Description of Work: installed two bathroom faucets and replaced supply line handles under sink for those faucets. Took about an hour and a half which I thought was very fast. Job done well. Installer was on time and professional. Only item was that I thought the price was pretty high. Total cost was $546 and parts expense should have been negligible since I provided faucets. Thought $546 (offset by $200 coupon I purchased) was high for 1.5 hours of labor.

Description of Work: I wanted 3 new faucets installed. I paid $99 for $200 worth of services, not understanding that this doesn't cover much. When the serviceman got here, I was given a quote of nearly $900 to install the 3 faucets. Needless to say, I was shocked. The work for the one faucet was performed adequately.

Description of Work: I wanted to know how many hours or how much work would be done for the $200, and they would not say, only that the job re-seating a toilet would be covered. It was not, and I had to pay an additional $33 for the half hour of work. The price they wanted for installing a bathroom faucet was $223 when Home Depot and Lowe's plumbers only charge $99 for that. Everything cost over $200 so there was absolutely no great deal here at all, just a sly trick to gain business. This was my third Angie's List Big Deal, pay a small amount for a large value, and all three of them were rip offs. Maybe I should learn something from this.
