One Stop Home Service was scheduled for 7-6-2015, 7-7-2015, 7-8-2015 nothing ever happened no email no phone call a complete waste of time and money A/C was not working well that is why I wanted the service. now I have to find service else where

Arrived promptly, same day service. Very impressive.

He showed up at scheduled time and performed service effiecently.

We were going to have a soft water filter hooked up but the price of installation was more than we planned on.

arrived on schedule, did the job. painless for me. great.

The repairman did not have the part in the car, but went right to the store to get the proper part. The work looks great, and I was pleased with how quickly he was able to do the job.

They scheduled me and said tech would call me 30min. prior. Tech did and arrived on time. Assessed the issue...said it was valve issue. Said it would be an additional $86 on top of deal...before he started his work. Decided to do it as they were already here and purchase the deal ($100 for 2 hrs) Replace unit/(Atmosphere vacuum breaker). He was done within an hour...so would've been nice to just pay for the deal. So guessing the $86 is for the part?? Besides that...everything else went smooth.

The company was easy to contact, easy to schedule and did a thorough inspection, explaining things every step of the way.

Appt was set immediately. Man came on time and had the part on his truck I was very satisfied.

Since I do not know much about air conditioning units, I relied on Angie's List to trust the estimate. I have not vetted the cost of the compressor start kit or the the evap coil chemical cleaning.

He was professional and prompt. Charging $112 to turn a shower cartridge around seemed steep.

The technician was prompt and professional. Worked with me for a successful hook-up of a utility sink we purchased for our laundry room. so far, no problems with the work done. I would use this contractor again.

It went very well. The provider replaced the moving parts in the toilet tank. Now the toilet works great.

Utilized $99 "deal" for $200 worth of plumbing work, additional paid was $102 which matched the estimate they provided. They worked with me for a Sat morning appt. Very pleased with Martin who performed work and that he contacted me when he was on his way.

The service was fantastic. I bought one of the coupon deals for this company. Called the company and they sent a tech out within 2 hours of my call. In and out fantastic job. Highly recommend.

$20 - $40 in parts, 40 minutes of time including writing up estimate and invoice, no more than 20 minutes to work on repairs ~324. They price like car repairs, pre-determined fee no matter how long it takes. I needed a second faucet cartridge replaced but didn't want to pay another $167 for it. Angie's list promotion is a bad deal, more than make up for any discount with their pricing.

I could not believe all the filth that was in our water heater! The water initially came out of the hose brown and nasty, which was that much more of a reason why I'm glad we got it out of there. The technician was friendly and even visited with my 3-year-old, who always talks about water and putting out fires and wanted to "help."

Went well. When it was clear that larger rooter did not fit proper;y, promptly resorted to using snake. This fit the pipe well, and worked within just a few minutes. Very professional.

All went well. It took a couple of hours.

Shower has two heads and when I tried to fix previous leaky faucet, I damaged copper pipes while trying to torque the cartridge free. Had 2 handymen look at it and neither could get cartridge out. So this was specialized work, and One Stop took care of it by smashing the cartridge -- genius -- to take it out. Shower no longer leaks. Plummer was fast and efficient. Well worth $100 (Angie coupon for $200 worth of work).

Worked was completed timely.

I bought "the deal": $99 for $200 of plumbing services. I needed 2 slow-draining drains cleaned out and the toilet flapper repaired/replaced. The plumber came when my 81 year old mother was home (I was at work). They charged the following: $94 for toilet trip lever, $94 for replacement of flapper, and $79 per sink to clean out 3 drains (of which only 2 needed cleaned; I have no idea why they cleaned out a drain that was draining just fine) for a total of $425, less the $200 for "the deal" I purchased. My mom paid them $225 on top of the $99 I had already paid for "the deal". I feel totally ripped off! I have had numerous plumbers clean out drains before, which typically takes 5 minutes per drain, so being charged $79 per drain is an unethical amount in my opinion. I am also dismayed that a plumber would clean out a drain which is draining fine. Why? The charge for the repair/replacement of the flapper totaling $188 is out of line. The parts would have been very inexpensive, so I was again exceedingly overcharged for labor. This plumber's charges are excessive and he appears to be engaging in unethical business practices. I'm very disappointed that I was taken to the cleaners by this Angie's list business.

Plumbing tech showed up right on time, tech was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them again. They also told me they started a heating/air conditioning service at the time we scheduled the plumber , I also scheduled to have my ac inspected. The ac tech also was extremely professional and courteous . He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Provided complete inspection . I will use ac services anytime I need ac service.
