Well the kitchen faucet is couldn't be solved (Our faucet is leak from time/no replaceable parts. But the service tech tried to fix it where he could. The shower valve was fixed with no issues! My real issue is when I spoke to the service tech, I asked "What do you usually charge per hour?" He told me calls were a set price. The Angie's list deal I purchased was $200 worth of service for $100, so $200 for less than an hours worth of work? I think not! I am thankful I used Angie's list though, the $100 I spend WAS reasonable to the work done.

I appreciated the owner's call to determine what the problem was, and his recommendations to purchase the new faucet before the technician arrived in order that the job be done on one service call. Easy installation, despite all the RO equipment under the sink. I saved money with the coupon, although the actual installation only would have cost $159, not $200.

Checked plumbing and flushed water heater water.

Worker was punctual and very knowledgeable. All work was completed satisfactorily. Would use in the future if need arises.

Everything went fine. The work was good. They were here about half an hour and got it taken care of.

AWESOME service! I purchased their Angie's List deal after another plumber flaked out on us. As soon as I made the purchase, I called the office to schedule and they came out the very next day! The plumber was was very nice and got the job done within an hour and without trying to sell us other services or parts we did not need. He even fixed the new faucet's leak (which had nothing to do with his plumbing work). WOW! We will definitely use them again for future plumbing work. Highly recommended.

It was okay. It could have been better if they clarified everything up front. I ended up being happy with the job but had to really discuss the job with them to get everything covered. Everything seems to be working and I have had no complaints from the tenant. They came out promptly as well.

Plumber was efficient, He came in, completed the job, cleaned up and removed the old parts.

It turned out beautifully and he did a nice job. He showed up promptly. He got the job done in about 30-60 minutes. The scheduling was real easy.

Very efficient and work was done for the price paid on the Big Deal. Only glitch was they called just before appt and said their truck broke down and had to reschedule.

.Found One Stop Plumbing on Angie's List with good reviews and Angie's Big Deal. They were offering $100 off services of $200 or more. Wanted a new sink and faucet installed, and had him look at both a leaky shower and leaky toilet. His estimate for fixing the toilet was a "discounted" rate of $256 down from $283. This licensed plumber (Timothy Barnes) told me the toilet needed a complete rebuild. I was all ready leery about this and told him I'd probably just by a new toilet for much less of the cost. He seemed fine with that and continued to give estimates for the sink/faucet install and shower repair. Both still high in my opinion, but had all ready purchased the Angie's list deal and decided to continue with appointment. I told Tim I would have my fiance look at the leak and wasn't sure I'd have Tim do anything with that. My fiance found the source of the toilet leak immediately (loose bolts as the toilet had been removed and replaced due to floor tiling) and fixed it for $4.80. A "licensed" plumber should have been able to determine that easily enough. I understand when companies charge a minimum fee for services/service call, but he was also installing a sink and faucet for me at an all ready high price. This all just felt wrong. When my fiance spoke with Tim on the phone as he headed our way, Tim told my fiance he's a licensed plumber and "doesn't come out just to replace two bolts". This behavior is crooked, shady, and unethical. Tim continued by telling my fiance he should've fixed it himself in the first place. My fiance was out of town when the toilet began leaking and I thought Angie's List Plumbers would have been trustworthy. We canceled our appointment and ended the call. Tim called back and continued the confrontation. My fiance asked about the high cost of the sink installation. Instead of a simple answer with estimates and costs he replied "when was the last time you replaced a sink?" This is irrelevant and unprofessional.

After discovering i hadn't updated my address (Tim called from my prior residence) on Angie's list Tim was very cordial and promptly followed up for an appointment at my address completely across town(Litchfield Park vs Cave Creek) the next day. His employee Martin did the work on a Saturday(not required by me) and was pleasant. He got the job done properly by replacing my current sump pump that was located on my property in a 22 foot pit. He relocated the check valve closer to the pump so it would not run continuously. He also upgraded the diameter of the pump. The only issue i have is with the price, and i don't know if its something pervasive on Angie's list or not but $1,295 for replacing at most a $400 pump, adding a new check valve ($15?) and 22 feet of pvc pipe seems high to me. I used his services before spending more time getting competitive bids. I suggest you do.

They are awesome. They were on time, clean, and quick. It took them half-an-hour to do the job. There were no additional charges to the $49 Big Deal. There were no unexpected issues.

On time. Their charge for garbage disposal install is higher( 124.00)_ than many other Angie list plumbers for garbage disposal install( 99.00) Professional, did a good job/no leaks to this date.

Did a great job on the faucet replacement. The work was done well. and I was surprised by how quickly it was done.

The service was below average. There was smoke coming from where he was working. It made me a little apprehensive.

Quickly, just over an hour. It needed a new flange plate which was discovered upon removal. This was included as a "what If" price in the estimate. So I knew what to expect. The final job matched the written estimate. The service was neat and all went well.

The whole serivce takes less than an hour. Got a new cartrige for my faucet. The part is about $26.. So, I paid the cartrige and 2 hrs labor , $126 in total. Cannot comapre what we paid in MN.. At leadt, I got it fixed.

Without a hitch. The Plumbing Manager Tim called to set up the appointment. He also did the service call and was on time. Explained what he needed to do and made the repair. As part of the Big Deal did an inspection of a toilet that needed repair. He explained the procedure and gave me written cost for repairs to include the "what if it needs additional parts" costs. Based upon his professional demeanor I will use his services again.
