $186. WOW.

Toilet started running again, but they came back to adjust a 2nd time at no charge

It didn't. I sent 5 emails, and he never even bothered responding.

Ok the service was performed as expected, it was acceptable

The company was very responsive and was able to schedule the job within days, per our schedule. The tech's arrive on time and quickly accomplished the job. They fully explained the new disposal and offered us tips on its operation. We were extremely pleased and the cost was less than half of other bids. Great Job!

It didn't. I chose not to have the service done and would like a refund of my $99 for this offer. They quoted me nearly $600 to have one faucet replaced (I have the new faucet so this is labor only) and any wall or tile repair needed to replace the unit was over and above the quoted price. The service man did show up on time and was professional in all manner.

As of today 9/1 I have not heard from the company for the requested dates confirmation. I had to find another company to replace the faucet since it is leaky and need to fix asap. I do not recommend One Stop, as they may be to busy for small jobs.

Installation was flawless. The serviceman was attentive and helpful. Advice on the two mixing units was helpful but I still have not tried to open them to try to fix them.

Removed old water system and installed new one. After he left, a leak developed but he came out and fixed it.

It was okay. I didn't feel like they were highly professional. They didn't communicate much. They didn't show up the first time we scheduled an appointment. When they did show up, he still charged me another $33 in addition to the deal I bought with Angie's List. He left dirty footprint tracks all over the bathroom. I thought it was unprofessional. The drip still continued.

It went fine, but there was one thing I didn't like about that, I should have checked to see what the rate was before they, I thought it was for two hours of service are something like that and it was actually a discount of their service.

We had heard from another source that replacing the valve might solve our problem of the water not being as hot as it should be for that tub/shower. A drip had also developed there and he agreed that the valve might fix the hot water problem but it would fix the leak. We originally thought the tub fixtures had to be replaced as well so purchased them for the project. He was honest and did tell us, ahead of starting the work, that the new fixtures would have no bearing on the actual problems and would cost an extra $255. We made a choice to go with the extra expense knowing this. We also requested cutting through the wall to have access to this valve in the future and purchased a wall plate to cover the opening. The original cut had to be redone because of a pipe breaking but the job was completed. A couple of extended cuts were left exposed after the plate was put in and he suggested that they could be easily fixed and repainted but did not actually offer to do that. We decided to leave it as it is the master bath and we will be doing other cosmetic work in the future. Unfortunately the hot water issue was not resolved but the leak did stop. We did not call him back because we did not want any additional costs.

Excellent. Had coupon for new gas heater. Called and was able to come out same day. Not only did they install the new and remove the old, but saw that we had a pipe that needed repair, did it as well without charge. Very friendly. Very professional. Very prompt. Absolutely keeping their number on hand for future plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived on time. He needed some parts to make the repairs so he headed out, returned and completed the job. He used quality materials and did a very good job repairing the two issues.

On time. Explained work and coupon. I show/explained what I needed. He went to work. After work was done the copper pipe was not where I had requested but was tolerable. Water filter looked fine and worked but I discovered that the slide-in cutting board could no longer slide all the way into the cabinet. I felt that he should have trimmed it or at least informed me that it needed to be trimmed. I felt price was excessive but the repair was urgent and I had very limited time to get other estimates. Hopefully, the next time I want a plumber, I will have time for several estimates. I trusted that because this company was a Service Star in. 2015, they would be a good choice. Guess their work was high quality but their price was much more than I expected for the work done. And, YES, I did agree to the price! I had a pipe leaking into my patio and a "frozen" shutoff valve!!

He did a real good job, I have no complaints about the job he did.

Very simple, mount timer, take power to it, turn on and set timer for on/off hours. The timemhasndefinitely mademandifference in power usage during peak hours.

not good. he left the pressure relief valve open. a lot of water went down the drain before discovered.
