Did not respond to written complaint regarding work quality and excessive pricing. I feel like the technician took advantage of my trusting nature. Buyer beware.

Description of Work: They replaced two bathroom faucets. Even with the $200 credit, it still cost me an additional 450+ dollars, and he was done in about 70 minutes. I previously used another plumber to fix a leaking toilet. He had to work for four hours to replace the flange in the concrete and the cost was only $700. Using One Stop Home Services was no bargain.

Description of Work: They fixed my leaking kitchen pull-out hose or whatever you call those shower hoses. It was a brand new one and it lasted 16 mon. Hopefully it will last longer. It was for my rental so I wasn't there to see how he went about his business but the customer was satisfied.

Description of Work: As an Angie's List provider myself, I was somewhat disappointed with the result of this provider's visit. I wanted a professional plumber to drain my water heater, which I could not do myself. It turned out the provider couldn't drain it either without it taking days. He suggested I contact AL for a refund which I did, and which I received. But when the provider was ready to leave I asked him if he had turned the hot water back on - he hadn't. I then discovered after he left that there was standing water under the water heater that should have been mopped up and dried off. The provider was pleasant enough, but just didn't do a thorough job.

I had asked them to install a new Kitchen faucet (purchased separately) and to replace several malfunctioning shut off valves (also purchased separately.. The technician was here about 2 hours and performed all of the requested task to my satisfaction and did not exceed the price on Angies List.
